Hi Sir/ Madam,
My name is Ephrem Assfaw. My phone no. 571-265-6292. And Acc.No. 529499669. I am a valued customer of T- Mobile for more than 5 years. As my understanding when I was subscribe T-Mobile, i signed for only two years contract . However the contract was over for the past three years. Right now when I was checked my status in T- Mobile branch, still your status was shown in a contract. So, in my behalf and understanding the contract was over.
I was try to reach T-Mobile representative by dial 611. And I explained those things for more than two representative in different days. The first one was a Lady as she said " let me review your case and finally this was beyond my ability. So, I will try to contact with my supervisor . I was waiting almost 10 minutes . Finally she said the supervisor is not here. Hope fully he can call you ..... " no one to respond or solve my question. Another representative as he said " you have to explain the dispute about the contract and submit the contract review department and they give you the solution within max. 10 business days."
So, I would like to request review my case and make the right decision.
I will waiting your feedback.
Best regards,
Ephrem Assfaw
acct.@ 224154565 - Continue complaint. Offered and accepted monthly rate including taxes $139.17. Five days later T-Mobile withdraws offer and will bill me at $196.77 plus taxes per month. After 11 years of business with this company, how can they do this? They say they record phone calls, I ask them to pull these recordings from Nov. 27, 2012. They said they cannot do this. What can I do at this point? I cannot pay this amount that they have changed it to. Help!
I have been a loyal customer of TMobile for many years. I decided about 2 months ago that I needed to upgrade my phone in order that I could get better service at my home. I have very poor TMobile coverage in my area although we are in a major city in Alabama. I use my cell phone for my business so it is critical to have good service. I elected to upgrade to the Samsung Galaxy S3 due to the WiFi calling feature on the phone. As soon as I received my phone I connected to my home WiFi network and started trying to use my new phone. On my first call the call dropped from WiFi about 2 minutes into the call. This consistently continue to occur so I contacted TMobile Support and we went through numerous setup review on the phone and finally decided that a master reset needed to be done. I completed all of the suggestions with NO improvement in service. I contacted TMobile support on approximately 8 other occasions and SamSung directly on one. I have exchanged the phone out and completed a master reset on 2 other occasions all to NO avail. I visited my local TMobile store and reviewed the issue with the manager and he assured me he would get to the bottom of it. I have made numerous attempts to reach the manager again with NO return phone call. I finally placed another call to TMobile Technical Support and they finally admitted that they did not know what to do to resolve the problem. They have now been working on the issue for over a week with NO resolution.
I have been with T-mobile for 12 years. I moved to NC and found the services to be sub-par to what is advertized.
T-Mobile charged all my 3 lines and it was over $200. I called a customer rep and I was told I had insurance on the 2 of the 3 phones. I did not add insurance nor would of due to the high deductables. I received an apology and was credited.
The complaint I have is as follows;
1) There was much static and fading in and out on calls. We had to travel to an area 50 yards away to connect to phone calls.
2) The phones had an echo. when talking, there was an echo and this distracted the phone call. In fact, the t-mobile rep had to call back after we moved to another location.
3) Numerous phone calls have been dropped and during business calls, it was difficult to get the the same person who we talked to initially.
4) I was told by a T-mobile rep that when we renew a contract for 2 years and purchase a phone with a better price and rebates, the phone actually is paid for through the data plane. So the price in the data plan accounts for the recuperation of the phone. This payment is not aware to the public. If it took 6 months for the T-mobile to re-cup the true price of the phone, the price of the data is not reduced.
5) Many times, the 4G is turned off and I gave to go back to the Wifi system to check the data bullet. I know this because there are only bars showing and no 4G.
Sincerely,
Donna Jean Anderson
I purchased tmobile spring board tablet s7-303u with 2yr contract , broke a week ago, a month after warranty expired, there is no authorized or unauthorized repair services anywhere, there is no parts available or even made for this model. I'm still under 2yr contract & paying for this junk.
wasted 4 days with tmobile customer service on the phone and in a store. basically they're telling me to buy a new device $450 and still pay for the broken one I can't use, there are some tablet deals on tmobile website but only available for the new 2yr contract, I am frustrated and thinking about just dropping their service all at once, even if it cost me $200 early termination fees. It should be illigal to sell devices if there is no parts produced to repair them.
I am writing this complaint report, because Im forced to do so by customer service rep by the name of (Steve). I renewed my t-mobe contract with t-mobel about the 1st of the month of October 1, 2012. I renewed with customer service by the name of Falon. She offered me a new contract renewel with t-mobile 4g my touch. With absolutely no change from the plan I currently had. I recived email the 2nd day of having the phone I called and spoke with several customer services rep and they were able to reset the new phone where I would not have to up-grad my services. She also said my da. would not be getting email on her phone with the last 4 digits (4801) well my da. started receiving text message about going over her usage, I thought it was yet another error, so I called yet again for the 3rd or 4th time and I spoke with Alicia, she said she also see in her notes that it was documented that I was suppose to have that plan fixed, but she was not able to do so, so she transferred me to Mr. Steven who was cocky and not helpful. He said that he could not see where that conversation had taken place, the phone we have, we could no way have confirmed that deal to have up-grad phone without the internet changing. I even told Falon at the beginning of the conversation, that If we could not keep the phones, I would have packed the phones up and sent them back, she assured me that, it was ok to keep the phones, that she would set the phones where my daughter would not be able to go over her internet usage. Well Mr. Steven was rude and would not allow me to speak to no one but him that I would have to make contact only thru email or mail, when I ask him for the mailing address, he took entirely to long coming back on the phone telling me that he had to look it up, that I would get immediately reponse from the consumer.
PS: I refuse to be treated this way by your company, look at my service record, I have been with you all too long to accept something I don't have too. Steve told me that you sir would be able to go over my record and the recorded conversation to see exactly what took place on the new contract that was made. He also stated that you would be able to cancel any future deal with t-mobile, so in the mean time, myself, family and co-worker will be more than happy to seek other carriers. As far as Mr. Steve, I hope not to have any further future dealing with him. He should not be a customer service rep. At this time, I refuse to pay this bill until I hear from your company that I heard wrong from Falon. I don't think I did.
I also viewed responses as to how long it would take to get a call back, I'm hopeing to hear from someone very soon, If not I will be looking into new carrier.
Thank you
To whom it may concern my name is Jose A. Calles my account # is 686061823 the # I'm calling about is 15593503613 . The reason for this complaint is because I have been trying to cancel this line for the past months and they tell me I can't because my contract was renewed till 2014 with out my authority . When I called to cancel # 15592615474 because that contract was expired they offered me a free phone so I wouldn't cancel this # 15592615474 so I accepted the offer but they never told me that by accepting this offer I was going to renew also the contract for # 15593503613 if not I would had never accepted the offer . I had called various of times to let them know that my phone was not working and the would always send me phones that weren't even new they were reconstructed . I'm looking forward that you can help me out with this problem all I'm trying to do is disconnect my phone with # 15593503613 since it doesn't work . Thank you
I took out a contract with T-Mobile through EE on 26th November 2012. I received a PAK Code from O2 which was TEL783359. To enable me to use my O2 Mobile No: 07777621508. I was given a temporary No: 07984 685356. I was informed my old number would take approximately 1-2 days to connect. During the next three days I was unable to receive calls or reply to emails. When i contacted T-Mobile I was informed that they could not support a 07777 prefix.
I immediately spoke to O2 to see if I could return to them as my number was used for business purposes and was in a number of Scottish Government websites and with HMCR besides the known number to over 110 Traders with who I deal with and my business cards carry that number.
I cancelled the T-Mobile contract and asked for a PAK Code to give to O2. T-Mobile said they could not do this as they never accepted the number and it was returned to O2 who deny this and said they could not accept a number with out this code. I again spoke to T-Mobile who said again they could not give me a code as they did not have the number in their system.
This has now been an on going issue and as of today the 12/12/12 I still cannot get the use of my old number. I have spoken to both T-Mobile and O2 for the last two weeks and have just been left in limbo not being able to use a number both companies said would be upand running.
I again spoke to T-Mobile who insisted that it did get into their system but was rejected. O2 has informed me that every indication shows from their system that it is still with T-Mobile and until I get a PAK Code from them, they cannot give me my number back. TMobile refuses to give one. they have delt with this issue extremely badly and is not in keeping with OfCom regulations regarding MNP instructions. I
would like this issue resolved as soon as possible as this is costing my organisation potential business and also will be costly to change stationary and cause a great deal of what would have been unnecessary work contacting all the organisations and people I work with and through.
I have had numerous billing issues/concerns with my T-Mobile billing and the lack of customer service. For the last 6 months I had asked about leaving/or getting out of my contract but was advise I had to pay $150.00 for each line I carried. I carried 3 lines finally in October my son started to have problems with he's blackberry we couldn't get anywhere with any of the T-Mobile rep so not wanting to put up with this type of service or lack of to the inconsiderated manner of the rep.
( due to I really couldnt afford to get out of the contract I went ahead and paid the 150.00 so we could switch him to a different carrier) . My contract on the other two lines were up on 11/26/2012. On 12/1/2012 we went ahead and switch to a new carrier (only because I could not afford to pay the additional $300.00 T-Mobile was asking for ) I got my bill with a due date of 12/17/2012 of $132.98 I went into the T-Mobile store in Gulfgate paid the bill and advise the rep that I had already switch to a different carrier on 12/1/2012 was there anything else for me to paid he advised "No that's it".
Now I am getting a final bill for $130.97 ?? I contacted T-Mobile asked for a supervisor that couldn't assist me so I asked for a manager ,-was put on hold ,supervisor kept going back and forth and than the line just went dead !!??? Please help me settle this ,I understand that yes I was with them from 11/26 thru the 12/1 . I am willing to pay an adjusted/prorated bill but I just dont believe this is FAIR. Just for the record I had beem a loyal T-Mobile for over 22 years and its just gotten worst.
Here is whats happenning, back in dezember I had my contract upgraded for 2 years and I was told that I was going to get a new phone for free which is the galaxy ll, the rep even told me that I could get another one for 229.00 if I wanted to because of being a loyal customer for 10 years. And now almost 2 months later im been charged for all this extra charges and the rep said that t-mobile only gave me 250.00 as in credit for the phone. So now I think thats unffair, so if you can please review my contract and make sure I dont have to pay what I wasnt told, i'll appreciatte it. Thanks for ur help. Looking foward to hearing from you.
Called to cancel my contract because my family wants to put me on their phone plan with another company and T-Mobile told me I recently got thrown into another contract when in reality none of this was told to me prior to this third year after discontinuing a second phone from this account. I was not told anything about this change at this time or the at the time of the original phone sale to me. I was not given any paperwork to this regard. I am a 73 year old women who cannot afford to pay any contracts I did not sign or agree to.
I am so sick and tired of this crap I do not have a contract I have delt with this matter already and now i want to cancel service and you want to charge me for doing it early but if i dont have a T-Mobile contract it should not cost . I can not tell you all the stuff so I would like some one to call me to clear this matter up. Go back and check all notes talked to a guy there for over one hour and he checked it out, that when i got my phones and paid for them there was no CONTRACT go back i NEVER agreed to any CONTRACT. So get it handled because now you have made me not want to have you at all. I was going to keep one but not now.
Go back and listen to the recording oh thats right she never sent it to one because THER IS NO CONTRACT.
Today I got two prepaid lines from T-Mobile to use with iphones. I called this company to get details and prices of their plans. The first question they asked me was "for what are you going to use your data? I told them I needed something fast to watch Netflix, videos, etc.
They told me that they have a 4G network great for that the type of usage. The price sounded great: $50 for unlimited talk, text and data. My iphones are 4 generation so I only can get 3G, so I was pleased with the offer. The sent me to a local store and I paid for the two lines and I noticed that the internet was saying 'E," I called t-mobile and after a lot of complaining, they told me that they ONLY offer 2G for iphones in general.
I told them that my father has an iphone with t-mobile and he has 3G. The representative told me that even when the phone says "3G" those customers are only getting 2G. How deceptive!! I asked for a refund but they denied my claim because it is prepaid, even when the complain was made within 1 hour of activation and they recognized they made the error (gave false information). So now, I just threw in the trash $ 110.26. Be careful with t-mobile, they lie just to get your money.
My previous A/c# is 458495493 and the new 875505809. I have been with T-Mobile since 2006. I called to let them know I called to let them know that I am terminating my business with them within 24 hours effective today 02 08 2013 and they said I am on a contract. I do not know what contract they are talking about. I not bought any discouted product from the company neither have I chosen any plan of discounted rate.
I will not to pay for this non working cell- phone, this is not my fault ,and I dont need no more your contract. since phone not working and my husbend not work becouse costomers not reach him and busenes not working.cansel this contrakt with no charge,if you charge so you have to pay my husband for one week,he not working becouse cell-phon doesnt work.
I am writing this email because T-Mobile chose to ignore the failed to protections I've set on my account. My account is set up with NO authoirzed users and a password for the account and this was ignored. On the phone number 302 275-9303 had problems with the windows phone, I was told T-mobile couldn't replace it because they weren't making that one anymore and that another phone had to be chosen. At that time, I was informed that the replacement of the WOULD NOT extended my contract because it was a faulty phone. The HTC Amaze was purchased for full market price and T-mobile representative assured that extension wouldn't happen. I only found out that the contract was extended because I had billing question. No one was given authorization to upgrade or extend this contract and I was very concerned about that because how DISSATISFIED I AM with T-mobile and this just helps to drive that point home. I have been a loyal customer for six years or so, even though I was not please with serivce or billing. My contract ended October 12, 2012 for both lines and I would like you to do the responsible thing and release both lines as there is no proof of my authorization to any contract extensionl. Thank you for your immediate attention to this sensitive matter.
T-Mobile advertized the best 4G coverage nationwide. The Target employee (apparently a Kiosk run by Radio Shack in Target) told me the 4G coverage in Southbridge was EXCELLENT. I bout the Samsung Galaxy iii phone with the 4G plan. It turns out there is no 4G or even 3G service in Southbridge and I could barely get any data service. After recovering from a really bad illness I talked at length to the T-Mobile and finally was informed that there is virtually no coverage in Southbridge. I returned the phone. Target would not give me a receipt for returning the phone which they have. T-Mobile is trying to force me to pay an early termination fee and Target will not refund my money or respond to me.
I have complained to the FCC and BBB. I am getting nowhere. I suffer from severe anxiety disorder and this is stressing me greatly. I need someone to respond honestly to my issue. The adverting was dishonest, I was sold a bill-of-goods that did not perform as promised, by ignorant and ill-trained staff.

I have had several issues with the two phones that I have. I have had hangup, calls as well as mising very important calls. I have missed called from my job and have been on called have missed important messages for going into work because of poor service from t-moblie. I can not make calls often, link calls, and in the midst of conversations, calls often drop. This happens in my home,on the job, and in my car. I don't want to be charged for early termination, but I do not want to continue with your service for either phone. I have been stressed to the max, and I'm exhausted by t-mobiles poor quality service.
During the month of March I spoke to a Lisa in your collections department regarding my March bill.
I was concerned that I had been charged £50 outside allowance of which I was very surprised as I do not go over my allowance. This has not been the first time that I have checked my bill and notice that I had been charged for call that I did not make.
In speaking to your customer service advisor (Lisa) in your collections department in Leeds she told me I had made the calls and that I ad to pay it. I asked if I could speak to a manager and was told that I did not need to speak to a manager as she had explained everything and the manger would only be repeating what she had told me. I again asked if I could be put through to a manager Lisa then told me that she will not be putting me through to a manager as she felt that she had dealt with the matter. I said to Lisa again that I would like to speak to a manger as I wanted to complain.
She said under no circumstances is she going to put me through to a manager as my call did not warrant it and she again had already dealt with it. I explained that I am a customer and I was not satisfied with her response to my complaint and I would like to speak to a manager. Lisa point blank refused to put me through to a manager. So I hung up and redialled and asked to speak to a manager after explaining what it was I needed to speak to a manager about. I was then put through to a manager (cannot remember his name). Speaking to this manager caused me a lot of distress that I had him on load speaker as I was appalled with the way I was spoken to. He told me my bill was correct, that I had to pay it otherwise I will be cut off I tried to explain that I cannot afford to pay for something that I did not agree with and that I would like this looked into he told me that he is the manager and he has the last say. I told him that I do not go over my allowance and I refuse to pay for something I do not agree with he went on to say â do we force you to use your phone we do not force you to use your phone you have gone over your limit and that is that.â I told him that I cannot afford to pay this as I have children to feed and you are taking food out of my childrenâs mouth. He responded âwhat has your children got to do with you making these calls outside of your allowance.â I was taken aback and so where the others who where listening to the conversation. I told him that I needed to feed my children and that I budget what I am spending and this is why I know I do not go over my allowance as I am careful. He them told me that I should check my balance and I would not go over, I in turn told him I do not need to check as I know I do not go over , he then replied it is obvious you do as you have gone over and if you where checking you would not have gone over.
I asked him if this is how you speak to your customers his response was âyesâ. I told him that I would like to speak to his manager he told me that he did not have one. I then told him that I found him to be very rude and that I would be leaving T-Mobile he told me to go on then he did not care, again I was taken aback with his attitude and the manor in which he spoke to me. Again he was heard by my colleagues. I told him that I had him on load speaker, he did not care was his response.
I told him that I would be putting a complaint about the whole department including him; he told me to go ahead and asked if I wanted the address.
I am so appalled with his attitude and the rest of the team that I will take this further if nothing is done and my account looked into with regards to the charges on my account.
Today again I spoke to another advisor and found them to be very unhelpful like the rest of the them not willing to put me through to a manager as they are to busy and cannot come to the phone. I find this to be very frustrating when you are not able to speak to a manger when requested. I find it appalling that you are not able to speak to anyone of authority other than what you a=call frontline advisors who obviously needs customer service training.

