Been trying to buy item number: 67421, home essentials expresso mugs, and all I see when I go in the store is 2 broken pieces in the box and the store is not restocking the shelves. I been trying for a month and none...I asked a worker and she did not know.....so, the question I am asking, when will this store restock it? I tried to email and ask about it and I was told to try another email and when I tried to email, my email was returned ....So, I am not getting no answer from no one..

Hope I can get a response from CORPORATE.

Placed an online grocery order, pickup time was between 4-5pm. Received a text at 3:45pm saying my order is ready for pick-up. I got to the store at 3:50pm….. called the store to let them know I was here NO ANSWER. Called 8 times and still no answer. It’s is now 4:54 and I STILL DONT HAVE MY GROCERIES!!!!!! And they still aren’t answering the phone! Called Walmart.com 3 times and I was not helped AT ALL! Just put on hold and hung up on!!!!! EXTREMELY poor customer service and EXTREMELY disappointed with this company and experience

I placed my order online for o2 sensor extention was told it was usa shipped. I never got them. I was shown in tracking it was shipped from ny. I found out it was sent from hong kong. Usa ship wass a lie. It was in new york las week. To be delivered no later than 4/6 to my address in mass. Did not get it. I checked again it was in midland texas. WHY?where is my part? You had no problem taking my $$ it is showing in midland texas 2200 miles away from where it was. I called your. Customer serrvice in the f’in phillipines. They were rude and useless. WHY ? I still have no answer. WHY???? I want my money now. Not 10 days.
This screw up has lost me a service customer and i had to refund him 1200$ for incompleted service. Where is my part? Where is my money. Thisbis inexcusable. Please answer back asap as my lawyer will be the next person you hear from. This is a promise not a threat. I will be looking for my losses slso if it gets to that. I've been placed on a "return violation" status. This was done with no fault of my own.
I had an account with United healthcare for OTC products from Walmart. United healthcare had a subcontractor that delivered the product. They delivered the product I ordered to the wrong address many times. I reported this to United healthcare and they got Walmart involved. Long story short, this caused my account to be flagged for "return violation". I'm a disabled 63 yr old and need this service. Can you please help with this matter? I've tried many times to straighten this out but nobody at customer service will help.

I had put an order in and they cancelled it. They said it seemed like a fraudulent order. I did the same order 4 times and they did the same thing. But yet they took out 104.00 and 184.00 I'm not sure the change. All I want is my order. I can't make it to Walmarts to shop and this isy only way. Just give me my stuff since I paid for it.

Ordered groceries on line for pickup. Received email confirming groceries were ready. Arrived at Glen Carbon, IL Walmart, called with my name and bay number. Proceeded to wait 30 minutes, as I watched somewhere between 12 - and 15 other customers pull in, get their groceries delivered to their car, and leave. Called the check in number a second time. Waited another 15 minutes, no groceries. Called again and was told to leave a voice mail. Instead, I went in the store and talked to 5 different people. #1 said I wasn't getting my groceries because there was alcohol in the order, and they only had one person over 21 working and they were busy, so my order wasn't brought out! #2 said I had "missing items" from my order, so in the meantime, she (Bri or Brie) said they had to keep pushing other orders out while waiting on mine.(So why did they send me an email saying my order was ready?) After an hour wait, I asked how to cancel it. Bri/Brie said I would have to go to customer service. #3 I did. That desk had no idea what to do. #4 I asked an associate who was passing by if he could get me a manager, but proceeded to get a grumpy diatribe complete with eye rolling and a distinct annoyance with me,saying I just needed to use the Walmart App to fix this, blah blah. At which point I explained I shop online, I do not use the app....and SINCE Walmart LETS people shop in ways OTHER than their phone, there was surely some way to resolve this. More lecturing from the associate as to why if I just used the app, they could use GPS to locate my car blah blah.(????)....as if that had anything to do with getting my order. Told him, "you know what...just get me a manager" He was annoyed, but did it. #5 A guy came from the grocery pickup area identified himself as THE manager (of the entire store,or just a department??) and proceeded to tell me that the issue was because I was missing items from my order. That's all he said, and that's exactly what he said. So once again, I said I had received an email that my groceries were ready. THEN speaking to me as if I was IGNORANT, explained "oh no....that's an entirely different thing....THAT only means the Walmart shopper has finished the order but that doesn't mean the order is ready. He said when the email says "items are missing" it only refers to out of stock items. There can ALSO be missing items that SHOULD be in the order and that's why they didn't bring it out to my car. I guess was supposed to magically know that's the case.....so why didn't they explain that when I called 3 times and say I've been waiting 30, now 45 now 60 minutes while other cars come and go. So after being told the alcohol in my order was the issue, and I was told by Bri/e to go to customer service to cancel the order, went there, they didn't know what I was talking about, grabbed the associate who was annoyed that I don't live on my phone and use the app, who them called a manager, who told me he couldn't cancel the order. How much bungling ineptitude and varying explanations of reasons why I couldn't get my order, then couldn't cancel it, should a customer have to listen to. The manager told me he could not cancel my order and that I would have to call. I left with no groceries, because an hour and 15 mintues later, I wan't waiting any longer, and I want my credit card charges reversed.

Hello I am a disabled veteran and I need the mobile electric cart to shop most of the time I go to the store and then there never charged. I complained to the manager about this issue, there are many disabled veterans and senior citizens that need these and when I went last time again it was the same issue. The store number is 4365 in Orlando, Florida I was lucky enough for a gentleman had one he went to his car, and his wife returned it to me. I think this issue should be looked at, I was shopping for approximately one hour when I went out to see if they were charged none was charged again I complained to the manager this is not the first time this has happened I think the employees should keep an eye on these things I would appreciate if you would look into this matter. On 03/29/23 i recieved an email stating i won a Walmart Gift Card for $500 all i needed to do is pay S&H of $5.95 which i did pay it in full.On 03/30/23 tonight at 830pm cst i was charged on my credit card another $79.95 which is Not Authorized and is Fraud.Felony Credit Card Fraud.I am very Angry about this issue.I want mu full refund of $5.95 and $79.95 put back on my credit card ASAP.I Dont Want Or Need Your Walmsrt Gift Card...Its very Dirty Fraudulant Business to be charging credit cards without Authorization from Card Holder and i will proceed to File with Police Deoartment here where i live in Texas against Walmart.You need yo call me asapResolve this Issue.After 24 hours i will be at Police Departnent and FBI office here in Tyler Texas.

