During my employment with CVS, I noticed that my check stubs indicated sick pay had been used.
Since I do not take off from work, I was rather puzzled.
I spoke to other employees, who stated that the Manager (Sam Cortis) had used their sick pay as well as his own,
even though they had not called off from work.
I asked why the Manager did this, and I was informed that he used the sick pay to prevent going over his budget hours.
Some of the employees were aware of what was going on, but were afraid of getting terminated if they were to report it. (myself included)
This is very unethical, and do not understand how a big corporation would continue to employ an individual that does this!

I went into CVS Pharmacy last night and asked pharmacists about getting the flu shot told me with disgust I would have to wait a minute. I said fine 35 minutes later, he asked the other man where the flu shot forms were and then said. I thought she would.have left by.now but she's still.standing there.

this is the second time in a year I have had an employee treat me like this I called the store the first time and complained and go no where after being told they didn't want my kind standing on the.sidewalk in front of the store. The sad part is I shopped at CVS Pharmacy for years got all my meds, children's and grandchild's meds there. That want ever happen again

Not sure if this is because I'm a gay woman and you can tell but i will be digging deeper into it.

My son's doctor phoned in a prescription for seizure medicine for my son on 1/11/13 around 1:30p.m. I never received an email that it was ready, so I called at 8p.m. last night (1/11/13) and was told it wasn't ready. I told them I would be stopping by in an hour to pick it up. He absolutely needs this medicine! I went to the drive-thru window at the Logan Township CVS in NJ and was told it was not ready. I had worked all day 14 hours and could not physically go into the store to sit for a half hour to pick it up so I went home hoping it would be ready today. It is 8:30 1/12/13, I called the pharmacy and it is still not ready. This is not acceptable. I am going to have to wait now until tomorrow after I get finished with work to attempt again to pick it up. I never had this problem when I dealt with the CVS in Woodbury, NJ. The presecription were always ready for me.

On Monday October 28, 2012 I called the CVS pharmacy located at 2100 Dublin-Granville Rd. Columbus Ohio 43229. I called at approximately 8:05a.m. and when the young lady asked me what time I would be to pick up my prescription I told her 8:00p.m. That night I went to CVS to pick up the prescription a little after 9:00p.m. There was one lady in front of me who was very upset that her medicine was not yet avavilable. While the person who was waiting on her tried to correct the situation, no one else came to the counter to wait on the other customers. When it was finally my turn, 15 minutes later, I was told that my prescription was not ready. I told her that it was unacceptable that my medicine was not ready and I had phoned in the prescription at 8:00a.m. and told them that I would be there at 8:00p.m. And at that point I was later then I told them that I would arrive. There is no excuse that one prescription cannot be filled in 13 and 1/2 hours when there are like 5-6 people working there. I would also like to complain that there has been several times that I have walked up to that particular counter and have not be acknowledge for several minutes!! There has been times when I have went in there and there is a LONG line all the way down an aisle and no one will come and assist the customers to get them in and out and give them a pleasant experience. The only reason I continue to use this pharmacy is because it is open 24 hours a day. This situation should be addressed promptly s0 that others will not have the poor customer service that I have unfortunately experienced!!!

I'm a 24 year old female battling a brain tumor and recently had my 12th surgery on a Friday! I was released from the hospital with a prescription! I had a broken jaw with my mouth wired shut from getting a biopsy threw the inside of my mouth! And in order to do this they drilled my left jaw in half! I was weak tired and fatigued! I was always a Walgreens customer but had to switch because i had express scripts! From the beginning CVS has treated me horribly!

I don't know if its because of my age but they always give me hassle and embarrassement and torture to get my pain medication filled! I've never once abused or got early refills on my medication, these are things I searched to try and understand why they gave me such grief! I read maybe it was due to my age! But the day after my brutal surgery with a clear broken jaw and swollen head cvs would read my 10mg Percocet prescription and say immediately they didn't have it when they didn't even look!