Phone number 347-245-6213. I was trying to do a change in ownership about 5 days ago with tmobile from my sisters name to my name and when we did everything the person I spoke to said that he was going to put it in and all I had to pay was the $300 deposit just to have it under my name but everything would remain the same. I would like to cancel my contract and was told that in order to cancel my contract I would have to pay a $200 cancellation fee. I do not see why I would have to pay a $200 cancellation fee if they opened it as a new account. I would like to get my $300 deposit without paying $200! I have at least a 20 day grace period to cancel the account so I am requesting my refund! Thank you!
So after over two years of having t-mobile and never being able to get a straight answer to any questions I am beyond frustrated with your company's ethics. When I call to cancel and am given "LOYALTY" phone pricing to not switch providers and upon calling back am given completely different pricing and am told "that is just how it works" that is beyond unethical and a HORRIBLE thing to do to your customers. When contracts, policies, and pricing changes within a single hour I am sorry but that is BULLSHIT. I will be advising my company to reconsider T-Mobile as their wireless provider not because of your coverage but because of your shoddy customer service. So disappointed.
I purchased a Tmobiee prism in Terre Haute Indiana on or around Sept 29 2012.On or around mid November 2012 the phone was not working properly.I took phone back to the location I purchased phone and was advised By Crystal (employee of Tmobile ) in Terre Haute Indiana that was under warrranty.and advised my son and I that we return phone to Return Center but only keep sims card and memory card and send non working cell phone to return center first before Tmobile send us a replacement.I did as instruceted by Tmobile employee.I recieved phone but nly shell NO BATTERY OR BATTERY COVER .I called tmobile and wenrt there 2 xs and was advised by a associate (employee ) that I call customer service and I did. They say order complete will send emil if they can replace battry and cover and no email and thats almost week later. now Tmobile in Terre Haute say we were to only send shell not entire phone .Well I was doing what Tmobile employee told me to do thats not my fault. My son still with out cell phone going on 2 or more weeks I paid $150.00 for phone And my husband and i and my mother are other extended family memebers are Tmobile customers and I am the payee..Its not my fault but your employee so Id like a battery and cover I sent or a replacement as soon as possible.i can be reached at 812 223 0871.Thanks Karen Bendekovich
Re 812 223 2474 is my sons cell phone
My name is Esther Alvarado and I have been a t-mobile customer for many years. I have always been very happy with t-mobile and was a customer under no contract for many years. On August 14th, 2012, I decided I wanted to upgrade my phone. I went to the Walmart Store close to my house and picked up the new phone. Being a T-mobile customer, I added this phone under a 2 year contract and not the other 2 lines that I presently had with my plan. On that same day, several hours later, I decided that this was not the phone I wanted and called T-mobile to ask if I could return the phone and go back to my original non- contract plan with T-mobile. I was told that I would have no problem returning the phone and going back to my origianl non-contract plan becuase I was under the buyers remorse period and had nothing to worry about. I proceeded to the Walmart Store and returned the phone. I understand that the Walmart Store failed to complete the proper proceedure in the transactions that day. I recieved a bill from T-mobile charging me $900.00. I was shocked and very worried about this bill. I called T-mobile and was told that I needed to go back to the Walmart Store where I did my transactions. The Walmart store accepted their error and correct all paperwork that was necessary. A T-mobile representative told me to go online to contractreview@t-mobile.com to explain my situation in order to clear the charges made during this misunderstanding;. I understand that maybe there was confusion with transactions being done at the Walmart Store as well as returning and getting another phone on the same day. I just want to get this bill taken care of and not have any problem with T-mobile. I highly appreciate t-mobile's professional and courteous service in which I have been helped many time in the past and trust that I will be helped in this present situation.

i have been a customer of t Mobil for several years . my contract was up last month , i called and talked to a representative ,we went over everything and my total bill for the new 2 year was supposed to be 126.38 for 24 month for everything including the new phone and insurance on my second line 0410 .
first of all they tried to bill me for 700.00 which was wrong the phone was to be on payment plan , they told me to send the phone back and they send me another phone exactly the same which i though it was stupid , now they say my bill is 136.00 a month instead of 126.00 you try to screw people you do not give anything in writing . and after i have to deal with you like this i am a retired person on fixed income i can not pay the extra 10.00 a month and i should not
i need for you to go back and listen to the conversation when i singed for the new contract and adjust my bill to 126.38 which i wads promised.
On Januarary 5, 2013 I went to Kaneohe T-moibile because I was having trouble with my phone, it was shuting off by it self with in five minutes now matter what function I used on it drop calls, texting, going on games or even trying to use the internet, which the representitive told me that she would be ordering my a new one.
On Januarary 9 I went into the store to get my phone switch over to the new one I recieved on the 8th. The repersentative (PB) switchecd it over for me and I left deleting the contacts which was double and the phone began to do the same thing. I went back inot the store and was told my the same representive that it must be the batter and they didn't carry the batter for the phone I needed to go look else where.
I left the store frustrated and upset. I then went back about 45 minutes later and talk to a different representative who called customer service for me who tried trouble shouting it over the phone but my phone still didn't work, the customer service said that they would be sending me a new phone, I asked if it doesn't work could I cancelle line and was told I was still on contract.
I was told that in October when I had trouble with t-mobile of switching my daughter line back to my account, they gave me a credit of a months bill but I was not told at that time all my lines would be on a new contract just hers. If I was told I would never have agreed to it, because I had two lines already up on contracts and two more would be up this year.
I feel that they were sneaky on how they went about the contract renewal. I must say that they customer service(611) people were very helpful and polite, they tried to help me over and beyond. I don't know when my cell phone will be working properly again.
Had upgrade and went back under contract with surpose to bebe fathersday special 2011. Was advised my other line would need web service as a special web I would have to pay for the web service for 3 moths afterwards would receive web service for a year free, I agreeded. After the 3 months was told mistake was made would be corrected until then still had to pay for servive.
As of nov 2011 matter was surpose to be corrected. During this period there was a mild snow strom I started having problems with my line, I contacted tmoblie and was advised to do certain things for my service to be restored, a couple of times wad advised to do something relating to my email adress, since that period I have been blocked from that address and told tmoblie has nothing to do with mattet. Still to this day I still have problems with my line and have had phone for my line changed 4-5 times.
Was advised by a gentleman from loality department IF I had any more issues with phone notes were made to change the model if phine. 5/2/12 since phone change og dart phone still having problems, requested for model chage, mo notes mafe. Phone added to my line some time ago requested for line to be canceled, told I would have to pay a fee of 200 dollars.
Some time ago I requested for 2 added lines, wad told one line was free, and to kept from being charged an early canle fee haf to cancelline. line within 30 days. I did so. Later wad charged a fee because line was not canceled. Did keep one therefore I had 2 lines to account. As agreeded did pay for lune until contact was up that line numbet that line is the one that is surpise to have the free web for was surpise to be 2 years and after agreement 1 yeat but I keep getting chaced fot and must keep calling in to recevie credit for.
I have neen with tmobile for maybe 7 or 8 years atleast, nevet really had a problem. Expect when contact was up I would have problems with phone just gcall get a new phone, times go back under contact.
When I make a payment agreement honor it. If I must honor my agreement I expect the same from tmobile. Since my ordeal with going back under contact last year I will be adured mmatter is noted and be corrected, then I am told no notes are made! With my other line I request to cancel the service, told there is an early termanation fee of 200 dollars!
Told I could change my model of phone, then told no notes where made I can only recevie the same model! YES!!! I am very upset with my service!!
I do not like being lied too! I do not like being forced to accept and pay for something that is not agreeing with me! I have had periods of not receving impirtant calls and text, habe surpise to have upgraded service not to recevie, on my other line I am being forced to pay fro web service that is surpose to befree and IF I do not pay attention and call in and few times was in a nice way called a luar because of notses that was surpose to be in my account wasnt that it wad a fathersday offer, that wasnt.
If tmoblie do not want me as a customer just ask me to leave dont bully me, when I agreeded to paymrnt being taken from my account it wad surpose to be on a certain day it was takin out early, when canceling with my bank to stop payments the date for payment was pushed ahead.
Lost my email address listing to intrustions to correct a matter with my phone, and still mayter wiadnt corrected. Dont understand? Why? Therfore yes I am very upset and displeased. I am now adking IF all matters cannot be corrected to please let me out of my contact, ad for any fees that could be held against me to be wavief due to the ordeals I have been forced to undergo since agreement of me going back under contract with t moblie.
Basically I don't call a lot:I use less than 100 minutes out of 300 minutes allowed by my basic plan. So, to cut off more price (in order to save extra money) I had discussion a few option with your representative on late October or early November 2011, the representative told me that if I make a contract for 2 years, I can keep this plan with reduced price (27.6$, a 10 $ off from the current bill) and direct me to make a contract for 2 years (until November2, 2013).
However, when I checked the bill this Saturaday, i.e. yesterday, your company is still charging 37.7$. In that case, the representative deceived me to make a contract by providing false information or fradulent incentive. This is a scam that should not occur in an established company like T-mobile!! I strongly believe that if you look for the date in which I signed the contract you will find the name of the representative and the voice record of the conversation. I believe that if this is an intentional deception, the representative should be fired. Please, resolve this issue.
If the representative didnot say that I can reduce the charge on the bill, I wouldnot make the contract!!!
I went into the T-mobile store on 12/10/2012 about 4:45 p.m. located at 250 center Drive in Wood Bridge Mall, a retail Associate by the name of Johnny Ventura helped me with all my paper work for my different lines, he explained to me about all the changes to my plan with all the discounts and future payment of $60.00 more starting to be in effect on my 2/12/2013 bill, before all our business was done I questioned Johnny several times about my future bills because I did not want any surprises, he said everything will be okay, I signed a piece of paper about my contract, never once did he ever mention to me about a Migration fee!!
I have been with T-Mobile for over 12+ years and I know how I always get an explanation for all by business with T-Mobile, I went back to the same store on 12/26/2012 at 11:00 a.m at that time I was told by an Assistant Manager Joel.T that I had to wait for the Manager to come at 1:30 P.M I remained in the Mall til that time and spoke to David Galvao about the situation upon me arriving at the store he showed me a contract that I never once had in my possession about Migration Fees.
I explained to him also that I never saw that paper while at the store for business with Johnny Ventura, Mr. David Galvao then told me that I can bring everything back to the store and reverse all my contract business that I did at the store previously, at this time I am disputing this whole situation because I feel I was treated very unfair as a T-Mobile costumer, I should not have to go back into a store and show them my phone bill that says $556.44 for them to then give me a piece of paper about Migration fees that I was never aware of from the very beginning.
I am asking T-mobile to do everything you can to help me as a loyal costumer for over 12+ years, I respectfully trust your Judgement, and I would like to thank you in advance for any Help you can offer me at this time.
I got the mobile broad band thinking it was a good internet source it did not meet my needs so i canceled it 3 days too late now its a charge on my cell phone i been with tmobile for over 6 years and i dont want something little like this to have me go to another company the sales lady told me this is more than enough internet for me and it is not
Acct # 971-222-6811 and 971-338-1751 have an ending date of next October when it should be this next February. What happened was 503-380-1465 came in with us in October of last year and at first the entered her with an inccrrect number. She went back and changed it getting the correct number which I just gave you. Then they put her in with the incorrect plan. I called and changed it when the first bill came. We were already on unlimited miniutes and unlimited texting. They changed her to that plan and at that time they changed our contract ending along with hers. We should not have been affected. We didnt do a thing to our accounts and plans. Ours still should be February 2013. I like this plan but I always end up having to pay the entire bill which I cannot afford. Please correct out plan ending date. I have been a customer for many years and would appreciate your assistance with this matter asap.

T-mobile holds you hostage for renewal. I have been a loyal customer of T-mobile for over 9 yrs, never had an incident, pay timely and full payments no partials or payments plans.... T-mobile does not have nearly the same coverage as other providers yet when my daughters phone became eligable for renewal, I chose not to do so and wanted just to suspend the line. I was told that she is attached to my line where I upgraded last year thus now making her line only eligable until mine. Never mind her phone no longer works and that her last upgrade was 26 monts ago which means that her line has completed her obligation to the 2-year contract. T-moblie has found a way to not only not provide the adquate coverage that my daughter needs because they don't have enough towers but they also is holding my account hostage because they want to charge me $200.00 for early termination...Really a phone that has a 26 month timeframe is early terminiation, but oh buy the way if you need a phone you can buy one from t-mobile and we will sign you back up for another 2yrs...This is some bull..... now I am truly disappointed with t-mobile... I have put up with their inabilty to provide adquate coverage but now they are putting my child in harms way...I need to be able to speak to her where ever she is with out having to pay 200.00 on a phone that has met the 2 yr committment...Let me go... and belive me I will end my contract when my is due, but I am sure there will be a 200.00 charge for that. too.. they are also given conflicting reports, please be aware if you have separate contracts... you will now be lumped togther and you will not be aware be cause you dont get a written contract.... I am so disappointed this is truly not customer service...I am finished with the contract I should not be penalized with this charge..Really T-mobile you shoulb be better than this
I haVE A FAMILY PLAN BEEN WITH TMOBILE FOR YEARS WHEN MY PLAN WAS UP RIGHT BEFORE BACK IN MAY AND JULY I ASKED THAT THEY DROP ONE LINE BECAUSE MY DAUGHTER WENT WITH SOMONE ELSE,THEY ASUURED ME WHEN MY PLAN WAS UP I WOULD NOT HAVE THE LINE FOR HER,WELL I WAS NOT CHARGED AND NOW I AM AGAIN FOR HER LINE I DO NOT WANT TO PAY FOR A LINE THAT IS NOT USED.I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER AND THIS MIGHT BREAK IT FOR ME AND WHEN MY PLAN IS UP THAT WILL BE IT .IT IS A TEN DOLLAR A MONTH FEE I THINK YOU SHOULD HONOR WHAT WAS TOLD TO ME.THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING..ACCOUNT 284114101 Connie Hardy 8426 south 16th tacoma ,washington 98465 ,cell to be removed off plan was 253-8350)