I had an order delivered today using my Walmart Plus membership, when the driver arrived to my house to make the delivery, he drove thru my front yard on the grass. We clearly have a driveway in which vehicle are to drive on, not my lawn. There deep tire tracks in my yard where he drove and in the ground I have a septic tank which can not withstand the weight of a car driving on. I am attaching a video of this incident so you can clearly see this man drove across my lawn and did not use the driveway until he was leaving after making the delivery. I am extremally angry about this situation and want some kind of resolution.

We had filed a complaint against Walmart for not delivering 4 shelves we ordered from them under order #2000107-38817589 in the total amount of $565.63. These were 4 large boxes of shelves which were supposed to be delivered to a business address. The boxes were never received or delivered.
We had contacted Walmart repeatedly that we did not receive the package and their customer service rep apologized and refunded us our money after protracted effort on our part.
Walmart today retaliated and closed my account is accusing me falsely of violating the terms of their account by not returning the package, which I never received I the first place.
This delivery address is a business address where we have security cameras and we are well documented that we never received the package. For Walmart to accuse us of not returning the package which we never received means they are accusing us of theft. We will file a lawsuit for defamation and file a complaint against Walmart for what we believe to be a racist tendency to accuse us of stealing a package when in fact they were incompetent and never delivered it to us.
If you do not apologize and restore my account I will have my attorney file a lawsuit for defamation. SHAME ON YOU.

The nightmare is a chest freezer...
Started with a gift for my Mama.
Turned into wrong house delivery.
A refund....then A recharge.
When I told them that freezer got to zmama. It don't work....so they recharged me and took from my account.
I've worked everyday possible to do what they ask.

I returned some merchandise that I purchased online from Walmart. My refund was approved on the 13th of March. I called and told them that they couldn’t refund my money on the card that I used to purchase the items because my bank cancelled my card and issued me a new one. I gave them the new card number but they have yet to refund my money. What is ironic is that my card was cancelled because a Walmart employee hacked my card. Someone in Bentonville, Arkansas. Every day I have been dealing with this problem.

For 10 straight months I've been using your delivery service cause I am handicap person your Harrisburg on Grayson road in Pennsylvania has failed to live up to your policy they continue to get my order wrong or not only that they bring half my order and then when I call to speak to your customer service they are very ignorant and they do not choose to talk to me or they put me on hold and leave me there I find it to be unprofessional yet I spent over hundreds of dollars at Walmart per week to get groceries and other items I don't feel that they're they're made in the standards and my last order was March 25th they picked the order brought half the order but yet I'll be charged for the full Bill until I complain I find this to be very honest unprofessional and unacceptable

The people who worked for walmart + @ walmart store 0684 signed me up as a customer instead of an associate in 2021! I was charged $98.00 Dec. 15, 2021 i called probably a dozen times & the past 2 times I was told that it couldn't be processed as a refund but it was being put back in my account & I had to wait 5-7 business days to get my money back! Now over 2 week plus this woman named Shannen tells me I can't get a refund despite what all the other people have told me! Like I told them this is an unauthorized, un ethical charge as I never gave them permission to take any money out of my account & I never would have signed up for it had it not been free to me as an associate! I only found out they had been taking it out of my account a few months ago & they had to cancel the way they signed me up & re sign me up as an associate I got my money back for 2022 but I'm getting a run around on getting my $98.00 back! I'm highly disappointed with the quality of Walmart debit cards.. a complete fraud, and breech of security. Non-American customer service unwilling to provide legitimate assistance, but rather providing misinformation. I won't never purchase another Walmart debit card, or accept one through the mail. I'm highly disappointed.

My account was closed because the customer service that came on the phone was already rude and I was upset because I'd been on the phone with Walmart for 3 hours going back and forth from person to person trying to locate one of my packages. The customer service abused her power and closed my account for no reason now over $700 will not be refunded to me and my account will not be reopened because it says that I went against their rules when you USPS delivered my package and did not leave a ticket on my door where I can locate my package

Called customer service and all they did was hand me phone number for a freighting company I did not contract and said it is not their business to ensure I got tha product I ordered from them. We have been trying to reach the Walmart in Redding California for 2 days and not one single person or department will answer the phone. We called another walmart in Anderson California and immediately got front desk they said that store never answers their phones. We called the pharmacy and they said they never pick up calls. We had a problem with our vehicle on our way to pick up a grocery online order and tried to reach the grocery pick up to let them know we needed to have our son pick up but can't reach anyone not even the manager. We have gone to this store for years and it is not being run very well. Also anelderly lady fell on her face coming into the store and it took 15 minutes until they helped her the associates wouldn't help her until manager got there. 15 minutes!!! Really?? She was bleeding profusely from her face. They needed to call emergency response for her. No one seem to know what to do. All employees should know life saving protocols so people get immediate attention. This incident happened this March 2023 at Walmart in Redding. This store is in peril and needs cooperate to step in. The only reason I go there is to puck up my medicine. The pharmacy is the Best!! I have been with them for years and they always are professional, helpful and kind.

