I have used Accu as my point of sale for a few years now. Customer support is fairly fast if you file a ticket online, otherwise the phone tree can be a pain to get through at times. Definitely have not had good luck lately using the 1-800 number (1-888-265-4767) for corporate.

I set up the integration with Windows, it was having problems from start. I was really excited to use this as my point of sale system, but I use Windows every day and it is a necessary part of my business. If I cannot get this to work with my windows database then I will be forced not to use this as a point-of-sale system. Overall, I hear their customer service is really great.

After retirement, I had plans to start off my own restaurant. Everything was almost set, until which I realized I need the right POS software. I was suggested Accupos to get one and I must say, it is indeed the best choice in terms of POS software. I am not a person really into understanding the technicalities of all this, but AccPOS make it very user friendly and they were able to design it according to my needs. Now that I have taken their services and find it very comfortable and affordable, I suggest this to anyone who is looking for such software with for their PC or Android for retail or market industry.