My T-Mobile (that is what they call the portal) extended my contract when I tried to make changes to rate plan. It was never clear on the portal that It would extend the contract.
This was never communicated to me over email/text or phone.
When I contacted customer service, i came to know about this practice. I asked them to change the contract end date to what it was. But they were not at all helpful. They never gave me a solution. Instead, asked me to email contractreview@t-mobile.com with all details. When I did that, There was no response for a long time.
I am still waiting to hear from them regarding my contract.
I have been a T- Mobile customer for over 10 yrs. I called spoke to T- Mobile rep who gave me wrong information. I am currrenty going to school . I have been paying alot for my survices. I decided to try another company to lower my payment. The rep I spoke with said it would be ok to cancle my contract and pay 100 dollers instend of $200 since i have been a member for many years.. later I received the bill $ 250.00 . I tried explaining to T-Mobile rep and they said I had to pay full amount . I would like a reply explaining why they have employees giving wrong information .
Thank

in february of 2011 i entered into a 2 year contract with tmobile, which will expire in feb 2013. i entered the contract for an HTC G2 phone. you had to change the phone twice because it had the same problems which was that i would send text to one particular telephone number and a different number would receive it. the wrong people would get my messages that were not intended fot them. tmobile told me that they would exchange the G2 for a My Touch phone if i paid a difference of 82.00 $. i accepted the exchange after been assured that this would not change my contract in any way. but they defrauded me or lied to me because they changed the contract. my original contract expires in feb. 2013 and not in december 2013 as am been told now, because now tmobile is saying is due to the phone exchanges. i want tmobile to validate or honor the original contract. Tmobile as all these communication phone companies get away with having freedon at large to do what they want with consumers and that is the fcc fault to give you this type of power and fraudulently rip people off for billions of dollars. i hope that the fcc of federal government one day soon interferes and set limits to all these companies that are taking money from people in a fraudulent way. in february 2013 is when my contract expires not in december. i expect tmobile to honor my contract as understood, feb 2013 not dec 2013. if this dont happen, i will cancel all my lines and will go to another provider. there are plenty of providers now that will be happy to have a customer that spends this kind of money. thank you.
In 2010 Nov I purchased a new cell phone from t-mobile I have been customer for 6 years I had plain called Classic plain which alwayed you to purchase a phone with money they have in your account to use to make new purchase if get new phone sign another 2 year contract so I did but I was told that Classic Plain I had doesn't offer those things anymore I didn't find this out until I got ready to purchase another phone they never sent any information tell me that Plains had changed. When spoke with lady she told me that Vaule Plain is just like Classic Plain I had before it would lower my bill I agreed to 2 year contract for Value Plain then I got new phone same time put deposit down cell phone came in NOV 2010 they didn't tell me it would take two month before they would start new plain I was told monthly fee would be on next billing cycle which would be next month it didn't start until Jan 2011 I got cell phone in NOV 2010 then they didn't tell me that because I renewed contract it would be both lines when each line had a different 2 year agreement due date ending my second cell phone contract was about be up then when it became 2 years they stated when I sign up for new Value Plain they made contract for both line not just one for 2 years. When you make agreement it only states for one cell phone number that your making the agreement with not whole plain my 2 year contract is up for second line they just told me that my contract doesn't expired until 2013 for both line when I only got new phone for one line the plain was agreement for the one cell phone and to lower my bill, how can I extend contract that not expired yet for another contract adding on 2 more years without getting new phone when you upgrade services. every 2 years when make agreement with T Mobile they didn't tell me that the Value Plain extended my service for 2 more extra years when they gave me start date of 01/2011 for service plain and new cell phone was given in 2010 in Nov it took two month to get Value Plain started then add second line on another two year contract without other contract ending for second cell phone I never agreed I want to start over with my services this has stop me from getting new phone plus extended my service for both lines not the once I agreed to. They gave me false information that lead me to agree to plain stated that they no longer do that anymore there is plain they offer just like Classic Plain I would come out cheaper with this plain this would allow ne to get new phone with month payment plain renewal of contract for the one cell phone not both line agree to another 2 year when second line contract is not up my bill is not lower The Classic Plain they could bill you for down payment then make monthly fee for cost of the phone each line was under different two year agreemnet due date not same date as the purchase which two month late if got cell phone in NOV 2010 it didn't take affect until 01/2011 WHY it was not for two line Value Plain was for Family not the renewal of contract that had ended I never agree to extend 2 year agreement without purchase of cell phone one with one cell phone line not both lines
3 months ago I got over minutes charge $90 form 1 of my kid's phone. I called T-mobile ,they give me a discount %50 off ($45) because I'm one of the long time customer but I have to renew 2 years contract and they need to change to new plant to unlimited to prevent over minutes charge, I said OK. 1 month later i got the bill nearly $300 witch $100 over minute charge that surprise me . I called T-mobile again ,They said not thing they can do because already give me discount last time I try to explain about new unlimited call but they don't care , I asked to speaker with the manager the lady switch me back fresh beginning of waiting ( she never let me talk to the manager ) than I drive to T-mobile store get help, they tell me to call form my phone. not thing else I can do with T-mobile. I saw on tv that t-mobile were having a special sale on phone, it was when you buy one you get one free. So I went to the store locate at 12537 south dixie highway, to find out about the good offer they were having. After speaking with the representative,he told me i could buy a samsung galazy 3 and get the table for free, the only thing was that i had to pay for both and the i have to filled a mail and rebate and i will get the table free. After the representative help me filled out the mail and rebate and sent it in. I was so happy that I made a great deal but two weeks later i recieved a letter saying that I do not applied for the offer that I made at the store and to call to a number or go back to the store to see any other offer. I went back to the store to find out what had happenned and the same representative told me that she was going to fixed and she was going to call me back.I wait for three days and she never called me, i went to the store a couple times and she was not there and some other representaive told me to come back when she was there. I finally find her and she asked me if someone from tmobile had called me and i told her no.She told me that the manager is going to called me and fixed the problem when his dm come back from vacations that he is outtown. As a today nobody has called me and I still waiting for a solution, that i hope i get my money back or they could refund back the money and i give them back the table. This been a ripoff and a waste of time. i want someone to come with a solution soon, because i want my money back from the offer thy had buy one get one free. I been with tmobile for almost 4 years and this is the first time I had a problem with them. Now I am waiting for a dm to come with a solution, like when i purshused the offers he was their. I need a solution as soon as possible. thank you in advance.
Iam with Tmobil this is my 10th year in September I call and I agree to change the plan because I was paying to much money but I say to them to cancel my dell tablet and the Borland because I don't use them but now I call and they. Renew the contract for 2 more years but I am paying and I never use them you can see in my account and you can see for your self please I can pay to cancel 200$ each thing if I told then not to put them please help me to came out of the contract
left sprint and moved to t-mobile to get better service, I get bad reception and dropped calls all day. I drive for a living and need my phone. I was told by a t-mobile rep that I would receive coverage on the road that I travel, false information. The only reason I came to t-mobile was for better service, which I do not receive. T-mobile did not honor the coverage they said I would receive. I want to get out of my contract with no penalties. I need to cancel contract, so I can find another service that can help me do my job.
I want out of my contract that is supposed to end In 2/2013 or there about. I changed my minute plan to a family plan with a set monthly recurring charge. Since that change I have only seen that constant billing amount two times. All the other months, my bill is higher for the supposedly "set" charge.
When I changed my minute plan, the person at the local T-Mobile store never once mentioned that the change would in effect change my contract date and extend it into 2014. He just explained the change in minutes, with unlimited talk, text and web and called it a value plan. He asked me to sign on the pen-pad, I did, and went on my way.
Now that my second line phone has had to be replaced twice, due to defective/faulty equipment, I find that my contract will not expire as I originally thought. I only found this out because we had to go into the local store for phone problems. The girl who waited on us this time told me to call 611 and get my phone replaced with a refurbished unit.
This will be the 2nd phone in 2 wks. I originally paid for a new phone and want a new phone. I don't want refurbished junk. I want out of my contract on the original date of 2013 and I do not want to have to pay $200 per line if I cancel before then.
I was informed by customer service rep that I could not pay my bill and for 3 months and the company would keep the lines open (of course we would not have service) then after 3 months the company would shut down the two lines and bill me for the 3 months of non-service and the additional $200 per line.
How is this the best company to have service with...you have no feelings for your paying customers and your reps in the local stores don't even know what they are doing. I feel that I was duped into extending this contract (which I will never renew) and that your only goal it to make money on top of your profits.
I've even had to pay extra for "tweets" incoming and outgoing because your so-called store experts said that the PC and phone are interconnected and they get to bill me the .20 cents per tweet!!! Tweeting on the PC is free, no matter what...I don't care if it's to the other side of the world.
I feel that this contract should be null and void because of the misleading reps and the inconsistent billing and I was never given a copy of a contract for any changes.
The person I talked to lied to me about my contract in which I renewed last Tuesday. He told me I have 4 lines and the 2 first lines would have 1,000 each minutes and the other two 500 each and unlimited text otherwise free texting. He said they were not going to charge me for a whole month, I discovered this problem because t-mobile send me an text message saying that I was passing the amount of text messages. After that I called back and I told him that the texts were free, because I renewed the contract. They told me no that the texts are not free and they simply lied to me about this. This is the account number 425186592. This contract that i have is 1,000 minutes shared with the 4 lines not how he said. I want to remove this contract and leave my account how it was before with no contract , because the guy Jose lied to me.
Date: Wed, Dec 19, 2012 5:45 pm. December 20, 2012. Dear T-Mobile, I was given this address to write this letter regarding my account. We were in Florida this May looking for a house and trying to use my phone to get in touch with people about setting the contract on the property.
I had no service and also did not have any Wi-Fi connection. We called T-Mobile and the person had told me that I had to get a boost put on the house phone and also dropped 3G to 2G. I did that, went back to New Jersey and the phone worked for a little while. We came back to Florida to relocate and still again had no service for 10 to 20 miles away from my new house.
Yet again we complained to T-Mobile and still they are charging me for a phone that I cannot use. So I cancelled my service and went to another provider and T-Mobile managed to get my new cell number. How? I need my phone 24/7 like all the other people in the world. Sorry to say I shouldnât have to pay for your poor service in Florida.
Kindly get back to me on the review on paying the amount that you seem to be charging me for NO service. Is there any way to wave the cancellation fee for my account?
Back on June 07/2011, I contacted T-Mobile to buy a HTC Sensation. It was purchased and paid for buy my Son. At the time I made some changes on my my other two lines. The rep. told me that their was No contracted extention with the changes that I made. I went from the fav. five to unlimited and was informed that the internet on two of my three lines would be only ten dollars a line; my bill increased three months later to thirty dollars a line? The one line that I had no internet is mine; don't need it outside my home. My contract was up in January, 2012 and when I checked it; it was extended to June, 2013. T-mobile gave me this web. site to type in a complaint so they can reveiw this. Ps. My wife and I are still on our old phones.
On November 8, 2011 I opened a 2 line phone account with t-mobile. I experienced dropped calls and missed messages and spent several hours on the phone with the company trying to fix the problem. They sent out new phones which did not clear up the problem. Again I called the company back and spent more hours and the phone, finally spoke with a supervisor and he explained that t-mobile does not have good coverage in my area and would cancel my contract with no fee and was sorry to lose me as a customer. He said that I could call back and cancel and that he would put a notation on my account which he did not. Needless to say I was left with the fee.
I pay to much money to have phone service with them and the problem is with the company not the customer.
Please check my account . i have been with T-mobile for 13 years, the service was good up until a year ago. Every month i started getting charges of 1.99 for data usage that i didnt have or used, then got charged for laste fee for date changes oin my bill that i didnt know changed. Now after much debate, about staying with t-mobile, my contract expires in april 2012, i go to store to get a phone and to upgrade.
well after so much going back and forth , the store clerk say the t rep wanted to talk to me, i talked with him and he said since he hadnt gotten the payment i could not unless i pa8id there. i had already sent the payment. I was so embarassed , felt like i was bad, so i said then forget it, my contract expires and i will decide what i will do. days later i recieve a text saying i can get a phone for 250.00 off for a 2 yesr contract.
i check my bill online only to find out that they upgraded me to a data plan that i have no phone for. i call t-mobile and was told to back to store to have them chage it. i dont live in that city and hadf to drive all the way 40 miles only to be told they could not do anything. i was pissed.. i got my plan changed back to what i had , now i want the contract to ecxpire in April like it was suppose to, i never agreed for it to be changed after i talked to the rep. please help as i will look at other measures to take.
i have been a loyal customer , i hope you all as loyal to your customers.
First of all when i try to turn on my web my phone automatic shuts off so i have not had web for almost two months still paying 50 dollar i call every one i could nothing i have trouble shoot nothing then i payed my wife phone bill aug 17 For the sum 25.00 dollors and today date is the 27 of aug no phone on well its a shame when a company take you money of f of your card then tell you never made a payment and u just gotoff phone wit ur bank to put a claim on the tranaction that familyvista t mobil said i did pay. their payment department says it paid and tbey gave me a confirnation nunber and tbey still willnt honor it . somebody help us pleaze 9162336628 9165129922.
T-Mobile is the worst cell phone company on the planet. I have been paying T-Mobile over $120 dollars a month for multiple useless phones. The complaint that I have is there quality of products and TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL customer service. With every phone issue I have had, after talking to customer service on the phone they have tried tech support or send me to a T-Mobile store. Where unless I am buying a new phone, they can't help. Telling me to call T-Mobile. For years around and around it goes. With all these phones its proven ONE thing. T.Mobile cares nothing for their customers all they want is their $$$$. I really can't afford to break my contract, but I have no choice. Thanks for putting the actual hard workers through your Money Sucking B.S corporate scam. What really sucks is the only thing worse than their product is their useless customer service.
I took a contract in January 2012 for 24 months and T-Mobile said that I can make calls to any UK number within my allowance. 3 months after joining i got a bill for calling Lycamobile and they told me its not part of my contract. however they told me that any other network is part of my contract including Lebara. now they have decided to take out calls to Lebara from my allowance. i am so upset that i hate the Tmobie. i regrettet ever joining T-Mobile.
i have asked that if they decide to take Lebara and Lycamobile from my call allowance, i should be allowed to leave T-Mobile freely without charge, yet the aggressive and arrogant T-Mobile customer service menber called Christopher team number 957. could not put me to the manager to discuss with me rather he sid that he has every right to make decisions for his manager.
i am so furious. who gives you the right to amend my contract the way you like? despite having increased my monthly payment due to inflation.
i am so upset.
My name is Shirley Mullen I had called T-Mobile on December 29,2012 I talked to a rep.I called because I was suppose to hve unlimited everything on my plsn. Recently i found out that it they had not done that. my pyment for 3 phones was $235.00 snd some chsnge so i changed my plan on on december 29,2012. again n to a lower price then what I was paying and they gave me a qoute of $175.00 for all 3 lines unlimited including taxes. I got a text from them on 1/24/2013 and I found out that the same line that I was calling about before was still the same nothing was changed. Our family has been with your company now for well over seventeen years with three to four lines. Recently on this last renewal we had all signed the contract for the same ending time. When I contacted T-Mobile recently, I was told that my contract was not up until January of 2014. I was informed that, this was due to my upgrade which also did not take place. Infact when I signed up this last time with T-Mobile I purchased a Galaxy XS at full price, and when I ran into a problem with the phone, because I was not carrying insurance at the time I was sent a refurbished phone and was downgraded from a 4g to a 3g. I then had to do a number change, but was assured by a T-Mobile dealer store that this would not affect my contract time in no way. I continued to have issues over the next several weeks and had to be sent another refurbished phone, where this time I lost applications that I had paid for, some totally close to ten dollars which they would not replace and put back on my phone as well. Our other lines are up towards the end of October this year, and I would like to request (and was told to contact you with their admitted system error) that my line be included in that ending period as well due to my contract dispute due to a system error. The number in question is as follows 801-919-4949 formally (801-722-5422) the other numbers on this contract are 801-836-3834 and 801-722-8100.
Thanks for your time