Walmart changed their pharmacy hours but didn't update their online page. I live 40 minutes away from the Savannah, TN. Walmart. The store manager refused to talk with me and the assist. store manager Karen was rude, incompetent and out right lied to me. she claimed the hours were changed 6 months ago when right on the pharmacy door clearly states March 11th ,( today is the 16th of March). Then she proceeded to state that walmart doesn't have anything to do with the pharmacy. Then she yelled at me "I'm trying to help you" then walked away. I called walmart Customer service. when I was talking to them Karen came back pointing at her phone. "See on map Google the hours say 9am." I responded with I showed you Walmarts site and it says 8am. Google map has nothing to do with Walmart. an I pointed out that I had corporate on the phone listening. she turned around jesters with her hand and walked away.
Customer service said the store manager was on his way to talk with me. He never showed up.
However Tracy in Pharmacy did get in a 8. She saw me waiting and asked if she could help. I told my issue about the time and wanting to pick up my prescription. It was already filled. She got it for me and I paid for it at the checkout. This is how Karin should have handled it to begin with not yelling at me and lieing about Walmart.
Walmart in this store is a disgusting establishment when it comes to customer service. Walmart can do better if it cares truely about its customers.

I was checking out at Walmart self check out i had 5 bird food that was marked clearance all of them for $1.00 it rang up wrong i notified the work they came over voided it off took them and would let me purchase them. No one explained anything. You can't just make clearance and then not sell it. Im very upset with Walmart in westrome (rome ga) they were very rude!!! I have pictures!!!

I ordered 4 tires and they came in promptly,however the store I sent them to for installing had two tires changing devices that were both broken,i could have picked them up and go to another store,but I choose to wait because my old ties were still decent. The tire dept said they would hold the tires for me until repairs were made..next thing.i recieved info that tire were being returned because idid not pick them up.Finally after several weeks I was able to get somone with a pickup to follow me and get ties to another Walmart as I had a appointment.I did have to repurchase the same tires..arrived before my appointment and was told it would be 3hrs..much too long with an appointment .Brought the tires home and eventaully had them installed at even another location .It was quite the ordeal thanks
Also most Employers were nice ....making appoitments obviously dont'mean the same thing at all locations..

Hello my name is Teresa Cherry..I am writing this complaint about a purchase I made online at Walmart..I ordered a push mower.the first time I ordered it I was given a tracking number..and on the date that it was supposed to be delivered I got an email saying that it was delivered..but I didn't receive it. So I called the post office and gave them the tracking number..the post office said that with that number it was delivered to a different address..I ordered it again and I was told that it got lost in transit..but both times I was refunded my money..I just want to know why this is happening..if you can help me with this issue.i would greatly appreciate it

I have had 4 or 5 delivery orders delayed in the last few months with no satisfaction from the Macedon Walmart. Where ever am still waiting for they get the drivers from is not reliable. The driver signs up to deliver the order and then turns around and cancels or do not show up. This is totally unacceptable. I am still waiting for my current order that I placed Saturday(3/11/2023) for delivery between 10-11AM Sunday morning(3/12/2023). I have chatted online with customer service agents 3 times. The one I chatted with an hour ago, Christian, was the best. I also contacted the store this morning regarding this order. Christian indicated that I was not the only customer complaining today about the Macedon Walmart.

We pay to have this service and should be treated much better. If I had a car, I would not have to go through this.

I was shopping today in WMSC 960 in Picayune, MS.around 9:30 AM. My wife had ask me to get her a canister of mousse. Well I know what its for and that it would probably be in the shampoo and hair products aisle. So I proceed to that aisle. When I entered the aisle there was a WM employee stocking in the aisle. I started looking for the mousse up and down the aisle, mind you this employee saw me and didn’t say can I help or am I in your way. Nothing, so I told her I was looking for something called mousse. That’s when I got the glare, I immediately felt that I had offended and disturbed her. She then ask me in a rather sarcastic tone “what brand”. I told her I didn’t know any brands that I didn’t use it. It was for my wife. Again in a sarcastic tone she said there are several different brands. I think she realized at this point I was getting a bit irritated though I didn’t say or do anything. So she started trying to tell me about mousse. At this point I decided the best thing for me to do was walk away. I believe this is the same employee that glared me in a similar incident in the pain relief aisle a couple of months ago, but I’m not sure.. This may be a great employee stocking the shelves, but this employees people skills need some attention. Just wanted to share this incident with you because I thought you would want to know.

As a Walmart employee, I try to shop at walmart to support the company. However, I will no longer shop at the Manhattan KS Walmart. I have been there several times and I have never been approached by an associate within the ten foot, no "Hello, how may I help you or anything". In fact I approached an associate, she saw me coming and went the other way. As I was leaving, I approached the door greater in order to show her my receipt. I waved, said hello, and she said "No thank you". I said "excuse me". She said "I don't need to see your receipt and im not here to socialize"! Pretty rude, does that matter? Maybe I was going to ask about the price of a TV or something. It matters not, she was rude and I was a customer, not an employee at this store. In fact I would be embarrassed to tell anyone that I worked at that store, if that's how they treat customers.

I have complained about our local Walmart in North Platte Nebraska for a number of years. Nothing is done. So I'm going to try again. I was in our local Walmart yesterday and was going to buy some lunch meat and cheese and other items. The refrigerated case where these items are located, was absolutely filthy. The glass doors had big splattered areas where it looked like someone had thrown up on them. It was dried on and was just gross. I didn't buy anything out of the case. I started looking at all of the refrigerator cases, and every single one is filthy. I'm sorry but I'm not buying products from dirty cases.
I will and have been buying my groceries from the McCook Nebraska store. It is scrumptiously clean, well stocked and the employees are very nice and polite. Not like North Platte. Rude and obnoxious employees. What seems to be the problem with your manager at North Platte?
Figure it out Corporate office. Get a new manager at North Platte, or close it up.