Others said I couldn't fill medication there cause I've never been there before! So question how do they get new customers!! There always has to be a first time, even if it might be pain meds! They wouldn't even look me up in the system! I drove to 5 different CVS at first hearing there own versions of reasons why they would give me medication, some I knew we're lies because I've gotten my medicine filled there before! One said since it was Percocet my dr would of given me a second medicine that reacts with the Percocet and battling a brain tumor for 2 years I know that was not true! Another cvs said they don't give that dosage out and I knew that was a lie cause one other time I got my medicine there!

The main reason this was all happening was because my CVS that knows me was just out for the first time ever! So it sent me on a 5 hour man search after just getting out of surgery the day before! I even went to a CVS the next town over and they said since they weren't the city in which I lived they couldn't fill my meds which is another lie because CVS having 4,100 locations supposedly you can fill your medicine anywhere! And also I've filled my medicine once in the city my parents lived and in a city 100 miles away where i got treatment!

Im extremely aggravated and insulted how CVS is treating! I wish I could go back to Walgreens! Just because I'm 24 doesn't make me a drug addict! My dr closely monitors me and most of the time I refill my medicine weeks past the refill date! If I was an addict wouldn't I be there the day of! I know pharmacist have to be good judges of characters but what was sad was I had a wired mouth broken jaw face severely swollen and I'm battling cancer but none would even look me up they just instantly turned me away when they saw the medicine I was on! I didn't realize people after surgery shouldn't be allowed to get their medicine! I drove to over 12 CVS by the end of the day in a weak condition and the treatment was horrible until finally one CVS pharmacist was the sweetest woman ever and saved my life! She looked me up and filled my medicine in 10 minutes and asked for the first time how was I doing! I broke down and cried! In relief! I never knew pharmacist could be so cruel! I've had issues before with them but never like what I went through today!

I get I'm not old but isn't it bad as well that as a 24 year old i have to battle this illness! Again I've never given question that I was abusing my meds and second for 2 years I've never gone up on dosage which most patients do due to tolerances! I feel battling these surgeries and illnesses I deserve to be pain free and be treated with better dignity! It's not like I walked in and was a young girl that "looked healthy or like an addict like most Pharmacist try and look for or look at my history and see signs of abuse" but no I physically was showing all the signs of just having major surgery!

I'm waiting for the day to go back to Walgreens! CVS is sad and stereotyping! I know I'll hear some response like Pharmacist have to do their job when it comes to pain meds but they didn't do it correctly at all didn't try calling the hospital or lookin me up or realizing I need my medicine just by looking at me! They just turned me way one after the other in a cruel judgmental fashion! The excuses is what really got to me because pharmacies that previously helped me changed their policy all of a sudden common yeah right! Every other cvs is allowed to give 10mg out and now ur not!? And Than the CVS that made the lie of you can only fill your medicine in the city in which you live?

What happend if someone got hit by a car on vacation and got pain meds?! is CVS gonna turn them away!? Noooo! Lastly after 2 years on and off this medicine the Pharmacist said a doctor would always give you a counter acting medicine with Percocet and until i got that Medicine which they wouldnt even tell me the name of, That's was bull! Percocet 10 mg isn't even near the strongest dose of medicine and my drs have been appalled when they heard this story an told me to immediately complain! I'm scared in 4 weeks will I get the same treatment when I start radiation! Im realizing looking sick doesn't help me what about the day I'm not will they turn me away more if I look "healthy"!

I cant keep stressing and fighting with CVS about the medicine! I hope this complaint gets me somewhere! And look on my file and clearly see no signs of abuse! Yes I'm on pain medicine but I NEED it to have some quality of life! And I deserve it! I live in Boca Raton, Fl! Yes Florida supposedly is drug addiction capital I've read but the laws should be no different! And Deerfield beach fl shouldn't lie to their customers about not being able to fill Boca Raton scripts! I'm done now! Hopefully this can be resolved and I don't have to keep battling CVS or ever have to drive to 12 locations over 5 hours in severe conditions again!