On March 8th I purchased a Mobile web stick which sadly was not compatible with Windows 8, so I used the buyers remorse and sent it back. T-mobile refunded me the 90.00. In the process, I called T-Mobile and ordered a Hot spot which they charged my fathers debit card 105.99. T-Mobile then intercepted UPS and had the hot spot sent back to the store. CSR stated they felt it was a fraudulant transaction but they would refund the 105.99 within 30 days and I needed to go to a T-mobile store with ID. I had to drive an hour and buy another Hot spot at a higher price with a 50.00 deposit. When I arrived at home I discovered that I did not get service. I then took the hot spot back to the store for a refund. They stated they could refund the amount for the device but my deposit would be credited back to my account, which they did. I called CSR on March 19, 2013 about the other refund on the first hot spot I had purchased. CSR stated that it had not been processed yet but they would start working on it. I have called 27 times between march 19, 2013 to currently an hour ago on May 7, 2013..I had talked to CSR on May 6, 2013, They stated they were sorry for the inconvenience and that they would send out a pre-paid debit card for the amount of 105.99. On May 7, 2013 I noticed my account is now past due in the amount of 105.99. I Once again called CSR they stated that they are unsure why that is but when I receive this pre-paid debit card I will need to pay the 105.99, if I fail to pay this 105.99 that is now on my account my services will be shut off, after it is paid CSR will then try to process the refund. Every time I call CSR they state that they will or have taken care of it. (Only to find out later another issue to arise on why I can not get the refund)I have spent countless of hours on the phone with CSR but they seem to be very dishonest in what they are actually doing with this issues. They have stated many lies through this process, one went as far as saying there was no record of this transaction even though we have an order number for this transaction. I asked if we could discontinue services because of the inconvenience and CSR said only if we want to pay the early cancellation fee..So now I feel either I have to pay all this money to end services or completely be dis-regaurded on the current issue I am having with T-mobile. I feel trapped..
i have been with tmobile over twelve years. i resently upgrade my phone and plan and was given misinformation. this information caused me to purchase a phone and plan i would have skipped because of the price. i was told i could get a phone and new plan for 128.00 dollars a month. the sales person told me i could get a family plan for 79.00 dollars he then told me. i could purchase purchase a samsung III phone and have it paid for with my billing for 118.00 dollar and a down payment. i than told him i could not afford a down payment then. he then told me that he would add my down payment to my monthly bill bringing my bill to 128.00 dollars plus taxes. i agreed to this price and accepted the plan and bought the phones. i was notified a month later my statement was 404.13. i called tmobile about this bill dec 3 and was told different prices and reasons. i was disconnect 4 or 5 times and put on hold nummerous times once for a hour and half. i was told by one of your associates she checked and corrected the mistake and call finance to update my account . accounting put me on hold for one hour and a half and never returned. i was told today to contact this address and file my complaint and you wouild help me. please assist i cannot afford this and i do not want to change my telephone service. respectfully yours larry mcclenton acct number 225127633-cell phone number 404-993 0640-home number 404-241 4230 e-mail lam030@att.net.
I have mobile sevice through T-Moble. When I am work for about 8 to 10 hours, I can't get any service on my phone, but yet they are charging me for Unlimited service. I can't even diall 911 for emergencies. Everytime you call that stupdi troubleshooting department is is like calling out of the country and you speaking a foreign language. My advice is to put some funds into a real Troubleshooting department and not just have people answering the phone and trying to resolve the issue by reading a book.
I have been with this company for 10 years, however it's time to make another change. The crazy part is that All my coworkers that have TMOBILE are the only ones who does NOT get any service. We all intend to cancel at some point, rather sooner than later. I know we work on the Sprint Campus, but what is the excuse as to why all the other providers, Crickett, Boost, etc seem to be able to use their phone. My phone number is 816 785-9822. If the customer service department is any good, then I am sure they will be able to find me in their system.
To whom it may concern: I have summited an complaint on 09/26/2012 and called t-mobile and still you have not responded and I have asked to look over my account. I did not agree on the terms of texting on both line and I am being charge the wrong amount. My account was 49.99 in June 2012 I did not agree on a term of 59.99 ever. The agreement was 55.98 with free nights and weekends 1000 share minutes on both line t-mobile to t-mobile unlimited and free texting on one line and someone turn the contract around. I did not agree to this term of the contract you are billing me 59.99,and for the texting 5.00 dollars a line. I have been a loyal costomer for 9years and I just want to go back to the orginal terms before a new contract.
Sincerely,
Ms. Wanda Rodriguez
I have called t-mobile several times concerning that i get dropped calls and internet not working properly. They have sent me several phones and still have the same problem. My work require that I have a phone and internet, I informed the rep that I had to get another internet service because this one is not just working, they inturn told me to get my money back from the other company because theirs worked. 11/29/2012 I called back to inform t-mobile that still having the same problem after them telling me earlier was in a 4g network and had 3g phone needed to get 4g phone in which i did, I was also told that I was just in a bad area and if i had several phone with the same problem it would not work to do anything else. Now hearing that I think I should be reinburst for my services since i am in bad areanot being able to enjoy my services rather than be told to use wifi service why should i have to do this? I need my phone, internet. I think that I should be reinburst for my services since the problems have occured several months ago or reduce the cost of my services . It is really bad when no one wants to talk to you because of dropped calls and hav eto keep calling back for important information. What do you think. Please inform me of results.
I called in around oct.12 to say that I would be disconnecting my phone of 4054109673 at end of contract and authorizing the account to be superceded into my sister's name of Lori Morgan, agent told me if she called in before end of contract it would be superceded into her name and would be charged renewal fees, Sister calls in oct.25th, talks with agent, tells him that the account is to be superceded into her name and he even calls me and verifies my password and asks again if I am superceding accnt to her name, I advised yes and he sets her up with the two phones left on the accnt with one free month and two upgrades says he did credit check, but only puts permission for her to talk about accnt and pay bill, now sister tries to go get upgrade for phone and is told she has to pay a 400.00 dollar deposit when she was told otherwise by agent she spoke to on the 25th, Sister should not have to pay deposit, when was told she didn't have to and I shouldn't have to pay cancellation fees when it isn't supposed to be in my name at all and should have been superceded into her name on the 25th, so if the problem cannot be solved and she keep the accnt with no deposit then I want accnt cancelled and no cancellation fee for agent falsifying information, would like response as soon as possible please, have been customer for two years.
I got a collection call from a company that said I owed Tmobil $33.53 since January of this year. I told them they had the wrong number because I am still a Tmobil customer and my account is current. Besides that's not the amount that I pay. I never received a notification through regular mail, email, text message, voice mail or any other means of communication. It was then that I called Tmobil to let them know that they had given out my information to collectors in error. Customer service tells me I do have an old debt of that amount from a closed account. After thinking about it I realized that what they were talking about was a hotspot that I had purchased in October of 2011 that was supposed to have been added to my regular account and for some reason I still don't understand was not added but rather a separate account was created and I always had trouble with the bills. I finally decided I didn't need the hotspot and I wanted to close the account. I was told that the balance was going to be moved to my regular account along with the penalty for not waiting the contracted number of months (which I just finished paying through my regular account).
When I asked why they had sent me to collections instead of calling or writing to me and would have immediately paid the outstanding amount. I also asked why this amount was not transfered with the penalty to my regular account, the young woman (girl) at the other end told me that Tmobil just doesn't do that. That they had sent me statements many times and that since I was in collections Tmobil could not speak with me any more that I had to go through the collection company. I requested to speak to a manager and she wouldn't let me. When I insisted she said that the manager didn't want to speak with me because I had to call the collection company. I told her that if she didn't let me speak to a manager I would go to another phone company and she said there was nothing she could do.
I just got the second call from the collection company, I paid the $33.52. I'm getting ready to pay off whatever I owe you people and I'm switching to another cell phone carrier as soon as I find a decent deal. In the meantime I will tell everyone and in any way how Tmobil completely blew me away and didn't care about losing a customer. This is the second time I leave Tmobil. The first time it was because I was not getting a signal at work and at the time I had a sick mother at home and a daughter who was a freshman in college away from home and I needed them both to have access to me. After 6 months of working with Tmobil to find out why I had no signal in that building when everyone else was ok, I had to leave because I was told that nothing could be done. I had to pay the penalty then and I guess I'll pay it now also but believe me, Tmobil will NEVER have me as a customer again, no matter what.
If you care to speak with me (and I doubt that) you can reach me at 786-554-4870

I have been a customer of T-mobile for the past 7 years. I recently went into the store to merge someones line with my phone plan. I also wished to switch plans because of the value and the usage needs. I should advise that I have had five lines under tmobile plan for the entire time of my service there. When I went into the store the representitives were very helpful. although after two hours in the store hassling with cutomer service over the phone, they reluctantly told me that they would call me at a later date and time after they reviewed my account to see if the lines could be merged. The reason they gave me at that point was that my recent banktrupcy casued a problem. I dont know why this caused a problem, being as though I have had this service for years prior to the filing and my tmobile account was not part of the banktrupcy. I also advised them that after replacing an expensive phone 4 times under the insurance and or manufactureres defect, I wished to purchase a new phone. Under the value plan that I wished to switch to, the phone would be able to be financed. I was told that certain plans have different ways of upgrading the phones, and this particular plan gave me the advantage of finacing with some money down for the phone. The customer service told me that they would contact me in a few days with a determination as to weather or not I would be able to merge someines line with my own.
A few fays later, they contacted me stating that they were able to merge my lines despite the fact of my recent banktrupcy. I was satisfied and shortly therafter I went into the store to purchase a new phone under the finance agreement that is allowed by my value plan. I was then told that I could not purchase the phone under the finance agreement because of my banktrupcy. I was not told this when I was first advised of the value plan, and the customer service individuals were well aware of my banktrupcy. I then contacted customer service several different times thereafter, in an attmept to sort out the reasons why I was not able to purchase a phone. I was simply told I could not because of the banktrupcy. I then inquired as to switiching back to my original service plan, one that allows the customer to upgrade their current phone for a discounted price, instead of finacing the phone. I was told that I cannot switch back to the original plan, apparently due to the banktrupcy, which I was under when I filed. I was also informed that upon being switched to the new service plan, they automatically renewed my contracts on all the lines, which at the time were out of contract. The customer service rep then advised that since I had a banktrupcy I was technically not eligble for a renewal of contracts on any of those lines and that they should not have been renewed. I am requesting that my contracts be reverted to their original status, which would mark them "out of contract" so that I may cancel them and move to another provider. With the current status that I am under I am using an outdated phone that does not work properly and other lines under my plan also have the same problem, and I am unable to replace the phones or switch plans due to the convivng service of Tmobile, because I was not advised of any of these stipulations before making changes to my account.
Please review my complaint and return an answer in a timely fashion. Thank you for your consideration.
i went to t-mobile store at mall in el centro ca,92227 and they had a special buy a galaxy.2 phone with 2 year contract and get 150.00 rebate back so i did that was in10-31-11 and till this day have not got no rebate and cannot get a hold of fernando nor the manager to ask what is going on they even put my wifes phone on a contract when they were told we did not want a contract we did not no they had put her phone on contract till i went to shut it off and was told it would cost me 200.00 to shut off because of contract they are a bunch of rip offs
After speaking to a T-Mobile representative on the phone, October 8, 2012, I was informed that my contract on (580) 819-1859 was changed from a month-to-month contract to a limited contract expiring in March 2013. The contract on my primary phone (580) 819-0715 is to expire in November 2012. I was told that due to a $200 credit given in March of 2011 that the contract on the -1859 number was thereby changed from the November expiration to March 2013 expiration. This was done without my permission and it was also done without anyone from T-Mobile explaining it to me at that time or any time since. I renewed my contract in November 2010 because I had been advised that T-Mobile was planning to merge with AT &T. Since this merger did not take place I am not satisfied with the service I get with my phones because (a) I have only "G" service instead of the 3G or 4G that was anticipated (b) cannot receive emails promptly in all areas unless I am within close range of a tower (c) cannot get on the internet in many areas because a signal is not strong enough or not available and there are many "dead spots". The bottom line is that my contract for BOTH phones and phone lines should expire in November 2012, not one in November 2012 and the other in March 2013 because the changes made were done without my permission. Please resolve this matter at the earliest possible time prior to the expiration of the November 2012 timeline.
i have been a customer with t-mobil for a long time. i have always paid my bills on time. on aug 12 2011 i went in to the t-mobil store on federal highway in boca raton fli spoke to dereck who was the manager of the store at that time. he told me about a plan to reduce my payments by adding another phone line and phone.
i told him at that time that i did not want another line but he insisted and i told him i would go home and discuss it with my husband and he said don't take it- i went back to that store and told him i didnot want another phone or line and he kept insisting that i take it. he was transferred to aventura t-mobil store and i kept calling billing and going to various stores to take off the third phone line and to get credit for paying so my credit wouldnot be harmed.
i am discusted and want to leave t-mobil all together. i will do whatever it takes to not be harmed by all this terrible experience. t-mobil has commited fraud against me if you look up my history you will see that i have been paying anyway to not destroy my credit.
please read all the notes and tell me what i should do to get credit back from overpaying and for not being able to pay my original fee that was less than i am paying now. my husband is friends with pam bondi and a consultant with the state of fla. i will invole them if i have to.
My name is Colette Francois on 2/20/2013 i call t-mobile to go on your no contract for $ 50 per line when one of your workers convince me to stay on your contract for $79 a month with the same plan that i had . then i ask him him about getting new phones for my husband and son he said that it would be $10 different and then whatever he did he said that if i go to t-mobile or by the phone throw him i would only pay the differents at the store with no addition to my bill.I went to the store on hollywood blvd in fl and then they were charging me $15 per each line which was not part of my deal with your worker.
I did not want a contract with T-mobile but because of the deal i took it . if i am not able i would like to get out of the contract . Whenever you call it tells you that you a being recorded please go through my recorded and give me the deal i was promised or out of contract .I have being with T-mobile 2009 and a good customer . My contract ended in december 2012 and now i am force into a contract when i want something else.
I want my money reimbursed, as I was not told that if I paid my bill to the person I was talking to I was being charged for it. I want my money reimbursed by next billing cycle.

On Nov. 1,2012 I entered a contract with T-Mobil it had two phones and two years during the first two weeks I returned to the store with my phone that kept getting the message emergency calls only they took the battery out and said that the phone needed to be reset it worked for a day then it happened for several days which I kept taking the battery out to reset the phone at least once a day I returned to the store two more times and then on Nov 27, they finally said I could get a new phone and ordered it and I would have it by Friday Nov. 30. It did not arrive. On Nov 1 the manager of the store gave me his business card with a note on the back that he would waive the activation fee and told me when I pay the bill that he would credit my account one activation fee when I went he was not there they told me to call after I paid the bill and he would take care of it. I called the store four times before he finally answered me and promised me he would take care of it on that day which was Nov. 30. He did not as a result on Dec. 2 my service was suspended and after four calls and three hours on the phone from home I was promised that my service would be restored it was not. After two trips back to the store I was promised that my service would be restored and it was. The phone is supposed to arrive on Dec. 3. I still am very dissatisfied with the whole company and the service provided to me I would like to cancel the contract on one of these phones if not both with out penalty or fees. I feel that the service from start to finish was very poor and filled out a survey stating this. I did not have this contract long enough to damage any of the phones and I would like to be reimbersed for the phone that I would like to return and cancel the contract on.
I hope someone will read this and respond. I am sending this email to report how your company, T-Mobile deceived us after promising a price and then changing it to higher rate. I have been with T-Mobile for 6 years and was extremely disappointed with the way they treated me. Until two weeks back I had a family plan with 3 phones with 1000 minutes of talk time and 200mb data on 1 phone. I was paying $69.99 plus taxes.
I wanted to add another phone so I called last week. I talked to customer loyalty department person and since I have been with T-mobile for so long he said he is going to give me special deal that is for 4 lines including 1000 minutes, unlimited texting and 200mb data on all the 4 lines for $109.99 after $10 discount every month for 22 months. When I heard the price I said okay and he also upgraded the phones for two lines and he made me go through the system to sign contract.
After 3 days when I logged into my account the price was totally different I called the customer service, they transferred me to the loyalty department. I talked to a guy named chris, he said he will take care and gave me another $5 discount. So the price came down to $105 for the first three months and 109.99 for the next months. Again when I logged into my account after two days the price was different. Again third time I talked to loyalty department and this time I was talking to lady named vicky.
She said she will take care and since I was very frustrated with all this she gave me another $5 discount and the monthly total came down to $99.99 for the next 22 months. I asked her to put a note in the account saying this is what my monthly bill will be before the taxes.
I asked her about this at least 5 to 6 times to make sure this is my final price and she said $99.99 is the price. After couple of days when I checked online the price was about $130+. I was really furious because we already had received the phones and were in the process of getting them ready to use them. When I called the tone of the people changed when I said I have received the phones already.
Though they could see the note from Vicky they refused to give us the price she had put in her note. You guys knew that we had received the phones and we are stuck so your people changed their tone. When I requested them to cancel my change in contract and revert it back to the old one, initially they threatened us that we will have to pay $200 but later said that we could cancel it just by sending the phones back. I don't want to take the responsibility to send it back because I don't want to be responsible if it gets lost in the mail.
If you want us to go and return it to one of the T-Mobile stores near us, I will do that. I would appreciate if someone reviews my account and calls me. T-mobile records all the conversations, that is what your system says when we call. Whoever sees this email please listen to those records and let us know what is going on.
I recently ended my service with T-Mobile. My family had been a loyal customer for many many years. Unfortunately our service became so bad we had to switch services. My contract had been expired since August of 2012, and my daughters was not to expire for several months. I decided to go ahead and pay the 200.00 dollars to get her out of her contract. We did call and verify this! Now I have recieved my last bill, and T-Mobile is charging me 200.00 for my number as well. Please look in to this for me.
Thank You.
I was out of the country for a long time and I requested T-Mobile t0 temporarily stop the service for my cell phone because I cannot use it outside US. When I came back on Oct. 8, 2012 I decided to cancel the service, because my daughter gave me a 3G I-phone and included me in her plan with other carrier or other company, and I wanted to use the same cell No. that I have before with T-Mobile. I called the customer care today, Oct. 27, 2012, and I spoke to a 1st customer care and to a 2nd customer care and complaint about the above mentioned charge. These 2 customer cares told me that the charge of $79.02 is for reactivating the service to my cell phone to be able to transfer the same cell no. to another carrier. The 2nd customer care switched me over to a 3rd customer care, and I continued to complaint and dispute the amount because the T-Mobile never told me about that there would be a charge of $79.02 which is equivalent to a monthly charge.
Good afternoon. We have been very good customers for 10 years. On March 19th I went into the local TMobile store to check my acct. I was told there were things that could be done to lower my payment which I was grateful for . Upon making the changes I left the store. Now I have come to find that a two year contract was added due to the changes I made that March day. I would like that to be lifted please. I did not understand that that was part of the deal. We have been supportive of your services for ten years and hope to continue once this is corrected. Thanks for your time and attention. Alison Ross acct#328420342 cell 7064425640 home7066601645