I’m sending this due to the consistency of your stores keeping expired items on the shelves. Me and my husband own a trucking company and shop Walmart due to the variety and understanding of parking enforcement letting us park trucks to shop. Unfortunately my husband is in a rush to shop in between drop offs and pick up’s that he isn’t seeing the expiration dates until loading refrigerator. This isn’t the first time and it’s statewide. Someone in chain of command state wide is lacking responsibility. Unfortunately we will have to shop elsewhere if this continues to occur. I wish I would have brought this to your attention sooner and taken photos but we are tired of throwing money away. I am not a very happy or pleased customer visited the store at 8800 Kingsridge dr in Dayton Oh 45458 to do a couple of things one was to turn in coins at the coinstar for cash and I could even cash my ticket in because one there's no registers opened that I could cash it in too the customer service didn't even have money I had to wait about a half hour plus or someone to get money very unconvenient and then I went finally to get my money after waiting in my car and I asked the cashier at the customer service desk if I gave her some once with my coinstar ticket can I get 2 twenties she said I'm not allowed to do that why can you not cash in ones or anything to get a bigger bill what is the big issue with that that is very disturbing I am not understanding the reason behind that. This is not my first issue with the store it has happened a couple different times I've come in there to do something and some of those cashiers and people in there supposed to get the customer service desk are very rude it is not pleasant to shop there. I have been a manager and a district manager at different companies and if I had employees that acted like that to the customers they would not have jobs this is very I'm very disappointed very mad about my whole experience at this location I have to be somewhere and when I come in the store at 7:15 7:30 in the morning so I can be where I need to be on time and have to wait for the store to have money at the customer service desk or one register because all they had open was scan and go very very inconvenient. As big as the company is of Walmart to have this kind of an issue of no money or cannot cash in ones for 20s or bigger bills and what time I brought in some quarters to sell they wouldn't do it that either and one day I even asked if I could buy some quarters couldn't do that very very inconvenient it's not like I'm asking for a million dollars on anything. I shop at the store a couple times a week but I'm getting to the point where I don't even want to shop here anymore and it's very close to that I just work around the corner that's why I shop here mostly but that might be changing. Would like to hear back from someone if that's possible which it should be and like know how this is going to be handled for the waste of my time and my experience there. For a person that has been in customer service her whole life I can never imagine treating a customer the way I've gotten treated in that store and the one lady that was at the customer service desk she's not pleasant at all and never has a smile or anything. I attached a copy of the receipt so maybe you can get the lady's name who waited on me at the service desk and was also by the scan and go registers when I tried to ask where I could cash my coinstar ticket and she wasn't very friendly when I asked.

Walmart, Mountain Grove Missouri, 7 am on March 3rd 2023, (9) I repeat 9 HANDICAP carts are soaking wet, never been plugged in for use, and all are powerless. I come to this Walmart early to avoid the crowds at this rural location. After complaining to the manager, they located the 1st cart, then ran out of charge 2 minutes later. They finally locate 1 another HANDICAP cart that was fully charged. This is unacceptable. Out of 15 HANDICAP carts, most unplugged and uncharged over night. Someone needs to look into this, because if this happens again, it will be warranted enough to seek DISCRIMINATION against the HANDICAP. I've already have been witness on several occasions to people violating the HANDICAP spots in front without proper identification. This is a very poorly run Walmart compared to my original in Rogers Arkansas. Disgrace!

I purchased Equate Collagen Peptides Beauty formula. It is very unpleasant, leaves a very bitter aftertaste, and I can’t continue to use this product. Claiming to be comparable to Vital Proteins brand is false advertising. Vital Proteins brands is far superior to Equate brand. Refund please!

The lady that bagged my items out a bottle of bathroom cleaner in with a couple of pairs of shorts and 6 boxes of mike n Ike's candy and the bottle popped open spilling cleaner all over the clothes and the candy which is now unedible. I have attached a picture of the mike n Ike's. I am disabled and can't get back to the store but I really want the mike n Ike's replaced. The shorts I was able to wash and are ok but not the food.

If I could give a minus star I would. The store in derby ks is absolutely horrible customer service they could care Lee's. I have items missing out of my order every time I order. I make vary larget orders to this store at least 1 time a week. Your associates will also put that an item is unavailable when they have several on the shelf when you call to confirm after getting an unavailable message.

My husband and I are both disabled veterans. My husband is a very kind man. I could not go with him today to shop. He was in the line for handicapped people. The cashier is 87 years old, Barbara. He bought a lot of water, soda and other soft drinks. He also bought a few groceries and a bunch of different bird seed products. When he got to the register he had to put the bird seed on the belt, so that he could get the smaller stuff on the bottom of the cart out and up on the belt. Barbara told him he couldn’t put the seed on the belt. She told him to go get another cart. He couldn’t walk any more and told her that someone would need to get a cart. Barbara, instead of calling some one to get him a cart, began to tell him how old she was. He explained that he was handicapped and asked her to call someone. She walked off and went to talk to the person in charge then. That woman mgr brought a cart and left. Now, he had to try to push and pull two carts out to the vehicle while using a cane. No one helped, not even the young man at the door. My husband was in pain and very upset. This Walmart in Edgewood, New Mexico has been getting more and more unpleasant. I lived here before it was built. I always shopped there and we spent thousands every month. I am done. There is no customer service. I can afford to go elsewhere and I intend to from now on. There is no leadership there at all. I intend to begin talking about this with every one in my community. I hope we can impact the business of that store. I live in a community with others of some means and many of the residents shop there and deal with the same unhelpful people. I hope you start over with this store, because who ever is in charge now doesn’t care about the people who shop in the store that provides a living to him or her. The nastiness is store wide. Our complaint is about the Summersville, WV Wal-Mart Pharmacy.

They are unprofessional, unreliable, and they seem to be in constant disarray, unorganized and chaos.

Several of us moved our prescriptions to Wal-Mart's Pharmacy, hoping to get cheaper prices and better service. I can’t express how disappointed so many of us are.

Countless times, a variety of random medications can’t be filled in a timely manner. We often hear the excuse, “our shipment has not yet come in”. Once in a while, is understandable. Every month, and on many different random medications? Just horrible service.