If the CVS that finally filled my Scripts would of denied me I would of had not one CVS left to go to in Boca and plus it was Saturday at 7 pm and it was magically a 24 hour pharmacy!! And as Deerfield beach CVS said its not like I could of gone to another one in a diff city(lie)!!!! So that would of meant i would have been sent home to suffer and no one woth this amount of pain should ever have to! I can finally get some sleep and not worry about being in brutal agony and pain! Heather A very disappointed customer

On june 14th. i lost my job because of error made by cvs pharmacy on cannon avenue in hagerstown md.. I called about a refill on cymbalta, they told me to contact my doctor, and i did... So that was on June 8th. Doctor faxed my refill at 5pm on the 8th, i went in on the 9th, and was told the doctor did not faxed anything. So being told that, i waited monday the 11th to call my doctor, they said it was already faxed. So i called CVS, Cvs said it wasn't faxed at 5pm, it was about 6;15, so they said the doctored lied.. Was off medication from thursday to monday, take at bed time which is perscribed. Tuesday morning, from being offf the medication, i couldnt wake up to go to work. So that caused the loss of my job.. But the whole story, the medicated was at Cvs the whole time, from friday on.. Reported to manager and she was suppose to do video.. So I would like to be reimbursed my loss of wages, if not i will get an attorney, if not resolved... Thanks

I was at CVS Pharmacy in Reidsville, NC store # 361-0572 phone # 336-342-4741. My Reg # TRN #7574 CSHR # 1017087 STR # 4381 . It took me about 5 min. waiting to drop off my prescription and I was told it would be 15 or 20 min before it would be ready. So I sit there and RPH: Sean Sullivan walked over and put the prescription in the basket on the counter. He did not say who the prescriptions were for and the two ladies standing at the counter never looked to see who they were for. The prescription was finished 6:18 pm and it was not given to me till 6:39pm the young lady that was help feeling the prescription said King is ready. I'm sitting there in pain waiting and when I got up to get my prescriptions one of the ladies had the nerve to what's wrong. I was the only person sitting there waiting on a prescription. This happened on Dec. 12, 2012.

Hello, I just visited the CVS/pharmacy at 874 Harrison Avenue, Boston, MA. I visit this store a least 3-4 time weekly. Once you enter the store there is a smell of mold/mildew, at first I thought it was because it had rained. Butt the smell has become unbearable to the fact that today I had to leave. I coughed until I had to vomit and I am still coughing while sending you this note. I had to have some else make my purchase because the smell is so bad. Prior to leaving I aksed the store manager what is the smell and he saild they do not know where the smell is coming from. I am know expert of smell, but I think it is coming from the rugs, when they are/were wet. I would greatly appreciate if you look into this matter. I love shopping at your store and would like to continue to be a customer, but can not be a value customer if this issues is not resovled.

My employees and I do a lot of business at the cvs pharmacy across the street where we work. On 3/22/13 I when across the street to do a little shopping. After completing my shopping I headed towards the checkout. The cashier seen me come and left the register and went to the photo department. She could see me standing at the register but would not come to check me out. After standing there for 5 minutes I left all the items on the counter and left the store. This has happened to all my employees at one time or another with this same cashier. This cashier seem to think that everyone has all the time in the world. I manage a car wash and my employees run across the street in between cars. When this cashier is working it takes them a long time for them to return. This cashier needs to be replaced. I will not patronize this cvs or any other cvs after this and encourage my employees to do the same.

On Monday, Jan. 7th. I stopped at CVS Pharmacy in Salisbury, NC at the corner of Avalon & Ennes St. to use the restrooms. I thought this would be a clean place as opposed to a Convenience Store restroom. Boy was I ever wrong.

The area to the restrooms was filthy, toilet paper was out and all over the room, mirror and sink was filthy, given, the commode was overrunning, even if fixed, the whole room was sickening and disgusting. Human waste was running on the floor. The health dept. would shut your store down.