In my opinion tmobile is in breach of contract and if nothing is done about it I will start legal action.
I've been with Tmobile since 2009. I initially had 3 lines. On October 2012 I purchased my daughter a phone for her birthday 10/06/12. I have been overcharged tremendously. My bills overages were $300.-$400 over the normal high price of $250. per month. My phone has been disconnected several times for no reason even after I have paid it already. Every month a representative from the overages department contacts me to let me know of these extra charges. It's because another representative calls to tell me, since one line didn't go over 500 minutes that I didn't need unlimited. Therefore it's changed. The next month the representative calls me to tell me my overages are over $400.! It's like it's a set up. I've always wanted unlimited because I have teenagers. It's a shame how they charge you so much and make you pay for it. Because for the past 2 years (it's documented) I've had to call at least every month. So now I'm moving to verizon, Tmobile tells me I have to pay $200. For each line. I've had no reason to renew any contracts but the new phone purchased. So why? The representative Chad told me he didn't see any reason why I would have had to renew a contract. The way they have been treating me they should let me go for free! Im past frustrated with Tmobile. I don't mind paying what I owe but i will not be taken advantage of anymore. Erica Marshall 912-272-0089
Whom may concern T-Mobile,we have had your service for years and years,we having no good connection in our area nor going from work to home;our services drops us everywhere. At home we have one bar if that,if you hold your head right. With my job as a nurse I gotta have services, and really bothers me I don't,Your alls responsilbity to get more towers out everywhere or something.I(We) have called numerous times re: this issue. Our contract is up in Sept anyways. We want out of this contract to better serve my line of work. Please hope this will help cancel our contract. As a nurse and beening on call and don't have single,is a threat to my job!!We would like to get out of T-Mobile Contract ASAP Thank You Millie
At the time of purchase nor when I returned the T Mobile HOT SPOT to your new Brentwood Piaza store located in Cincinnati OH,was I ever made aware that I was under a two year agreement .Since I'm an eldely man on a fixed income. I knew it would be difficult to afford an increase for such an extended time. I truly regret the misunderstanding. I love my T Mobile service. I really appreciate you resolving this issue .So I can have a corrected bill in Feb.
I recently went to my local t-Mobile store to pay my bill. The salesperson said I had to upgrade my flex pay plan. This plan did not have a contract and that is why I chose it. The salesperson said nothing would change. Well now I pay a lot more a month and was told by customer service that I have a contract, two things I never would have agreed to. Even more frustrating is your told to go to contractreview@t-mobile.com and there is no such site but there are a lot of people complaining I don't even know if this email will go to T-Mobile. I want out.
I called in to T-mobile on aug 12, 2012 to add a new line to my account; the line is ending in 5390 and the gentleman who assisted told me that my bill would be $45 + tax including the monthly installment amount. After reviewing my bill it shows that the bill would be $47 + the installment + tax!! That's not what I was told!! This line that i added was with Straight Talk and we were paying $45 every month for unlimited talk, text, web! I specifically told the representative that if he can keep the bill to the same amount then I would add the line. I did not want to incur further charges!! Please review the conversation we had on Aug 12th and fix this!! Otherwise I will pull ALL four lines from T-Mobile and go back to Smart Talk. I've been a T-Mobile customers for years so PLEASE fix this!!!
I called regarding a new phone that I purchased was not working properly. I was told by the t-mobile represenative to go down to UPS and mail back. I did just that and now because the represenative didnt tell me to get a tracking number, my phone is lost and they will not replace a phone that I already paid for. I have been on the phone with Loyality Departent and Accounts several time and it ending up a waste of time as they keep telling me to wait another 3-7 days to see if it shows up at their warehouse. I have been given wrong information, and not it is my fault. Who is the T-mobile expert here? I did what I was told to do. I have a recept showing I mailed the phone but that isnt good enough. Bottom line, if they cant find it, I have to pay for another 600.00 dollar cell phone. Shame on them as I have been with t-mobile since 2003.
This is My 2nd e-mail to contract review. to address this. I sent an e-mail advising T-Mobile Iwould be canceling my phone sevice. Reason poor phone. sevice. not able to use my sl phone. at home. It has been verified. by your Tech that T-mobile has a problem in our area. I canceled 091/09/13. I will not be paying the $200.00 cancelation fee per line. 3 lines $600.00. I don't fell I should pay for poor serice. I await your reply. Mobile #. Account # 850737498. PS if I am charged for the cancelation fee. I will take T moblie to small claims court.
The reason why i am written this matter is because i want to solve an inconvenience that i am having with my phone. I sent my phone for a replacement like 15 days ago and I don't have any answer from T-mobile since the day that i sent the phone. I have been calling many times and they always give me the same answer what is a little frustrate to me because apparently the didn't know anything about the phone.
They received the phone on December 6, and i was supposed to get the replacement back 10 day ago maximum but it passed more days, and they didn't tell me why I didn't received my phone yet. Please i would like you to try to solve this problem or otherwise I will have to be in the position of demand the T-mobile corporation company. Below is all the information that you guys would need in order to help me to solve this problem if you need other information please contact me.

My wife and I were with T Mobile for 2 years and we where looking to make a move back to Verizon because the cell service was better. We had been to a local store to get a phone fixed and the girl at the counter said she could save us some money by changing our plan to less minutes. We agreed, but she never told us our contract would change. Then I was at the store to get a new phone and was told to wait since our contract was ending in September.
September came around and we changed service and payed I final bill with T - Mobile. Well, we received a bill this month for $631.50. They say that our contract was extended do to our change in minutes and we where charged for early termination and a final month of billing. I am pissed and t- mobile can go f- off for all I care. They refuse to listen, even though we haven't missed a payment in 2 years . What do I do?
I tried to upgrade my contract with target mobile. I was very clear I liked my plan and did not want to change it. I had a unlimited data plan for 2 phones 10$ a month each. They send the phones and before they get here I recheck my plam on the t mobile site and they have me getting charged 30$ for data on EACH phone. I cancel the next day. They now say I only have 200mb on each. They lose a phone and will not change the phones back and say there is no unlimited plan. I say well it is on my bill, black and white and I have had it for several months. They both sound like they are in India, target mobile and t mobile. worst customer service I have ever had.
I am T-mobile coustomer for a long time. since I start with t-mobile used to good but my last bill payment make me very upset becaue very month i paid around 75 dollars according to my usage but my last payment is 115 I don't know how come to reach my bill like this .I call coustomer service and talk Patric and explaned him everything and he told me that i am use data and interational call and text. first of all i never use interate on my phone because i have lap top and use all the time and also every month i pay 14.99 for unlimtted text for domostic and interational and i didn't made interational call like cost me on posted on my bill . i don't know how all this thing come to my bill.
I really upset about this thing and my contarct will be over after one month at january and will contact other wirless company which have good service and even fair price.I would like to say please give good and afir service for the coustomer that is the way to keep your customer.
Changed form T-Mobile to another carrier back in September 2010, ported the numbers and called their customer service to follow up on the cancellation. Told I would have to pay one more more of service and paid that bill. Now twelve months later receive a call from collections company MCM that I owe two addtional months. Called to complain and confirm my call. They tell me I also called in December to cancel. Did not make that call but someone noted that we did. Can you say "fraudulent internal activities". Never received any billing notices or past due invoices just a collections call.
Hard to dispute once they send to collections they will not work with you. No wonder there was no customers in the store that day but AT& T was sure packing them in. Now I can see why after reading of all the complaints. I changed from t-mobile (after 8 years) because u could never get a hold of customer service without spending 20-30 minutes talking to a computer.after i changed I wanted to pay them the amount I owed. when I "SPOKE" to a cse to make the payment they told me I owed a lot more. however, I had never seen an invoice..that said so.
The day I had changed service, was also the day, they disconnected my online account info, where I prolly could have seen that info. I requested an invoice so I could see what the charge was,,and was told..no can do..if I wanted an invoice.. I should stand in line at local t-mobile office.. Not only do I live in a rural area in hawaii, but I also dont have the time...
I've been a loyal customer with T mobile for the past 6 years with 2 lines of service. I was late on a payment & both lines were disconnected. I made the payment in the same day to have the services turned back on. When I opened my next bill there was an extra $20 fee for me to pay on each line which made a total of $40 to pay. This is a huge amount especially during a time like this where some people such as myself have been effected by the economy & every penny counts. I immediately called to complain about the bill & that is how I found out about T Mobile's new restoration fee.
I was never warned nor did I receive a letter in the mail about their new policy. I don't understand why T mobile customers were not pre-warned of a new policy that they knew would effect so many of their customers. The customer service rep did not care & it was actually the worst I've ever received! I am now canceling my service & will be looking for a new phone provider that is upfront with the fees they will be charging me so that I don't have the shock of opening my phone bill for hidden charges!
My name is Perry Connor and my phone # is (407)929-8945. On Apr. 8th,2013 ,The phone # (407)929-2804 on my account called T- Mobile and took their # off my account without my knowledge and without my security code. I called T-Mobile and talked to Benjamin about it on the 9th of April,2013. Iwant T-Mobile to waive the $200.00 contract termination fee, due to me not knowing and my security code not being used to protect me. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Since moving to Ocala, FL in Aug I have had terrible reception on my cell phone and my web stick. I would drop calls, not receive calls and get kicked off the internet. I called and complained to customer service at least 4 times and chatted online twice trying to resolve the problem with no success and terrible customer service. I was instructed to do a master reset 3 times with no success. I was even told that they would send me a new phone which did not happend . Twice I was told a supervisor would return my phone call to discuss conpensation for the inconvenience. That also didn't happend. I fell as though I have gotten the run around and am paying for a service that I can not use. T-Mobile promises excellent coverage with 4G speed but that does not describe my service with T-Mobile. I would like to cancel my contract with no early terminatin fees due to lack of coverage.
I got my phones for a promotion the i see in tv"2 phones for 49.99 each time unlimited w/ no contract. My daughter and me went to the t-mobile location and we got our cellphones. the bills started to come very high i don't know why, and at that time it was impossible for me to pay so i cancelled 1 device, any ways i was not supposed to pay any charges because i did not have a "contract" and now i owe almost 600 dollars because i cancelled my device. i tried to take back my regular plan to avoid that charge but they said that i have a contract and i have to pay that amount even if i decide to come back and i want to see that contract, I clearly do not remember signing any type of contract, and when they were going to finally show me the contract, they stated that they could not find the key to the drawer where they have the contracts. Please Help me i do not have the money to pay this amount for the supposable "contract".
I wanted to change my plan for unlimited talk-Internet and texting a pack of $55.00 per month because my daughter has the same plan and she pays $58.00 including taxes. When I called customer services a Mr. Roy D. 1212145 took care of me telling me he could change my plan as I requested because I am a very valuable customer .
He told me that I can go to T.Mobil offfice get a smart phone in instalments my phone bill will be $58.00 andcents which I cannot remember and can get a month free of charge and that I will not see a bill until March 20013 if I accept a contract of 2 years.I decided it sounded good since I have been with T.Mobil for years paying my bill every month on time for more than 2 years.
I went on Saturday 5th of January 2013 to mt T.Mobile office where i pay my bill every month in Waukegan to find out that this man liad to me because I was told that it was not true what Mr. Roy D. told me . If I wanted text and internet I have to pay #10.00 more on top of #59.63 to get the services I wanted.
I think it is ashame of someone to lia to an elder person just to let me accept a contract and not get the services I request. Ashame of T/Mobile representative. I want ot back to my the plan my daughter has prepaid plan of Unlimited talk-internet and text of $55.00 per month or I donot care to cancel and go to another company .
I will place the complain to somebody that can help me . Do you want to lose my business? Please take care of the situation as soon as possible. Thanks.
Back in April 2012 I called T-Mobile to ask them about reducing my plan and bill because I could no longer afford $80 a month. The gentleman that I spoke with told me that could easily be done. He reduced my plan and my bill to $56 a month. In doing this I thought that I could make it to November 2012, because that is when my contract ends. Well here it is November and I call T-Mobile to ask them when my contract will end, and I was told that it would end in 2014. I was not told that I can remember, that by reducing my bill and plan automatically stuck me in another two year contract. I was in hope that I could go to a $50 a month plan without a contract. If the gentleman did tell me that I was in another 2 year contract, than I apologize, if he did not then I would like out of this contract. Right now I am not happy at all with T-Mobile, after being an 8 year customer. I hope that they will respond to me within 10 days like I was told that they will do.
On December 14, 2012 I was in the IPhone store in New Haven going to purchase an IPhone. I called Tmobile and was talking with them of the change i was about to make. Tmobile customer service Representative(Desmond) told me that he had an offer. If I was to renew my contract on that day Dec. 14, 2013 he would credit me one month free and i will receive an IPhone in January 2013, which he did credit my account and now today i am being told that Tmobile has not launch with IPhone and there is no IPhone available. My concern is I renewed my contract for two more years under false prefixes that i would receive an IPhone with the one month credit and the same unlimited data plan that i have. I have been a loyal customer of Tmobile and right now I far beyond mad or upset. I am a pissed off customer. I am looking for my contract to be put back to March of 2013 at then i would make my decision to stay with you or not.
I spent over two hours on the phone with Vesta T-Mobile simply to inquire on why my credit card was charged yet I am not getting service. I was transferred over 6 times and when I spoke with the supervisor Al (Ref # 0119) to ask about this issue, he just told me to call my bank and then tried to hang up. When I explained to him that it was his company T-Mobile that charged me, he again just told me to call my bank and that it was not his problem. He said that I'm wasting his time. I have never spoke with someone in payment central that was as rude and impolite as he.
We recently relocated from las vegas nv 89156 to cloverdale va 24077 & we are having problems making & receiving calls. We also tried to find a store so we could address our issues & came to find out there are no stores anywhere in the area. We need to switch providers since these are our only phones & we want to keep our original numbers with a 540 area code. We've been loyal customers in the past & wish we could continue but we need better phone coverage. we need help getting out our contract, we are senior citzens on a fixed income.
Thanks for you attention in this matter, I appreciate it.
I recently got on my step father Philp Shields account number 834307278 and joined his account to get T-mobile. I signed up August 30th. When i was signing up, I had asked about the Galaxy 3 and the representative for pushing me to get the Galaxy S. I didn't want that phone and I wasn't going to fight it. So he signed me up for the Galaxy S and sent the phone to me a week later. I was noticing that I wasn't getting any service at my job at Eastlake Albertsons. I coudn't make any phone calls or us my internet service. I've been having these issues for 3 weeks. October 1 I went to the T-mobile store in Chula Vista and a lady named Mona talked to me and said she wasn't sure if I can cancel my Service because it was past my 30 days. She told me to come in the very next day and she would help me. She wasn't there and i spoke to a man and he was very rude and acted like he did not care for what I had told him. I'm very unhappy with my service and with the customer service. I want to cancel my service and not be charged. If you can Contact me at (619) 995-8236 ........ Anytime after 3:30pm when I'm not at work and i get service
I don't have a contract with T-Mobile because I was using the 50 dollar plan without contract for two phone numbers. they are charging me for early termination, which I think is not right. The reason why I am writing this complaint is how they have being charging me almost $200 every month for having a 50 dollar plan for two tmobile phone numbers, even when I have my own phones. Now tmobile is charging me for early termination of contract even though I did not have a contract with them. So please help me resolve my issue....Thank you.

I am very disheartened to be a victim of dishonesty at the hands of an employee of my chosen cellphone provider.
There was an unfortunate incident during my trip abroad, where I lost my T Mobile sim card and had to get a replacement on my return. I decided to go to a t-mobile store near my home and found that there was one in Forestville MD. My mom and I went to the store on 2-19-2013 and was greeted by an African guy with a foreign accent (African) and stated my issue and the fact that I need a replacement sim. He immediately replied by saying that a replacement would cost me $20. I objected and pointed out that I've already had 2 replacements in the past that were free of charge. He highlighted that this needs to be recorded on my account and the cost would be $20 for the replacement. I agreed to pay the money since I was without the service on my phone. I pulled out my credit card and the employee said the card machine is not working therefore I must pay with cash. Myself and my mom had cards only. He pointed out that there was an ATM next door and I proceeded there and went ahead with the withdrawal. On my return, my phone was ready and my service was back on the new sim. He demanded the $20 before giving me my phone. The exchange was made. He did not provide a receipt for the transaction and on exiting, my mom informed me that another customer came in and paid via card while I was at the atm. When she questioned the fact, the employee said "that's for paying bills only".
I felt tricked and robbed my the provider I've had for almost 2 years. $20 isn't a large amount of cash, but the fact that I was tricked into paying cash that was no doubtingly pocketed by employee. Something needs to be done about this. I'm surely not the first or the last person this is going to happen to.
I await your feedback.

T-mobile was unable to provide me with a $100 rebate application form ,by their admission should have been sent with the new phone purchase, they made it exceedingly difficult to even try, then finally denied my request for them to mail me an application ,though it was advertised.I would like for them to provide me with the application however customer service is no service, the website has not functioned for days ,no matter what browser, pc or connection and the rebate center is fully automated without options for me or to speak to anyone.I have been a customer for years and expected more from them .I feel as though i was tricked out of $100 by their apparently false advertising, and their inability to even mail me card or provide any solution was very disappointing .
Iam writing my family plan contract was up on 10/10/12, I called T-mobile on 10/10/12, to drop two lines but I was keeping my primary line with a new two year contract. The Rep. that I talked to said that she understood what I wanted to do. She was re-newing my contract but if I keep one of the lines it would be a free line with no charges, she would be able to give me an extra discount. I agreed with an understanding that one line disconnected the other keep on as a free line. When I went into the T-mobile store to upgrade my phone when they pulled up my account, it showed that the phone that was to be free, was ok, but the phone that was to be disconnected was still under contract, and I would be charged a early disconnected fee of 200.00. So has of now Iam struck with three lines, Iam one person with three lines. This was not explained to me this way I was under the impression that I was getting such a deal, now I can't upgrade my phone at this time. I am begging that my old contract can be put back in place, with my ending contract dated 10/10/12, so I can go back to the T-Mobile store to have them take care of this in front of me and I can see what is going on. I feel at this time I was missed lead. I love my service, that is why I am trying to stay with your company, and Iam looking forward to my upgrade on my old phone. Please help me. Mary Gibson
Worst customer service EVER. I bought a brand new Phone from T mobile. I tried to activate it by calling the number listed for activation. They had NO record of me ever having bought a phone. I had kept all the packaging, all the paperwork. Not one single number was registered in their system. I spent four hours with a variety of so callled service representatives. In each instance, I was put on hold, and the line eventually went dead. I finally gave up, and told them I just wanted to return the phone. That in itself took two hours. They were never able to recognize the phone I had purchased. They had already deducted $240 from my bank account, which I had proof of. They could not even find that. I had a sim card, my address, my home number, my SSN, and nothing helped.
Worst company on earth!!! Do NOT but a phone from T mobile!!!!
I submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau today due to an Supervisor name Clark being uncaring to a complaint I had today because of Service Interruption due to hardships I am facing with no fault of my own as a Senior Citizen.
The BBB office will be contacting your office in a few days.
Also, I am submitting a complaint also to the Consumer Affairs Office too.