Many of us can’t wait 24 hours or up to 3 days for our medications, and that is what we are told. We have actually been told to “call around to other Pharmacies in town, and if they have it, have your Doctor to call the prescription in there”... That is ridicules!

It is as if, there is no accountability for stocking, ordering and simple organization. There is just total unorganized chaos at every turn at the Summersville, WV Wal-Mart Pharmacy. A total disregard and disrespect for their customers.

The Wal Mart Grocery located at 1201 Parkview Dr. In New Iberia, La. has the worst customer service at the checkout counters my husband and I have ever seen.
We only continue to shop at this location because it’s is literally 4 doors down from our home and the church we pastor.
These are only two of the many many horrible incidents we have been through dealing with this location. We have traveled all around the United States and have had great experiences with Wal Mart but are starting to rethink paying higher prices for better service. We buy all of our prescriptions from this location as well.
On one occasion I tried to use the ATM and it wasn’t working so I used my card to pay for a few items (in which I scanned, and bagged each item) to get cash and then cash out. After receiving my cash and receiving my money and receipt. I continued on a new checkout so I could use a separate card and began to scan and bag my items when a employee walked up and said” I hate to be that person but I need to see your receipt for the items you have bagged”, I was mortified! I hadn’t even finished checking out or began to even attempt to leave the store! If there would have been a lane open other than self checkout I sure would have utilized it. Instead I was all but blamed for trying to steal!
My husband tonight drove up at 7:30 couldn’t find a parking place because the parking lot was full of carts, while two young men with vests stood by the door playing on their phones ( this is very common here) only a handful of cart’s inside. Went to checkout again only self checkout lanes were open, he accidentally rand a item up twice, there where two ladies standing up front playing on their phones, when he asked for help she said he had to hit the “X” first, then she walked over, gave him a very ugly look and said “next time be more careful when you scan your items “!

When did it become our job to not only pay the price for fuel to get to the grocery store, to buy our groceries, only to have to check ourselves out while someone gets paid to makes us feel like we are an inconvenience? What do they get paid for? Please please someone reach out to me and explain. My mother retired after 30 years from WalMart I was an Assistant Manager with WalMart and this is definitely not the WalMart I know..
Also if you try to call the store your lucky if anyone answers and if they do your only put on hold or hung up on unless you call the pharmacy.
I have tried multiple times to reach the store manager without success, I am told there are no managers on duty after 4pm or on weekends. What is going on at this location?

I took my mother shopping Saturday around 1:00-1:35 waiting in line to check out when one of the worker bumped into my mom and I was talking to her that's when the worker kept looking and us with a ugly look and wanted to try and fight with me I really felt unsafe. I felt like I can't go shopping at Walmart in the day time anymore. The worker and her friend that also works there kept going as we was leaving the store. They are the workers that did the pickup. I call to speak to a manager to let them know and was told I had to call or report it to cooperate, felt like the manager did not care and did not want to deal with it.

I have purchased 2 batteries with in the last 4 months, first battery was bad per Aaa having to come out to start my car, Walmart honored the warranty and exchange for another. The same thing started happening!; Car wouldn't stay charged. This time I took it to the dealership , same thing bad battery reading. So I paid for expenses and a new battery from the dealership. I spent 450 . If needed I can send receipts.This is unfair, especially since the lady in the tucker ga location told me when I exchanged for this 2nd one that I would not be able to returned the second one if it was bad which it is.. this is unfair . Within last year I had wrong grocery items delivered. Only thing they would do is refund and that takes 5-10 business days and I could re-Oder. That means a customer has to go thru process again. This happened a minimum of 4 times so I canceled and told myself never step foot in Walmart again. I decided to try again as they are only major store close to me. On Feb 26 I joined again as Walmart plus. It happened on my first re-order, wrong grocery items were delivered to me. The hoops you have to go thru just to get items. I am a cancer patient and getting out is not easy much less carrying stuff needed. Wish they had a Ghost Buster for Walmart. Their customer service us just wrong.

I received a folding table which was delivered from my local store in 30909. It was damaged and I was told to return it to a FedEx store. I tried to but FedEx wouldn't take it because it wasn't delivered in a box. So I took it to the Walmart store that delivered it and I was told they couldn't take it back because it was damaged and they couldn't return it to stock and that it was to large to put in their return bins and that I needed to return it by FedEx. I told them I tried to but since it wasn't delivered in a box they couldn't help me. He told me he couldn't help me either! I've contacted Walmart by phone and the chat app and was told they would take care of it and give me a refund and that I didn't need to return the table and could donate it. This return for a refund still hasn't been processed for this order and my account still shows that it needs to be returned. I'm SO FRUSTRATED and disappointed in Walmart and I'm cancelling my Walmart+ account due to this matter.

Since I bought my truck in 2021 and had its oil changed at Walmart in April 2022, I took my truck to have its oil changed and my truck failed. I took it to the mechanic and he told me that my truck had no oil. My complaint is that the cashier was rude and nasty the very worst experience that I ever had at Wal Mart and she had the nerves to tell me that she is a Manager. First of all I stood in her line a very long time, and each time she would open a plastic bag she would lick her finger who does that? I certainly did want her saliva going home with me hello COVID ,so I gave her a reusable bag I got from the register next to her and she said to me you tore the tag off I said to her it was already like that ,why would I tare the tag off she ask me to give her another bag ,so I gave her several more bags some had the tag on and some did not, so she proceeded to ring up my item the KitKat snack size bag rang up 6.89 which was the wrong price on the shelf it was price at 4.88 when I showed her the picture that I took her response was she can only give me the correct price on one item only that's what she was told to do she can only correct only one item if it's the wrong price when she ring the items up, then she got on the walky talky saying all her groceries is the wrong price every thing she got is the wrong price and I said to her how do she know it's all the wrong price you have only rung up one item , so here comes the young lady she call on the walky talky she was basically none responsive it was basically she wanted no parts of the lies that the Manager Cashier told

Hello. I am extremely upset that the personal medical item (incontinence pads) in this order was left on my front porch without being enclosed in a shipping box or bag. (see attached photo taken by delivery person) I was not home at the time of delivery so it was on display to my neighbors for quite some time. This situation is very embarrassing to me, I trusted Walmart to get my personal medical needs to me in a discreet way and that did not happen. I am a frequent Walmart customer but now I feel let down and humiliated by this apparent disregard for my privacy.

