		<description>i have been going thru same stuff.. got a modification thru wachovia, made my 3 trial pmts. signed and sent in my new contract. when aug. 2012 pmt was due they wouldn&#039;t take my pmt. i called my home specialist for 15 days 3 times a day and nothing. i called and tried to talk to anyone. my calls were dropped or transferrred to someone which i would leave a message. finally i got ahold of someone who wanted to send me too vm, told him need to talk to someone now. got someone who put me on hold for 45 minutes and then said they never received my new signed contract. told him i have fedex receipt he said sorry nothiing they could do since modification was a federal program and they are strict about due dates. i told him i have proof and asked why would i go thru this long process not to send in my contract. he said not his prob and i could reapply with an inhouse program. i wrote into the occ and received a latter from a wachovia vp stating that they actually did receive my contract but it was altered? only they would alter it. wachovia is now wells fargo so i reapplied with them and 2/6/12 rec name of my home specialist. 2/6/12 rec documents needed by 2/16/12. 2/9/12 three days after their introduction they wrote sorry they couldn&#039;t help me/??  wat the heck.. not sure what to do now&gt;?? i have money to make pmt&gt; crazy.</description>

Today (2/22/12), I was so offended by the telephone request for a $35 payment on charges incurred since 2/1/12, that I paid my account in full and closed it out.  I&#039;ve been a loyal customer for the past 10yrs. and seldom carry a balance. It was in poor taste to call me regarding charges incurred since 2/1/12 when February is not even over yet and the bill is not due until 3/11/12. In an effort to correct this matter, I contacted customer service that must be located overseas. I could hardly understand the NON-ENGLISH SPEAKING REPRESENTATIVES. No wonder you are failing as a company.</description>

		<description>Every time we try to watch a movie, the movie stops about halfway through and reloads.  It continues to do this until the movie ends and it is very annoying.  I&#039;m on a free trial now and if this continues to happen I will have no interest in remaining a Netflix customer.</description>

		<description>I am so sick of the programming garbage that Nickelodeon has okayed for children to watch, although what do you expect from people that hire child predators. My 9 yr old starting watching Fred the movie and within 5 mins I shut it off, horrified. And now, they offer him a show. Are you kidding me? I am now blocking that channel and will be getting rid of cable. How can we raisde our children to be respectful gentlemen and Christians when that is the garbage people come up with and call it entertainment. I do my job and shut it off but there are times when you aren&#039;t there to. Absolutely disgusted that anyone would find that show amusing.</description>

		<description>dissapointed, you should never feel jittery.. however if you have IBS some of the products will not be good for you. Sit down and talk to the person you got it from and if they cant get you answers you should ask them to talk to the person above them. I love advocare once you get it right it will be great.</description>

		<description>I was among all the other mislead consumers that decided to use the TT card, but what a joke!!! I filed my taxes on Feb 2 2012 and decided to have my refund deposited to the TT card.  I was then sent an email stating I should receive my card on or before the 12th of Feb.. I failed to receive my card so I called on Mon 2/13 and was assured by cust.srvc that the card was sent out and the rep strongly  recommended me not to cancel stating it would probably be in the mail by Wed Feb 15th because the original date I was given thru the &quot;refund tracker&quot; android app. download recommended by TT was ALWAYS wrong so the cst srvc. Rep urged me not to cancel until Wed 2/15 but not to worry it should definately be in the mail within the next few days..after 3 different calls to TT visa cardholder srv and 30+min wait times...I reorded the card on Friday 17th, but now I will have to pay 19.99 for another 2-3 or 5-7 day wait depending on whichever TT rep was correct.. So as of today Feb 21th I still  havent received a TT card even though the Irs DD my refund over a week ago..but what&#039;s really sad Im a single parent and recently unemployed due to certain financial circumstances..&quot;BUT I HAVE $$ I CAN&#039;T ACCESS WAITING ON THAT STUPID CARD!!!! SMH!! I&#039;ve ran out of people to help me and my two kids out;(!! Because that card TT never sent that I never got holds our groceries for the month, rent, the parts for our broken vehicle and insurance coverage and reinstated license so ill be able to commute the new job I&#039;ve been looking foward to.. So while to them its a just a system error in there systems...its damaged my lively hood and made this years tax season completely stressful and total ciaos!! Ill will be filing with HRBLOCK NEXT tax season whom I&#039;ve never had any problems with and I would NEVER recommend TURBOTAX to anyone!! Not even to my worst enemy!! Please pray for me and my family!!! Usually this is against everything I believe in but Oh Yeah! if there&#039;s a lawsuit im DEFINATELY interested!!</description>