On 04/04/19 I purchased a phone and a 50.00 activation card at a Dollar General store. This phone was purchased for an elderly lady in a nursing home (this is the only place the phone was to be used). On 04/04/19 I called to activate the phone and TMobile was unable to activate the phone. I was asked to return that phone and purchase a new phone and was told the 50.00 plan would be transferred to the new phone. I returned the original phone; purchased a new phone and had the data plan transferred to the new phone only to find out that the phone will not work once you physically enter the nursing home. With the phone not working in the nursing home, the 50.00 data is no use to me. I have attempted multiple time to get a refund on the unusable 50.00 card without success. I do understand that the card is non refundable; however I purchased the card to activate the phone and the phone will not work in the location needed. I am wanting a refund for the 50.00 since it is not my fault I can not use the data card.
Today I was in store#2795.The manager Alexander was very very rude. He said you have to wait if can not wait go somewhere else.I asked him little bit bring the music down, it is too loud, he said no,that is how it is. I left store but did not expect from Tmobile. We are customer for 18 years and they treat us like this.
I am upset with the practice of T-Mobile cancellation service. After less than 2 days of getting my new T-mobile phone, I was not happy with the service or how I was treated at the store. I cancel and had to 50 restocking fee and I was told I had to pay for the days I used my phone. I question that because I have 14 days cancellation service. Within less than 29 days I got a bill for 89.00 when I called customer service I was told that I was responsible for the full amount even when I cancel my service within 2 days. The supervisor wanted me to reactive my service to "help me out" I didn't agree with that because why would I reactive a service I wasn't' happy with? This practice doesn't make any sense to me, I understand being liable for the 2 days of service but a whole month?? How is this right? I am a consumer and if I am not happy with a product I have the right to pay for that service. I agree to pay for the 2 days of service but the rest it does not call for and how does their billing cycle even work? I looked online and in the terms and condition, it does not have a specific distribution of what the consumer is liable for it basically say T-mobile has the right to charge me whatever they want? In what country is this allowed? I refuse to pay for a service that I am not happy with and I am not going to have this fraudulent charges on my credit report. I want T-mobile to fix this misleading practice, simply if it is not clarified in writing it cannot be held against a consumer.
In early February 2019 I had 5 lines but 2 of these lines I had suspended and was not using anymore. I had a grandfathered data plan and I was interested in getting Unlimited Data on all my lines. I contacted customer service and spoke to Maria, an after hours representative, and she told me about an unlimited data plan of 6 lines for $200 including free Netflix. I have my girlfriend who had 3 lines at Verizon that I was thinking of having her join me. I wanted to get rid of the 2 suspended lines first but she recommended that I keep them and just have 2 of the lines ported over and just add one additional line to equal a total of 6 lines. In addition, if they owe money on their phones, TMobile would pay up to $650 per phone. I waited until March 22 to add them because they needed to be at least 90 days into their old payment contract. Unfortunately, Maria was not the person I spoke to again and had someone else. Her name was Grace or May. Over the phone, she ported the 2 lines and said to wait 24 hours. The next day I was told to go to an actual store to get sim cards. While we were there, we purchased a new phone for the additional 6th line. When all was over, the representative told us that we no longer qualified for the $650 because of the way went about it. We were told that we should have added 3 new lines in order to qualify for the rebate of $650. I explained to the customer rep that it was THEIR idea to do it this way and now we are the ones paying for it. Now, we will need to pay the $650 (x2) of the old plan because of their customer service department. I have called the customer service department several times and each time we get a different answer. The last conversation was with Amanda, who promised to call me back yesterday (March 31, 2019) but no call.
There are three(3) different issues. In which, one of the three(3) it has been 3 MONTHS and still NOT resolved with one of my numbers and only on 3/31/19, after near 3 months an explanation after me pushing them can calling about this issue was given which is unreal and not even true or accurate in my view.
Here are the issues and facts.
In Janurary 2, 2019, all the sudden, we had issues with "REGULAR" voicemail, FORWARDING function on one of my numbers on my account and one number ONLY and FORWARDING and sending VM messages only with that number. I have 4 numbers within my one account suffice to say.
I reported that immediately been working with one particular person (MOSTLY) but others too as he was off and I needed to get this thing resolved on this issue since 3 months, troubleshoot like crazy researched like no one's business, "esclated" supposedly to the top engineers and for months we had the same issue. Even though I get a ticket created, and a week later, several times, it say, "the problem resolved".... No it has not, and the whole process starts again. See my point? That is ongoing for months. I was very patient and very professional until I got tired of lies, lip-service, re-explanation of these issues to many different people including the "tech support/ engineers" each and everytime for 3 darn months. Finally on March 31, after being on the phone as usual for a long time and waiting and getting call backs and calling them, the customer care person who was MOSTLY helped me and I appreciated his efforts told me that for that ONE particualr line, since the T-MOBILE had updated their VM systme, that particular number and 15% of others have not yet "migrated" to the NEW SYSTEM, thus we need to wait another 3 months (2nd QT) to hopefully the VM issue of FORWARDING is resolved?? WOW! Really? so all this time this is the BS I am suppose to accept and all these months I needed to send FORWARD and we couldn't and I asked and asked for an explanation and nothing was done. Only lipservice we will do this and that ,and nothing happend.
Issue #2, From my one of my main lines, to another line I have on my account, to only ONE number in which is NOT the same number I had stated above that has the VM FORAWARDING ISSUE, all the sudden 2 weeks ago, when I send a text message to that other number, and that number ONLY, no other numbers in my account or anyone else for that matter, I get kicked out of the text app, and the message will not go thru and I have to try many times until it does. THIS WAS NOT an issue before, only to one number, we are using the originial app that came with all of our phones, it is up to date and again, to only one phone number from my main number only. That is very strange, is it not? well, a ticket was created about 2 weeks ago. It took a week, but it was resolved, and 2 days ago, it came back. Been dealing with that too, no help, no feedback, no reason as to why, no solutions, just buy time, a lot of nosense I am sorry and we understand and BS talk. NO ACTION.
Issue 3, as fo 2 day ago too, the say that I spoke to the tech support and this and that, all the sudden, on my main line, I get phantom VOICEMAIL ICON message and alerts. As if I have a NEW VM . Well, I do not. There is nothing there and it is really getting old. Do not know why and they cannot so far explain it either. Their BS work-around solution, forget the regular VM which we been using as their long term and royal customers for years and just use their Visual VM to get around it. What a BS.
I told them I am very disappointed and upset and to be their customer and their service is subpar and I have been paying all this time for a service (s) that I cannot use properly since begining of 2019. And I am sick of their lip-service and I want the CEO of this company or high managment to be aware, listen to all of my phone taped conversations and see if this is normal service and if I or anyone has to deal with this nonsese. I want resolution and I want a proper remedy.
a store sales asked me to transfer all my number from a business account to personal account, after 4 months my old account is still being charge. went back to the store, they said the sales is no longer working and they are not responding for that, call the customer service , she said i have to pay because the account is still open untill i call, but the account should be closed 4 months ago, i didn't get 4 months payment back, and have to pay another 102 dollar to close the account, the representative don't even take my credit card when i just want to pay for it, she ask me have to call in again to pay for it, bad bad services
I have two lines and my account is since 2003. Within the last two years internet on one of the lines (22406590259) was not working every time the phone was in Canada. When contacting customer service last year the answer was given: "We are not guarantee internet in Canada". You actually should.
Finally, after a few attempt to talk to customer Service they were able to fix the problem, but it took two years.
Last year in August the line (8479620553) was blocked and did not accept text from Europe. Again it took a few calls to fix the problem.
My question to T-Mobile is whether some of your representatives are lazy or just lack of knowledge?.
This is not acceptable and some refund should be given.
T mobile made mistake with not updating IME number in their system. Caused issue with the lost device while in California with denial of the claim on 3/10/19 , store confusing issue more by selling a new phone to us under different number on plan I think they said using Jump. Then I had to spend 4 hours on the phone 3/20/19 trying to straighten this out with the same questions being asked over and over and finally was told that T mobile had the wrong number in the system and it takes a while to update, which is a horrible excuse because the device is almost one year old. Botton line is hours and hours of my time dut to T mobile mistake, charge of brand new phone added to my bill, plus deposit out of pocket, charge of deductible insurance claim, charge of still paying on the lost device installments, waste of hours of my time, and new phone was added on as a different line so I am assuming I have a new line to pay for as well when the new bill finally arrives. Out of pocket already this has cost me $500 dollars and then add on the installment charges etc. Please do not respond telling me how I can correct this and what I need to do. I pay a large amount of money monthly for this business account. This is all on T mobile and I request you compensate me for the money this has cost and frustration and time loss. If you are not willing to provide that I will take my business elsewhere.
I was told that I would get a phone
all I had to pay was for the service and I would pay my phone in payments monthly they still took 25 for a phone they let me use in the meantime until I went back to tmobile they told me I couldn't get the phone I would have to pay 80 for the phone then I would finish paying it off monthly I'm filing a complaint because they are didn't not keep the word in what they told me the first time I couldn't even get my refund of the 25 dollars
We have been with T-Mobile 15 years . I have 2 lines- 2246590259 and 8479620553.
My son, whose phone is 2249620553 often travels to Canada. Within the last two years that he had traveled, he was in Canada for at least 60 days, internet on the phone never worked.
He reported the problem from Canada. The answer was: " We do not guarantee internet". You do no guarantee, but we keep paying. Some days internet was not working even in Kent Washington. All this time we've been calling T - Mobile, but nobody could fix the problem. Finally, two weeks ago my son got to the right person who connected him with the technician, and the problem was fixed in 5 minutes.
My question to T -Mobile is: whether your representatives lazy or not experience?.
I think T- Mobile should issue a refund for all inconvenience.
In August of 2018 I had problem with international text. It was blocked and I was not able to receive text messages, but your representatives kept saying that everything is fine, when representatives in Europe were saying it blocked. Finaly I've got to the right person and it was fixed.
Yes my Complaint is against representative Brian Copulo badge I’d: 456882
So what’s going on is I was on the phone with this representative for about an Hour trying to get transferred to a customer-service rep that helped me 2-3 days ago he was not willing to transfer me,.. He was not willing to let me be on hold to transfer me to the representative that I wanted to be transferred to her name was Sherri,.... But I’m not shure that this was the reprisintitive I talked to 2-3 days ago,...
2-3 days ago I called in wanting to get my T-moble hotspot working on my computer both a Male & Female reprasentitve helped to verry the account information by getting my Mom on the line She verrified the account information with both of these reprasintitives,.. and the representatives told me that I did not have to verrify that account information that they allready recived the passcode verification from the account holder Marian Knott wich is my mom,... then the reprantitive told me she was going to send me a free sims card in the mail Free of charge and that she was going to give me a call March 15 after 10:am,... to activate the sims card for my phone and that when she called in I would not have to verrify the account well, she never called that’s when I eventually called into T-moble got ahold of Brian Copulo and he was doing everything in his power to not transfer me to the right people that I talked to 2-3 days ago that could help verrify the account for us he would not transfer me,.... he would not look into the history to see who it was that I talked to, he would not let me be placed on hold till either of the reprasentitives that I talked to 2-3 days ago I wanted to be placed on hold until either of the reps were able to talk to me, he would not let me do that,.... and both of the Reprasentitives that I talked to 2-3 days ago had the account verification codes he needed he wasn’t willing to contact them to get the account verification codes,.......
If someone can please get ahold of the representatives that sent out this free sims card in the mail to help me activate it because that is what I called in for in the first place, I would greatly appreciate it,....

Have you ever had terrible customer service? DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!! I have had the ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE CARE OF TMOBILE!! Check this out. My family switched to T-Mobile 18 months. We were tired of the ATT increasing fees, and being treated like we were another number. Ronnie and I switched the WHOLE FAMILY OVER TO TMOBILE. Dropped our bill about 100.00 per month. Got everyone on Samsung phones, that for the most part have worked flawlessly. Well, Maddie stayed with Iphone...the first year had been like the first year of marriage, a few bumps along the way, but for the most part... it appeared to be a great switch. The staff were great and very friendly. Over the first year we lost one phone to a lake, another to a cement shop floor and a third to... well, I can’t remember. We have protection plans, and Tmobile was great at quickly replacing them. 18 months later, it is my turn to switch. Mid-February I went in to a TMobile store to upgrade my phone. Wahoo, right?! II wasn't switching to the newest latest greatest model, I was humbly switching to the Samsung Galaxy S9 Note. The note feature would be a great bonus for work meetings and such. Anyway, after standing in the store for about 5 minutes, waiting patiently so the 3 staff members could finish their conversation about what phone they were going to get, we were attended to. Mind you... WE WERE THE ONLY CLIENTS IN THE STORE! (THIS IS WHERE IT ALL STARTS). May I help you?
3/1/19 I went into the TMobile store to upgrade to a Galaxy Note 9 – “Sorry, ma’am but we are out of most of the Samsung phones due to the release of the GS 10 series. TMobile decided not to purchase any further “OLDER” models until mid-March because they didn’t want to over purchase the newly outdated phones…based on the premis that the GS10’s would sell like hotcakes. “Ma’am, you will need to go on your app/online and perform your upgrade there. So, I came back to the store at their recommendation, only to now be sent away, because TMobile didn’t want to waste money, and decided not to stock a product that they have advertised. Hmmmm.. Not good business practices to me.
3/3/19(Sunday) I call using my TMobile app to call the customer service line. It is in the evening, so I get the 24 hours service tech, Jenel. After being on the phone for over 45 minutes, I was quoted a cost of 259.79 as the down payment/shipment and connection fee. Mind you, on 3 different occasions I was quoted completely different costs, all of which include shipping costs. This is my first contention point. As a loyal and previously satisfied customer, why was I having to pay shipping fees just because TMobile decided not to provide the product in the store. During the conversation with Jenel, I was told that I should expect to have the phone on my door step by the end of the day on 3/6/19. She said the phone would be shipped essentially in 3 days. I was satisfied with this. She told me to watch my email, and to please complete the eSign within 48 hours, or the order would be null/void. I received the Email on 3/4/19. I completed the task as required. I also received a text message thanking me for my call. My down payment and agreement were for the Samsung Galaxy S9Note.
3/4/19 Being a conscientious patron, I went on Amazon and purchased a screen protector and 2 phone cases for the S9Note. I wanted to ensure that the phone was protected from the moment I got it. The shipment was due in on 3/12/19. On 3/4/19. I also received a YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED MESSAGE: ORDER# S061383615/ORDER DATE OF 3/3/19. This message was sent to my email account. My TMobile APP also reflected the same information.
3/6/19 I received a message that my phone was due to arrive by 8 or 9 pm that day. UPS also said the same thing, But nothing arrived. The TMobile APP said the package was out for delivery.
3/7/19 I called the TMobile customer service line. I spoke with Rich. After struggling just to get Rich to access my information, he finally accessed my information. I explained my concern because I was worried the phone had been stolen or lost. My experience with previous TMobile shipments is that they arrive as expected. Now a day’s people are stealing things from porches and mail boxes, so I actually called to alert TMobile that something was wrong, and that they needed to check on their item. I had also noticed that the status of the phone on my TMobile APP had changed from “to be delivered by 8pm, to now reflecting N/A. I asked him to see what that meant. Rich didn’t know what the N/A stood for, and Rich then told me that my phone wasn’t due to arrive until 3/12/19. Jenel, the previous service representative said nothing about the phone arriving on the 12th. She assured me it would be sent 2nd day air, and arrive on the 6th. I explained to Rich, that I knew nothing about the 12 as a shipment date, and suggested he check the phone records because I know that TMobile records phone calls. After prompting by someone talking in the back ground, Rich offered to contact UPS to check on the phone, I requested he check. After being on hold for a handful of minutes, he came back to tell me that the phone was due to deliver by the end of the day that we are talking, after feeling somewhat satisfied, we end out call. I alert my kids to watch for the phone. I go straight home, and continue to wait…. NO PHONE IS DELIVERED.
3/8/19 I GO THROUGH THE SAME SCENARIO AS RICH’S EXCEPT THIS TIME IT IS WITH Jermaine. Same identical situation. I am told that the phone is set to deliver on the 12th. I explain to Jermaine, that I was told by Rich the day before, that it was supposed to deliver by the end of the day on 3/7/19… per Rich. I ask Jermaine to check on the phone with UPS. After remaining on hold, for another handful of minutes, Jermaine returns to tell me that per UPS, the phone was slated to arrive that same day, by the end of the day. Jermaine, goes one step further and tells me that he is going to follow up with me the very next day, Saturday 3/9/19, to see if the phone arrived. If it didn’t, he would put in a request for an investigation. NO PHONE IS DELIVERED!
3/9/10 Jermaine called me to check and see if I had received my phone. I informed him that I had not. He said I would have to go to UPS and request an investigation. Mind you the whole time, the UPS site and TMobile App said the phone was at the Oklahoma City Main Depot. Tired of waiting and wanting to speak to someone face to face, my husband and I went to the UPS Depot. We spoke with a clerk there. The clerk then notified me that UPS couldn’t find the phone. She said it was LOST. She nicely printed out a tracking sheet for my use, detailing the movement of the phone. The phones movement hadn’t changed since 3/6/19. I explained I wanted to generated an investigation on the phone’s whereabouts. The UPS clerk told me that I couldn’t request it, TMobile had to… since technically TMobile is the UPS customer.
I then called TMobile and talked to Paige, at approximately noon. I had to explain the situation AGAIN. She looked into things, found the notes, and said that she would start the investigation. She told me she would call me back to let me know what her follow up was. I asked to speak to a Supervisor to explain my dissatisfaction with the run around that I was receiving. I explained that I felt I had been lied to, and that I didn’t appreciate it. Chris apologized and took my information. He said that he would fix the situation. I explained that Paige was going to call me back with more information, so we decided I would wait for Paige’s call.
Later that day, Paige called back. She apologized, and told met of her plan. She said the phone would be next day air shipped. But wouldn’t go out until Monday, 3/10… but would arrive on 3/11. She said that I would be credited back the down payment for the original lost phone. She said I would have to pay a down payment for the 2nd phone, but that the charge would not be required up front. She said she had received permission to charge it to my account/bill and that I would have to pay the down payment on April’s bill. I said that would be fine. She said this way, I wouldn’t be out of pocket 2 DOWN PAYMENTS. Everything sounded like it was finally fixed.
Later that afternoon I noticed that shipment notification had been added to my TMobile APP home page stating that A DELIVERY ATTEMPT OF THE LOST PHONE HAD BEEN MADE, BUT NO ONE WAS THERE TO ACCEPT THE ITEM. This was unusual because, all along even UPS said that they don’t know where the phone was, and the UPS app said the item was still in transit. I believe this is a false message, and never occurred.
3/12/19 NO PHONE ARRIVED, I had not received any shipment details, or shipment notification regarding this shipment. My TMobile APP has never reflected anything regarding the 2nd phone to be sent. I never received an eSign email request for the 2nd phone. I called and spent another 45 or more minutes on the TMobile Customer service line. Jared answered the call, I immediately asked for a Supervisor. Amber was put on the line. With all due respect, I was very angry at this time. I spoke to Supervisor Amber (40689). Amber went through THE SAME PROCESS AS ALL OF THE OTHERS, WE HAD THE SAME CONVERSATION, I RECOUNTED THE SAME STORY… FOR THE NOW 5TH TIME. Amber said the same things Paige said, and again… no one could figure out why the previous situation wasn’t completed. Long story short, Amber told me the same thing as Paige except that this time, she quoted me a down payment of approximately 250.00. She assured me that I wouldn’t have to pay for shipping, and that she was putting the phone in for NEXT DAY AIR. She said that the request wouldn’t go in until the next business day, but the phone should arrive on 3/14/19!!!!!!!!!! She told me to call her if there are any further problems. She sent me a text with her number attached.
3/13/19 I receive a text stating: “Thank you for being a valued T-Mobile c.ustomer! Your order ID# ia S061808025. I also receive a text reminding me to remember to go to my email and sign the eSign electronic signature. I never receive the email. Amber confirmed my email address during our phone call.
3/14/19 AGAIN, NO PHONE ARRIVES. 8PM I CALL TMOBILE. This time I speak with Rachel, I immediately ask for Amber. I am told by Rachel, that Amber is gone for the day. She said, she can leave a message for her, and that Amber has up until 24 hours to respond. I decline the offer and ask for a manager. I am told that there isn’t a manager available, only another Supervisor. She forwards me to Carlos. I RECITE THE SCENARIO YET AGAIN. AND ASK WHY THIS CONTINUES TO HAPPEN. Carlos repeats the same rhetoric as Amber, and Chris and Paige… they don’t know what has happened, they can see that I have called, they see that requests for shipment have been placed… but no phone has ever been shipped except the initial LOST PHONE. I explain this is now going on 2 weeks, and that this is deplorable customer service. I request that my order for the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 be cancelled. I then explain my disgust with this service. I work in the healthcare field, for a Major medical facility. I am in charge of many people and one of the most important things preach and teach my staff is customer service. I explain that we can be as nice as pie, but if there is no follow through our effort is worthless. If my employer worked with the same level of Customer Service as TMobile has provide me, I don’t think our level 1 Trauma center would be saving lives, and open. Although my experience with TMobile was great up until this situation, my intent is to pay off my phone, and move to another carrier as soon as possible. My family will be moving as soon as their phone contracts are up, which should be next fall. With good faith, I cannot recommend T-Mobile to family, friends, or coworkers. I may be just one small person in the TMobile scheme, but if this is the way customers are handled, I don’t expect TMobile to continue to compete with ATT, Verison and alike.
I have never been so frustrated with someone, something to this degree. Shame on you. As valuable as phone service has become to the consumer, and integrated in family interworkings… this is absolutely unacceptable.