I have been shopping at my local Walmart in Parker, Colorado for the past 20 years. I know many of the employees by name.

Yet, in the past year, I have been stopped many times and asked for receipts while leaving the store.

I feel like I am being profiled by the store and newer employees. I don't understand how a store with so many cameras still need to check individual receipts. Their security should be able to flag someone if they leave with items without going through the check out line or self-check out. Asking for receipts is just absurd and makes no sense, and it feels like they are suspecting/accusing the shopper without any reason.

Walmart should stop this practice and rely on their overhead cameras to catch shoplifters. If it happens again and I feel that I have been profiled, I will sue.

Target is probably going to win my business after all.

I just received the order I placed via the Walmart app, order # 2000108-46184128. It was for five boxes of 12 glass canning jars. When it arrived on my doorstep, I saw that it was on its end, indicating that the delivery person completely ignored the arrows pointing to which end should be up. I opened the box and saw that the packing was pretty bad, just some brown paper in the box that offered little to no protection. I pulled the paper out and found that the boxes of glass jars had fallen every which way (see the pictures). It appears that nothing is broken, but until I begin canning with them I won't know for sure. The slightest imperfection in the rim of the canning jar or the lid can ruin the canning result. I am very unhappy with the way my order was packed and delivered. Walmart needs to do three things:
1. Do a much better job packaging fragile items like glass jars.
2. Make the "this end up" instructions much bigger and easy to see on the box, and mark the package as "fragile."
3. Work with your delivery services to ensure that they treat fragile items appropriately and keep them right side up.

When we shop in walmart there is never 6xl shirts and if they are their plain Grey or black and when we asked about it they said no we don't sell things that size sorry check online which we have but they arrive and they fit like an xl

They did not use my road hazard when I brought my flat tire in to be fixed. I purchased the road hazard on my set of four tires. I received a free tire last year on my flat tire. He still charged me the price of the tire this time.

I called the Walmart Pharmacy in Pace Fl, to ask for a couple of Lisinopril meds for high blood pressure on 2/17/23. I discovered the night before i was out of them and the refill was out. I made an appt. that day for Monday 2/20/23 w/ a new Dr. I needed just three until Monday. The Pharmacy Tech, Stephanie said the Pharmacist said he couldn't give me any since I was going to a new Dr.. I would have to call the former Dr. and get a refill. I had not changed Drs. yet. So I called the former Dr. and got an appt. to go in but still needed the meds until then. The Pharmacist, Jeff Scott still refused to give me the emergency meds and said he would get in touch w/ the former Drs. office. I waited until the next day, Saturday and called the Pharmacy and they said the former drs. office gave me a prescription for 30 days. The Pharmacist, Jeff Scott had decided I guess to give me the 3 day meds before but never notified me. The tech was reading to me the notes. So this was 2 days w/o my blood pressure medicine and it was sky high. My complaint is this pharmacist could have given me the 3 day emergency meds and let me go on to my appt. on Monday but wouldn't. I am transferring my prescriptions somewhere else because of how he acted. I am an elderly person who has trouble keeping up w/ meds and agree it was my fault I ran out but he could have been kinder and gave me those three days legally under Fl law. I'm terribly disappointed w/ his service to customers.

Hello good afternoon I want to make a complaint about not receiving my Keurig K-Classic single serve k-cup pod coffee maker I ordered the coffee maker on February 10th of 2023 from Walmart and 2000-107-02956088 item was supposed to be delivered yesterday on February the 16th 2023 at 1:00 p.m. I was at home then the time change to 3:00 p.m. which was order Thursday February 16th of 2023 the same day and then the time changed again to 7:00 p.m. on February the 16th of 2023 and I still never received the item from FedEx and the tracking number to FedEx is 3 9 4 4 7 6 2 4 9 5 9 6 and I feel like the FedEx worker doesn't want to deliver my order put deliver and I still never received my order I've called Walmart customer service five times today and the only excuse that I can have from Walmart tell me is I can either get my money back sent to my account or I can come into the store and purchase the coffee maker again after I receive my money back but there's nothing else that they can do and I've had Walmart and FedEx message the driver to bring me my package and I won't get my package until February the 24th but it's still saying that the package was delivered yesterday and I was at home all day . went to Walmart in ash flat to get pil changed today. Two other people were in line also to get simple oil change and had been there 2 hours. After a long wait with none of us being helped and they were not working on anyone's car. was told by one employee that I could find that there had to be 2 cars needing service before they can pull in any car. What kind of crap is that. Not to mention there was already two people needing oil changed and had waited 2 hours at this point. Is this really policy or just stupid employees. Do I need to find somewhere else to service my cars. I'll be sure and pass word along what stupid policy this is.