Kari Croco-Combs

I would choose a -10 rating if I could. I purchased a Samsung S9 in October of 2018 at the T-Mobile Store at 200 E Montauk Hwy, Ste F, Lindenhurst. When I went in I asked to see a phone that was "waterproof" and the salesman showed me the S9, I liked it but noticed the price was a lot more (about 900) than I'm used to paying but he said its worth it so I said ok I'll take it. I purchased the phone that day with insurance and left happy. A few days later I returned because the phone did fall and There's a few scratches on the phone, but it was NOT because of the fall that the phone broke, and upon bringing in the phone to the store and him looking up my information, and him seeing I do have insurance and saw that the phone itself was damaged NOT due to the phone falling, but the actual phone itself was not working properly and he said that its o,k and that it was within the time allowed for me to return the phone ( I believe 2 week is allowed to make returns) and was "no problem" to get a replacement phone since I did have insurance. At that point I asked for a replacement and he said that he was "sold out" of the S9 and at that point I said "Ok do you have any phone similar to the S9?" He said yes the Galaxy J7 so he then informed me that the main difference is that the s9 was "water resistant" not "waterproof" like he originally said so I said what's the difference and that's when he proceeded to tell me that the "water resistant" S9 is only good for a few feet of water not totally "water proof". So I then said ok well why would I pay for the S9 when I'm paying to have it waterproof but your telling me it's not, so he agreed and said to get the J7. I purchased the J7 and asked can you take this s9 right now and take the return and he said "no you will be sent a box to your home address to put the phone in the box and follow instructions to send back to right place" since I purchased insurance and it is an outside company or something that deals with returns. I said no problem so I purchased the s7 now and still have the s9 waiting for the box to be sent to me house to return it properly like the man at T-Mobile said. I go home and wait and wait, no box shows up, I call and ask and no one is helpful and the people at the T-Mobile store at 200 E Montauk Hwy, Ste F, Lindenhurst, NY 11757, were so beyond rude to my wife and I they laughed in her face and made her cry they were so mean to her so now it has been months and this issue is STILL not resolved. We have made numerous attempts to get this resolved and no one even after calling many time for MONTHS and them saying they will "credit our account" for a month because they left me with no phone and service for days when I explained to them I NEED a phone for work since I work in the medical field and am "on call" most nights, but of course they never credited the account and there's no documentation anywhere. We are so dissatisfied with the T-Mobile store we purchased it at we called and complained to t mobile and refuse to go back there or to talk to them after they treated my wife and I the way they did. I have ALWAYS paid my bill on time and always a loyal customer who has been with t mobile for years. I have made every right move to try and resolve this issue which is ridiculous to begin with. We have the phone still and have attached it with this and the phone is just sitting here and we are waiting STILL to return it! We have tried and tried and we can get NOWHERE. My wife and I even called yesterday TWICE and spoke with a T-Mobile rep for about a half hour and they said they would call back in a half hour that they were putting this in as a "top priority" and even gave them 2 additional phone numbers to reach in case they couldn't get in touch with me right away and STILL no one ever returned our call to resolve this issue and we are literally lost as to where we should try now since every single time nothing ever gets fixed and is absolutely insane! This is by far THE WORST customer service experience I or my wife have ever had in our entire lives! Bottom line is I have an s9 that is basically brand new that I am not making any more payments on because I am literally getting robbed and is affecting my credit score significantly so am looking for anywhere for help to resolve this ridiculous circumstance that T Mobile has put myself and my family in. Please help!
This morning at approximately 0920 we called the customer service number and because we were upset that a draft for T Mobile in the amount of -405.67 was placed on 03/08/2019. They discontinued our service today. We spoke with a woman named Bridget, who was extremely unhelpful, and blatantly rude. She laughed at me when I persisted that I wanted to speak to her manager. I realize this money may not mean a thing to her, but it is an incredible amount to us. I think I deserved better service than that. Her manager was eventually able to help m, although I can't believe I had to fight for almost forty minutes and have customer service agents laugh at me for a mistake that was obviously on their end. This is inexcusable. I may end up contacting the Better Business Bureau.
I am submitting a copy of my bank statement that this amount was drafted on the 9th. It makes no difference to me whether the processed was finalized, since T mobile obviously initiated it on the ninth, and I clearly no longer have access to those funds.

my card was charged for $50, using autopay, even then my account got suspended. its been a week and i still have no mobile data.. the t-mobile representatives have no clue as to what is going on and all they are do is file multiple job tickets. so i paid the $50 and still got my account suspended.
paid cash on prepaid phone and it is been 24 hours and not working? WTF
My daughter upgraded her phone, the sales person gave her a tablet saying it was free, but didn't mention it comes with a monthly charge. So since she doesn't use the tablet, I wanted to cancel the service, then I was told I had to pay for the tablet. So how is that free!
Tmobile lied to me about switching to them from ATT. they told me they would pay off my contract, my current bill and my devices. they assured me this was taken care. i received a phone call on 2/27/19 from a debt collector who was hired by ATT to collect over 1,000.00 for my ATT devices, contract and past bill. AT NO TIME, WAS I TOLD I WAS TO FILL OUT INFORMATION ON A LINK. AT NO TIME, WAS I TOLD A PREPAID GIFT CARD WOULD BE SENT FOR ME TO PAY THEM OFF MYSELF. THIS IS ON MY CREDIT! TMOBILE NEEDS GET THIS OFF MY CREDIT AND MAKE THIS RIGHT AND DO WHAT THEY TOLD ME THEY DID! I have made a complaint with the T-Mobile store in Missoula, MT. i will be contacting better business bureau and an attorney. it is NOT okay to have me fill out the link now and wait up to 8 weeks for the pre-paid cards all while this stays on my credit building interest with potential garnishment. UNACCEPTABLE. i am demanding this be made right. I am LIVID. i have been on the phone with corporate office who states all they can do is credit my account ultimately leaving me to have a judgement against me on my credit. I will be pursuing a law suit.
BEWARE THIS COMPANY! They WILL CHEAT you! I am a Member of the U.S. Military, I had a Wireless Hot spot from T mobile. I have had this for several years. Leaving the Military I contacted T-Mobile to END MY SERVICE. Since June of 2018, they have continued to charge me, repeatedly telling me "oh you only SUSPENDED the service" Repeated calls to their "team of experts" results in them asking me what my Phone number is (I don't know I have not had the device for 6 months and it is a HOT SPOT not a PHONE) I have given them all my information, and the ACCOUNT number Only to be told "well sorry we have no way to help you (but they can find me when they send me a BILL!) These rotten thieves continue to try and charge me, I have contacted the FCC and the State Attorney General's office! Beware this fly by night mismanaged company!
I haven't been able to get internet on my phone for 1 week. I have called T mobile twice and they keep telling me that they will call me back and haven't received a call back yet. I have been a customer for 15 years, customer service is getting worst and worst as time goes by.
770-309-4611.
I have spent over 8 hours and talked to countless people to get something as simple as a new phone line added. Bring up my account, listen to the calls, and make this right IMMEDIATELY.
To now receive an email that you haven't received the phone I sent in for trade in (where this never should have been a problem) is absolutely unacceptable.

Switched to T-Mobile on Feb 6 2019. We had two of our own new phones and needed 2 more phones for kids. Saw a promo for iPhone 6s for $350 with $190 cash back. The store rep in Chantilly VA said oh I can get you the phones and ship it you free of charge. Give me the phone numbers that you wanted ported. Gave three phone numbers to him and got a 4th line. Guess what after porting the numbers he suddenly tells us they don't have the phones and they don't have them online either. Now our phone numbers were ported and we were stuck. we called customer service and spoke to customer service rep named YAYA. She stated the store can move you one up so you can get iPhone 7 for the same price, but I cannot do it since you are buying from store the store manager has the authority to do it. The store manager on duty stated that he is putting notes in the system and back office will give us credit and ran the phones at $449 each with $27.down. Stated if I don't get credit come back. 5 Days later T-Mobile generated the bill and guess what my 4 Lines for $140 that T-Mobile advertises online (taxes included) came to $145.75 and they charged us $37.50 monthly for 2 phones for 24 months. So today Feb 15 2019 went back to store and Store Manager called the back office and talked to Alex from customer service to get us credit. The customer service simply refused to honor what was promised to us. The store manger even tried to ask them if they can put a promotion that had just ended and get us $210 credit so we will pay $10.00 month but customer service refused. The store manager stated he cannot do anything except for us to return the phones and they will charge us a restocking fee of $50.00 for each phone. I came home and called customer service to find out their cancellation policy and they stated we are sorry everything happened to you but we cannot do anything but give their feedback to their managers. This is how a TYPICAL BAIT & SWITCH works and looks like T-Mobile is very good at it. I paid $106.00 for activation, $27.00 per phone as down payment on two phones( $54.00) that I will return and pay $50.00 restocking fee and pay them $145.75 for using T-Mobile service for 10 days. So we are out $305.75 for a POS service we received from T-Mobile. Any company can provide you services but you can tell how good a company is when a problem arises and how they handle a customer complaint and resolve it. T-Mobile definitely failed and if their was a less then 1 star I would give them that.
I want to give zero stars, My plan was changed without my knowledge from $55 to $310 it's only me, I didn't understand the large bill and made arrangements, then 2/2/19 I call asked my bill they said $458 + $310, I lost it, they found out a rep changed it in error, been talking to your experts for 11 days with no resolution, yes your crediting my account but when I asked for a Note 9 in purple they said it would cost me today $600 but you just took me through hell charging me over $800 with tax but you want me to remain a customer? lol and pay $600 with 24 mo installment of $9. Here is my sorry team of experts- Adel S 74313, John F 72649, Jullian P 291605, Roby B 71798 . Oh yeah than set an follow up call for the 16th for what? How is this loyalty? If shoes was reversed, how would you feel? $600 upfront and $299 later, but you charged me in error $800 and want to say $165 is what I deserve? Review my account 678.814.6060 pin code 137313 Brenda Shipman. Call me when you are shipping my phone if not leaving your company, No customer should have to go through this at all!!!!!!!!
I purchased a LG Stylo 4 from the T-Mobile store 1835 US Hwy 1 STE 173, Saint Augustine, Florida 32084 on Sunday February 3, 2019. I went to return the phone on Saturday February 9th due to its size... it is entirely too big, and difficult to manage and store. I wanted to buy a LG Q7+ which was on display for $275 according to the sign posted along side the phone. When I went to the counter to purchase the LG Q7+ the T Mobile Representative said that it cost $375, although the sign for the phone stated $275 on February 9th. . I was told to come back the following day and talk with the store's manager Drew McClung. I went in the next day and Mr. McClung would not honor the prior day's posting of $275. I returned the Stylo 4 and paid the $50 restocking fee. Everything was restored on my old cell phone. So here I am out of $50 and stuck with my old cell, back to square one and minus $50. How disappointing that a price listed to the public was not honored. I am requesting that T-Mobile sell the LG Q7+ to me at the posted price, $275. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am writing about an issue that I have been having with Tmobile for about a yeat now. I have been with Tmobile for over 8 years. I lastly had the Tmobile to go plan due to issues with my account but I wanted to contine my services with Tmobile. I had the Tmobile to go plan for over a year and I was fine with it.
My problem started when I wanted to add my son to the acct and was told that I would need to have a regular account and my number would have to change to have the benefits of that plan. I was then told that my son would also needt o change his number ( he's had the same number for 7 years). I thought that was the only way to do it, so we did it.
We were then told that it would be better due to lower rates since I was adding a line to the account. I was told that we could pick a phone for his line for free and that I would be responsible for the taxes only and would have to pay that upfront. We were told that he could pick 3 accessories from the shelf for free. He then told the cashier how to ring the items up and she looked confused. I should have known something then but there was no additional fee until I received my bill.
I questioned him on how this would work with the warrenty that I have on my phone due to having a different number and totally new account and he stated that it would be the same. I left the store thinking everything would be ok. I warrenty that I mentioned was going to cost me 150/250 to have my phone replaced so I was waiting until I had the extra money. Once I was able to process the warernty claim I was told that the warrenty was no longer valid due to the change. I told them what happened and a case was opened but it would take awhile and I was without a phone. I went to the retail store and told the mgr (same guy) what happened and he said that he would be ableto help. He adv of the phones that I could get and they were not what I wanted but I was without a phone so I went with the REVVL. I had issues with it and returned it within 2 weeks time. I went back to him and he told me that I had to call Customer Service and that if I have any issues to come back and see him " the mgr Victor". I was back at the store a few days later because I didnt want the time to die for the return. I was then told he was out due to his baby's bith. I called the call center again and at that point I was very upset. I then went to the President of the company and I talked to Abigail and was told that she was the Presidents assistant. She gave me her number and extention and said she would take care of everything. It seemed like everything was fine, she replaced the phone and had it mailed to me and I was able to mail in the other phone that I received from the store.
The next month I received my bill and the phone and accessories were on their for both phones. I called and was told it would be taken care of. That really meant that the charges were broken down and I was not supposed to notice. I called the next time and was told that the accessories were not free and are not charged upfront and billed over instalments. I advised her that that was not what we were told. We were told that they were free with the purchase of the phone. I also told her that I remember vividly because I told him that we didnt need it and I can ofer phone cases online for aound 10-15 dollars. HE then respnded that these items were free and guided my sone to the shelf and told what rows he could chosse from. I was told that it would still be on my bill but would be credited to my account.
The next month I received a letter from the collections agency. At this point Im super upset because I was told not worry about the old account so I didnt . I called the call center again and told basically by a mgr that they cant do anything. I then verified that there was no final bill sent to me and since I had no access to that account I would not know. I was then told that I would receive a 100.00 credit to my account for the misunderstanding. There was no misunderstanding but a mess up. I then returned to the store and I was told that he no longer worked there!
I try to reach Abigail at the number given( 877-290-6323 ext 3418068) and leave voice mailS... no call back. I never heard back from her or anyone else. Im not stuck with a collections notice for a bill that I didnt know existed on an account that I was told not to worry about due to the new account.
I continue to pay the bill so nothing else happens but I call to see what can be done. O speak to several mgrs and told that nothing can be done. I also find out that there changes made to my account that I didnt make. I was also told that I had to pay a hign deposit on a new phone due to the amount of installments on the accessories that I was told were free in the first place! Im so aggrevated at this point and dont know what to do!
Someone has to be held accountable. The manager has to have some accountability also. I have been working on my credit and now this happens and it was unneccessary. Im ready to end my business with Tmobile. I know we are only a couple verses the many but I honestly feel that someone has to make this right.

In 2013 I transferred my cellular accounts from AT&T to T Mobile because of a special that T Mobile was offering, 4 lines for $100.00 and they would pay $250.00 per line to port in your old Number, with that being said we did this and never received the $250.00 for the five lines, we paid AT&T because it was hindering our credit- then we also brought in out I phones and turned them in to T-Mobile to get Samsung's back- on the first bill the bill should have been $100.00 plus an addition line connection fees were advertised free. the first bill was $581.00! could not get anyone at T-Mobile to help us with this- either out of the country rude customer service reps- etc.. so we went to the store and complained they sent us to t mobile cust serv, we ended up cancelling, no contract with T Mobile but with AT&T we did have a contract- we had to pay AT&T over $1700 dollars in cancellation fees- T Mobile sent our account to Convergent who is charging us $1900 dollars and are willing to settle for $600.00 absolutely not! you owe us. I need for the collection to be taken off of the credit bureau and cancelled with convergent- I called T mobile and spoke to a supervisor who disconnected my call! T mobile does not have record of the bills and neither does Convergent- It is illegal to charge a person and send them to collections without valid and accurate info. I am sending this complaint to BBB as well and some attorneys on the web that are suing TMobile- all I want is to receive an email or letter with confirmation that this has been take care of and deleted out of my credit file. Please call me at 913-337-5319 Thank You Fernando Rodelas CC: CEO of T Mobile John Legere, President of T Mobile Mike Sievert. BBB.

I am writing to dispute the recent charges to my business account MSEA, LLC 964398211. My bank account was drafted a $511.50 payment that I am disputing and now I am unable to get my medicine nor food for the month of February. I am at a disadvantage in negotiating reimbursement as a vulnerable adult as I tried to speak with the customer care person. Help, the authorization was for the active account that had be closed prior to January 30, 2019
I get no phone signal at work. I complained about this for the last 2 years my work address 1700 Clairmont Rd Decatur GA 30033 and the VA Hospital 1670 Clairmont Rd. My message and miss called don't show up for 24-48 hrs. I also signed up for the veteran discount at a kiosk and it was never applied my phone number 770-685-0960
I am trying to switch to Verizon Wireless to get as far away from T-Mobile as possible. However, when Verizon went to activate my phone with their SIM card, my phone locked and now T-Mobile is saying they cannot unlock it until the final bill is paid. Well, the final bill isn't even generated and won't be for another 3 weeks! Absolutely unacceptable. I paid both my iphone 8's off over 4 months ago, which means T-Mobile does not own them, which in turn means they should not be locked. I find it reprehensible that they continued to lock my phone after I had paid off the phones and I seriously think this should or may be illegal.
I find it unacceptable that there is no faster to solution to unlocking the phone than the 24 hour request period. Every time the request is sent, I wait another 24 hours just to be told that my phones cannot be unlocked. There should be a direct number to the unlocking department (whoever they are) for emergency unlocking situations. This is a business phone and this whole situation should never have happened.
T-Mobile is by far the worst cell phone provider in this country and should be ashamed for the way they treat customers.
After speaking to someone on the phone at T-Mobile in August 2017, they took my $10 and sent me a SIM starter kit so I could install it into my existing phone before signing up for a plan. Today is 2-1-2019. The SIM card has an expiration date of 6-28-2019... BUT.... what T-Mobile won't tell you is that you have 60 days to install it before it goes *poof*... never mind that the card hasn't expired yet. After being shuffled between 4 reps in India and then finally to a US rep and her floor manager, I ended up with absolutely no attempts on their part to make this right by me. They would speak over me, answering any question I had with the same reply that the card had expired and they were happy to send me a new card for $25. Over and over! I'm not sure where they were trained to think that rudeness would be a sure-fire way to turn me into a happy customer. I didn't even get an offer of a $10 refund or $10 credit toward their SIM card that now sells for $25. I can only see that this is a bait'n'hook scam or consumer fraud. Hey, I wouldn't be so upset if someone had told me I had 60 days or if there had been something in the envelope or within the starter kit packet explaining that, but their failure to inform me doesn't justify ripping me off. My final contact was in sales and then her floor manager, Zachs. Both were very condescending and didn't seem to care that I was out $10 and got nothing but aggravation for it. What has happened to customer service? I've got to say that Verizon still seems to know what it is, and I will bring my additional business to them now, and T-Mobile will never, ever be a consideration again. I've never been treated so poorly to inspire me to post a complaint to protect other consumers before, but they earned this one. Good luck if you choose to do business with them. I suggest going to a store where you can get the name of the person taking your money, and have them put everything in writing. Note: After reading others' complaints against T-Mobile, I feel very fortunate that they made me angry enough to choose to not do business with them... all for only $10!
I am very unhappy. I have been dealing with this issue for over a year. I have called and spent countless hours on the phone and have gotten no results after countless times of being told I would.
I purchased a Galaxy Note 8 with the buy one get one free promotion and they did not have the second one in the store so they told me it would be mailed out to me.
I never received it so about 6-7 months later I began calling and trying to get this resolved. After specking with 10-15 different supervisors and being told that this would be shipped out on more then one occasion this has turned into a nightmare. Now I am being told that I am not eligible for the promised phone. I am paying about 450 a month and been with T mobile for about 8 years.on phone services and am to the point where I am thinking of leaving T-Mobile to go with Verizon.
This has been the worst I have dealt with.
I need this taken care of asap.
SMS Not Sending. After over 10 years with T-Mobile it may be time to switch carriers. After 10+ hours on the phone with tech support via phone calls and chatting nobody is still receiving my text messages even though they say sent. After hours, tech support said it was my phone after assuring them it was not (because I put family members SIM card in and texting worked fine) despite this logic they insisted I get a new phone to resolve the issue. Against all logic I bought a new $600 phone as predicted this did not solve the problem and they offered a whooping $50 credit for my new phone. The very nice rep at the store tried for over an hour to resolve issue with Tech Support with no success. The most frustrating part is that I am on my 3rd trouble ticket number. Once the trouble ticket gets escalated above regular tech support someone closes it out without confirming with me that it has been resolved. I am now on my 3rd trouble ticket #22254690. The very nice reps keep promising me that it will be resolved and not to worry. Very difficult running my business with people not receiving my text messages.
T-Mobile is stated to the best cellular service; however, my financial experiences have been the worst. First of all, when I switched from Sprint to T-Mobile, T-Mobile never paid my final bill. The final bill of $1693.00 is now on my credit report. I have gone to the store at Northgate Mall located in Durham, North Carolina and inquired about this. They have instructed to submit my final bill, which was done more than twice. I currently still have that line with T-Mobile, and just overall am so done with the customer service of T-Mobile.
Second complaint is, I had ordered another line and cell phone with T-Mobile. That cell phone was returned within the time frame, and the line was ever used. However, T-Mobile was drafting my account each month for the monthly payment. I had gone into a store, which called in to close the account and started the process of a refund. I was told on December 1, 2018 that I would receive a refund of $210.00. As of today, that refund has not been received. I called back in January 19, 2019, the operator processed another request for refund. On today, I am told that the refund has been denied. Please tell me why. I received confirmation that the cellphone was returned. There was absolutely no usage on the cell phone line.
T-Mobile has become a thorn and have very poor customer service satisfaction. Every time, I have a problem with T- Mobile y problems are never solved. T-Mobile has caused a problem on personal credit report as well as over the past few months of overcharging me.
Upon switching cellular services, T-Mobile was supposed to mail me a credit card to pay Sprint. That card was never received. I was told by a phone operator, that the card would be send electronically, and it was never received.
T-Mobile customer service continues to lie and break promises. I no longer go to the store at Northgate Mall in Durham, NC. They have clearly allowed my credit report to be ruined after promising better rates than Sprint. However, if I'd known my credit would become screwed up, I would have stayed with Sprint.
Then I come to T-Mobile, and discover that you are will taking money from me. I am so regretful for coming to T-Mobile. However, I have gotten better and pleasant service from the T-Mobile store on Glenn School Road in Durham, NC, I am just unhappy with the poor customer service satisfaction I have been receiving towards my problems.
i bought a phone back in march in 2012 used in till feb25.2012 then my phone didnt work tried to fix the prombles but coundnt so tmoble told me to go to target to get the phone replaced so i did and they coundnt fix it so they gave my a newer phone and that broke. i was charfed with two phones that never work and i was carged with two broken phones and chargers 732688-4827 and 732766-7976.344.00 charde with two cancellations fees 200. 200. each .totle 798.00 totlled charges. thank u stacy melby
Brought 2 phones in October of 2018 from 218 commerce circle in Bristol pa with a free tablet I was asked did I want to insure phones and I said yes but didn't want to insure tablet. I was having issues with phone so I took it back to the store on 1/26/2019 that I brought it from 218 commerce circle in Bristol pa and I was treated in a unprofessional manner, I was told that I didn't have insurance and I told them that was in correct. Store manager Alexis put me thru to customer service and they in turn sent me back to Alexis who refuse to give me any other options or help me. Words were exchanged and Alexis walked off and told me to fuck off. I am furious because I spent over 1000 dollars in phones and the employee did not put insurance on my phones. I would like to be compensated in some way and an apology for the way I was treated. I work for Fedex express and I would fire any of my employees if they treated a customer the way I was treated. I will not stop until I am heard and something is done about that store. I just wanted my phone fix not trying to be fraudulent in anyway because of his mistake I am now without a phone and 800 dollars very angry customer....
I want an e-mail address to send a transcript to, for you to see. I was told I could get a plan at a local T-Mobile store only to put forth, time, effort, gas, etc. and find out I couldn't. Also some other issues I would like to discuss. Also I went to a store about getting information on a plan and to buy an $80 phone, only to have the clerk insist I get the $300 phone, which I re-iterated numerous times I did not want or need that phone. Only to have him tell me they would finance it (seriously, if you need to finance $300, a phone SHOULD NOT be your next purchase). Then he asked (it was a Thurs) if I was to decide to buy it (the $300 phone) would I mind waiting until Monday, because then his training period would be over and he would get commission.
Thank you

we been having this ongoing problem with us paying and the money has not been applied to the right account, the problem has been going on since 2015, its been 5 years and still we back to the same place, always the same exact problem we pay and the money doesn't get applied to the account, the check has our account # written on it .
I really don't like to be lied to. Your employees including manager at the Lakewood WA 98499 location straight lied to my face. I been using your services thru metropcs and was going to switch over to the mobile but your employees told a bold face lie to my face. Not knowing that I have an old friend who worked for you. Integrity is big on customer service. I'm looking to move my services. I'm very disappointed about my experience at your store!
I want to first apologize, for having such bad payments. But on 12/27/18 I called and spoke to a representative name Crystal in Oklahoma and I do believe call was recorded. Well that time the services were suspended, what told to me was that 478.55 needed to be paid and I think I was connected to Kelly at the Financial Dept. don't remember if it was crystal or Kelly but I was told I had 3 months which would be March 10 to pay this amount and the rest of balance would be connected to be payed with restored services and that nothing more would be added to balance because phones were not working. I called on 1/16/19 to make a payment and was told that 571.76 needed to be paid for restored services. I called again and spoke to Priscilla on 1/20 and was told the same thing, I asked for a email and she said that only had a mailing address. I am very disappointed with the way I have been treated. All I ask is for someone to investigate this matter and let me know. Thank You.
I purchased a new phone on 12/3/18 and spoke with Ebony. The phone was mailed to me because there is No T-Mobile Store here in Dubuque, IA. You had a new Promotion going on and I was not told about it.
I called on 12/13/18 and spoke with Jasper to get help setting up my New phone. I asked him about the Promotion. I then added a New line to my account. I did everything for the Promotion in order to get the 50 inch Samsung TV. Jasper let me do everything over the phone rather than driving an hour an a half to Davenport since we do not have a store here were I live. He then told me I should receive a Email in three days.
I called on 12/26/18 and spoke with Josh the supervisor. I was calling about my bill because it was higher than what I was told by Ebony. He was questioning me and stated the 4 reps that I talked to before said I was not eligible and said I had to go to a store. He kept repeating this. The 4 reps that you spoke with before told you that you were not eligible. Why did you even call. I told him to please be quiet. I called because I needed help setting my New phone up that I just bought. I also purchased a new line that was added to my account. I told him to pull the call between Josh and I so he can hear what was said.
I can not believe how this supervisor made me feel and treated me with no respect. I was so upset and hurt. He acted like I could not call T-Mobile, but I am a member. I felt like dirt when I got off the phone with him. I did everything for this promotion except go to a store, but we do not have a store her in Dubuque, IA. If Jasper told me that I had to go to the store, then I would have. He was nice and thought he was helping out. I never did get a Email.
I tried to make this short. I have more notes. I thought Customers meant something? I was with IWireless for 12 years and they said to try you. I have been with you for 6 months.
I have been a customer for a long time. I bought the cheapest phone you had. the man who took care of me said I'm going to give you a case and shield protector. I said thank you I have my receipt. on that day I paid off 2 phones I was paying on. I have that receipt. there were no charges for the case and shield and chip. then when I get my bill they are on there. I called at least 20 times I went to the store the manager said she would take care of it. I called and they said my bill would be 83. 87 a month that the charges were taken. off did not happen. now I get a call the store will credit me 30 and team mobile 50. but my bill will stay the same. no I have been paying for items I did not ask for. I want them removed and I want my bill back to 83.00 dollars or I will present everything to my attorney and sue you for all the calls aggravation and making my blood pressure go up. Some one needs to take this seriously and go threw all the notes if your representatives do their job right I will not pay the bill till it is correct or I will let it go to collections and sue you.
I've made three or more attempts to get my auto pay charges changed which are associated with a two-line account, which I no longer have...different customer representatives give different resolutions, but yet the auto pay has not changed...I need someone to look into this matter and make the necessary changes to my account...
I signed up on October 20, 2018 in Suitland, MD. Then rec'd. a bill for $123 due on 11/13/2018. That's when I discovered that an I Phone that I had not purchased had been added to the account. The I Phone was purchased in Atlantic City, NJ 30 mins before the T-Mobile employee put my Motorola in my hand! T-Mobile adjusted my bill and (claimed) the matter had been referred to its fraud unit. The bill due in Dec. 2018 also was incorrect and still had the I Phone in the bill. They once again adjusted my bill and assured me the matter would be addressed. Then my bill due 1/3/2019 still charged me for an I Phone that I didn't and couldn't have purchased. This time they didn't adjust my bill. They made me pay for something I didn't and couldn't have purchased. This company is the WORST. There's a crook in their employ and they seem apathetic or impotent about doing something about it.

I went into the TMobile store located in Broomall PA on 12/26/18, to complete a buyers remorse. The phone was shopped to the store so it was never in my possession. After repeating myself to the associate she finally got the phone out of the back, I handed her my return label issued by tmobile she didn't know what to do with it. I explained repeatedly and she took the label and placed losely on the box and placed it under the counter. I did not feel good about this so I went outside and called 611. I explained the situation and was advised that they send back products daily if not every other. The phone rep reassured me that she documented my account and to call back in about a week. I called today 1/7/19 because I still never received confirmation about the phone or my refund. The rep today tracked and found that it wasn't sent out until 1/2/19. That is a week after I returned it and completely unacceptable as it will be another week before I am refunded my money. This is extremely poor customer service, your own employees do not follow your protocol and as a result the customer has to suffer.