Defective coffee pods from 3 boxes of Great Value 48ct decaf Breakfast Blend medium pods.. at least half of each box the pods are defective.. bought a new Keuric coffee pot and pods are still not working properly … This is the only decaf pods that I can find… Please help correct this defect in pods!Marcia

One cash register open in the whole store, line is long as hell, self check out has only one employee there, he is helping me and trying to help 4 other customers at the same time which takes out from me checking out. Employee calls the manager and they don't come until one on the floor is flagged down by me, she helps but what she did didn't work, she wants to agrue with me and the employee like she's right but we keep telling her what was happening but she didn't want to listen to me or the employee. My order from a Walmart plus order was never delivered the driver without contacting me turned around and returned it to the store which I tracked btw! I called and asked for it to be sent back out was assured it would be it wasn’t so I called again and it wasn’t again! So I called again and asked for a refund and was told I would get one after they elevated it I’m still waiting!! Hi. I ordered an online order. Only half of my order was available and they didn't let me know until after my pick up time was. My order number was 2000107-67902845.. the item said it was available but it wasn't. The store stocking managers need to keep up with inventory. And now I have to wait for 3 days for my money and the party is tomorrow. That is not helping the customer at all. You guys are just passing the ball and I'm not going to stand for it. If I place an order and you immediately take my money then when I refund it, it needs to be immediate. Now there was no purpose of me even getting any of the order. This is ridiculous and how are you guys helping the customer? Your customer service skills and positive experience has went down. Walmart service is not up to standard and this matter needs to be handled because I am not satisfied. This is the worst experience that I have had. I just shopped at this store and bought $155 worth of groceries. There were not any regular check stands open and i ended up checking myself out at a scan and go #304600604160. I had several employees walk by the front end, including one that was filling candy slots on the check stands. No one bothered to open a register. When i finished, the girl standing at the podium for the scan and go did thank me, and i told her i was upset that they had no regular registers open, she said that one of the checkers had to go and find the manager for some reason and thats why they had no regular stands open. Poor excuse. The lady behind me was in a wheelchair and had to wait for me to finish. Unfortunately i was half way through my order when she pulled up. The other scan and go lanes were busy also. This is not customer service! You have some of the nicest people at that store , but i hesitate to shop there any more. Shame on you!

Today Walmart delivered an order that I had placed last week. The problem is, I got somebody else's order. I contacted a Walmart agent and told him what happened. He said that my order was apparently lost and that the driver/delivery person substituted another person's order. This is UNACCEPTABLE! I had been watining for this order because I have a doctors order telling me that I need certain dietary items daily...now that's all screwed up. I was refunded my money/benefits at my request and will place a new order with SAFEWAY.

hi i applied at walmart the one on 9990 belvedere rd in west palm beach fl well i call all the time to check on my application no one ever picks up i went to talk to the lady name jessicia thats in charge of the hiring and she told me she will call me and 4 others girls that day never did she had a nasty attitude with one of the girls the way i see it she is racist i have a friend that works there and she told me jessica sits down all day never answer the phone and tells people that she is not there so no one can talk to her about the application i dont think a person that is like that needs to work for this company

There should be a Toilet icon before the first STAR because Walmart customer service is in the toilet. I have a bad email account on my Walmart+ account and I cannot do any verifications, cannot edit the bad email address since the verification for doing so is (yes you guessed it - via my incorrect e-mail address0, No backup text verification. Chat won't help you and you can't be given a good telephone number to get account tech support. I have wasted hours on this merry-go-round with no end in sight.

Needed to cash a check. Called to ask what time the customer service closed. Was told 8pm. I drive 35 miles one way and get there at 7:30 and was told customer service was closed because they had no employee to work customer service. Then purchased 120 dollars of groceries and get to check out and all check outs were closed. I had to self scan everything. I do not work for Walmart and should not have to do your job. Had family member arrested because 1 item did not scan. This is unacceptable. I expect a return response.

While my husband and I were having a discussion concerning the return/refund policy with one customer service rep (who claimed the store manager was "not around"), another customer told another rep at the next register that "she would like to buy her a bottle of wine for having to deal with us." To that, we simply replied "since you don't know what we're discussing, perhaps you should mind your own business." And her loud response to us? "GO BACK TO NY AND F.U." This she yelled in front of at least 10 other customers and approximately 5-6 store employees. I do realize that the store employees had no control over what this crude customer yelled, but my complaint is that your employees thought it was funny and did nothing to defuse the situation. They just stood there and neither did nor said anything. Let me just say I have never in all my years seen such poor behavior by any retail store employee. This is such a poor representation of Walmart. I shop at this location often, and use the pharmacy (and let me add that their employees are exemplary). For all else, I will avoid this store like the plague. Shameful.

I've been trying to get a refund for a order that I placed in March 2022 that I didn't receive until September 2022. See by that time I had forgotten about it and purchased some more, so when the order arrived (6 mos later) I no longer wanted them. Now of course the window of return had long been closed by this time. Since then I've spoken to several individuals about this issue and was promised a refund about 4 different times to no avail. I have just been getting the runaround about my refund. I'm sending you this email in hopes that you can resolve the issue for me and that I can get my money back.

Was in store on January 5, 2023. Had done Spark shopping. Went to self check out. Scanned phone. Packed customers items. Scanned my personal items and then bagged them. Had receipt. The whole time the associate was watching only me. Another man passed by me after his check out, he didnt bother him but he only watched me and I knew he was watching me but I hadnt done anything wrong so I continued. He left his post where he sas to watch the customers at the self checkout to walk over to the door checker. He pointed me out and then told him to check me when I came and as I approached he tried to walk away and I told him that I knew what he hd done and that he deliberately profiled me only and then left his post to warn the door checker to stop me. He denied it and I asked for a supervisor but he kept walking as if I wasnt talking to him. I walked to the other end of the store asking cashiers for a Supervisor and they pointed her out. I asked could I speak with her and she shook her head and also saying no because she was getting off of work so I asked for another one. Meanwhile I was standing there getting no assistance but then looked down and saw the gentleman who was watching me talking with someone. This person came to me and I introduced myself and began to tell him what had happened and how it happened and he says to me, yes he already told me what happened, as to dismiss what I was telling or to say basically he was in the right. He said to me well he wanted you checked because he saw you with only one receipt and I said ok, yes here is the receipt but how many receipts should I have for one cart? I said that is not a reason to profile me and then having me checked. I said he could have come over to me if he thought I was doing something wrong but I was right in his face checking out and I have a receipt. I said most people stealing have no receipt and I said if he would have been doing his job properly he would have seen me follow the Spark shopper check out steps. The supervisor or team leader then proceeded to tell me well if someone looks suspicious then we check them and I said LOOKS SUSPICIOUS???? I asked him what did that mean because I didnt know checking out my groceries at the self check out would constitute suspicion. He then tried to clean it up. I was done talking to him.
The supervisor who could not help me because she was getting off of work, was there to listen and then put in her reason of why they dont approach people if they feel they are stealing. She said its because they could become hostile. I said well whether its the checkout watcher or the door checker a person can still become hostile. What he did was zero in on me. He did not watch the other customers and he walked away from his post so while he was gone someone could have really been stealing. I couldnt understand that if she couldnt help me in the first place because she was off work then why was she still there talking? I proceeded to the door and was checked by the door checker. We had some words. I then allowed him to see my receipt. He asked about the items not on the receipt and I then said, I am a Spark shopper and then he said oh and I said, yeah like I said it was an assumption before any questions were asked. I said you and the other guy profiled me because you saw me with one receipt for one cart. I left the store. I can be reached and would like to be reached

Order groceries online and went to pick them up yesterday I sit in the parking lot for 2 hours waiting for my order to come out after they asked me told me it was ready ask me to come check in I did so at 3:00 at 3:00 p.m. and I was still sitting in a parking lot waiting 2 hours later I actually had to get out of my car go to the door and ask like three separate Associates three separate times where my order was because I was late doing a bunch of important things and ended up losing a contract I had with somebody about some cattle feed and I'm really disgusted with how long I had to sit in a parking lot after you guys told me that my order was ready so and on top of that I did not receive my entire order and I was charged $76 for two bags of groceries two bags and all I got was spaghetti and a box bell peppers tomatoes milk and that's about it 70 something dollars that's ridiculous I would really prefer a refund and I have not touched any of the groceries in fact they're still sitting on my counter I'm just about to take them to y'all's parking lot and drop them off cuz I'm so angry about my experience

HE SAID NO.
THEN IT MUST BE WALMART DECISION TO CHARGE OVER THREE TIMES THE ORIGINAL PRICE TO IMPROVE THE BOTTOM LINE.
I CALLED WALGREENS AND THEY QUOTED ME $19.46 FOR A 90 DAY PRECRIPITON.
THEY WILL BE MY NEW PHARMACY.

This is by far one of the poorest experiences I have ever had. I ordered a replacement money card and that is where the positive experience ends. I have not been able to activate this card after calling multiple times. I am frustrated at not being helped and repeated being disconnected while waiting on help. What was the point in creating a case number when I still have not been given a solution. I am not able to get to r code for activation and that seems to keep falling on deaf ears. Surely there is another way to activate this card. The code is required for the app, on Walmart.com as well as via the automated system. It is NOT an issue with my phone provider but I cannot seem to get help. There was no delay in taking the $5 service fee….but I’m not getting serviced. There is NO option to speak with someone domestically about the issue and my frustration level is rising. I am now questioning what I need this card for if I can’t use it. And sure I have access to my funds, if I want to pay to get my own money. I am at my wits end and still don’t have a resolution

Yes I had ordered a couple things online last night to the Walmart and I didn't order no membership and they when I tried to get a free delivery it ended up charging me 98 dollars and I would like to have that money back and it's not right for you to take my money like that and I don't do memberships over the phone thank you ASAP already turned it into the Federal trade and a better Business bureau so that money better be refunded back to my debit thank you

I have cancled my walmart + account in dec.2022 january they took 13.99 twice feb.2023 they took 13.66 twice again .i have a refund of dec.charges but what about the rest .why can yall take double money and not return it.very angry.

I was shopping at Walmart today in Chipley Fl. I have never had a problem there before. But today as I was shopping I noticed an employee giving me a dirty look. At the time I didn’t think anything of it but then I went down the aisle where she seemed to be working. It was the candy aisle and there were other employees present as well. As I approached her she muttered under her breath about me calling me ugly. Then she called over the other employees and started telling them I was ugly too. One older employee told her to stop being stupid. But she continued and commented on how I was dressed. I had on a pair of blue jeans and a tee shirt. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Her name is Tatiana and she has orange hair. Thus should not be happening by employees. If she thought I was ugly she should have waited until I was out of war shot before saying anything. Let me also say I do not know this woman. I’ve never seen her before today. Shouldn’t Walmart employees be kind and considerate to the customers?

Order #200010737279373 I called 4 times to get my money back on a cancelled order of $251.76. They are refusing to cancel it agter 4 attempts and I never received my items!

I placed a order on Walmart online on 1/13 and waited for my items to be delivered, first scheduled delivery was for 1/20 and it never showed up location was in Oklahoma, so I knew it wasn't right. So I waited for it to update and eventually it did saying it would be here by today (1/25) and I was like okay. so what is with the constant delays it has now updated to it will be here tomorrow. I do not appreciate constant delays and disappointments if its gonna be make sure it is and if now don't put a date on it

I too my 2010 BMW 328i into Walmart, located in Crawfordville ,Florida To purchase a new battery as I did on 12/31 2019. The battery was an H7 battery, The young man at that time was very professional connected the system to it so that the memory was not deleted, also he coded and registered the new battery to the car, no problems car worked perfectly. Took it in yesterday to have the battery replaced. It too about 2 and a half hours for an oil change and battery change, The tech took the battery out after finally finding the battery (trunk location) and had issues putting in the new on. Finally got it in the car would not start, started saying in may be the alternator, but it wasn't I had it checked before going to the walmart. Drove the car to walmart with no issues at all. they cranked it up and drove it inside, no issues, once he finished the car would not start. They jumped my car off and the car immedilately turned off 50ft approx and would not start anylonger. Spoke with the manager this morning, he advised me there was nothing he could do. He could not undue what was already done. I have never heard that from a mechanic in my life. Having my car towed to Capital BMW because I cannot get any help at Walmart. I know if they have damaged my car in any way, you will be hearing from me again.