I asked a female pharmacy attendant if I could use the Ladies, she said yes but stated it was not much better. I did, but paper was out, floors, mirror, sinks, and everything about both restrooms were horrible.

It was not just a commode, both restrooms were completely filthy. I could imagine Pharmacy employees using them, and then handling medicines and greeting customers.

I asked for and told the manager. He said he was unaware of the filthy bathrooms. I told him it was unacceptable and should be checked and cleaned several times a day. He acted like I should mind my own business. My visit to your store was suppose to be a quick in and out, prior to my trip but it left me with a negative impression with CVS.

In this economy you should do better. I have already mentioned this to several people. You need to visit your stores and see for yourself. Surely you can do better!

This morning, i returned a clipper i bought from CVS, and instead of getting the same clipper, i decided to get a better clipper (Whal). When i got home i openned the box, and to my great surprise it was a Conair clipper in the box. I was surprised! Then I go back to the same CVS store (Store: 399-8762 Lancaster, PA) to complain about that. All the CVS employee (Brittany) could tell me is that she does not beleive me, she thinks i swaped the clippers. That was so insulting to me. Told her am a minister and I would never lie for just a clipper. She did not want to exchange it, she did not refund my money back. I left the clipper with her, I got her name and took my receipt with me. I nearly cried this morning, first of all I spent my money, and then got a different product, and when I return the product, a CVS employee insults me. What do I do? Thank you.

I would like to know how a small pharmacy like smith drugs, can sell the same percription drug for 130.00 dollars cheaper then you can. I have no insurance or no job , I have a percription for singulair that they never even offered me a generic drug for , but i called around and found that minford ohio pharmacy had the generic drug for 130.00 dollars less then you. How can you get such a markup on the same drug as a little pharmacy that sells it for 130.00 dollars cheaper? Sincerely Arta Brigner

I have gone to CVS's in many cities I've lived in for many years to fill my Rx's. I have never encountered such a RUDE person as Stephanie at your Mattis St location in Champaign IL. I know her boss, Amy, and she would want to know as well how rude she treated me! At this point, I don't want to deal with her again so I am thinking about leaving CVS. You would lose a 10 yr customer because of this woman!!! She needs some serious training in customer service!!!! Carol Stuff 317.879.5862 I'm open to talking about Stephanie more to provide details.

I took coupons to my local CVS store and tried to purchase the items from the coupons. The cashier tells me that I can not use all the coupons that I had. The cashier then tells me that the register said that I had reached my coupon limit for the items I was trying to purchase. I took my coupons home and looked up the CVS coupon policy and it states under their multiple coupon section "CVS/pharmacy accepts ONE third-party manufacturer coupon AND applicable CVS/pharmacy coupon(s) for the purcahse of a single item, unless prohibited by either coupon offer."

I printed off this policy and returned to the CVS and proceeded to show them their own policy when they still refused to honor my coupons. I was told that they didn't know where I got the print out and that as long as the computer was telling them that I ahd reached my coupon limit on the items I was trying to purchase they could not accept them.

What is the point of having such things in your policies if even when presented in black and white with the printed policy you still aren't allowed to use your coupons? I believe that if your policy says you will accept them then your empolyees should honor that. I am very unsatisfied with this local CVS pharmacy and plan not to return. I am a mother of two small children and need to save money where I can. That is why I coupon.

But when you are denied the use of the ones you have for no valid reason other than the cashier is too lazy to push a few buttons to enter the coupon manually. That is what I believe they should have done instead of in not so many words that I had fabricted the printed out copy of their policy.

I've shopped at SavOn/CVS since 1969. The same location on Pico Blvd./Point View LA 90035. The pharmacy tech was rude to me on several occasions. On 12/31/11, after receiving several automated calls to pick up my refills, I did so. The rude tech, who has waited on me for years, asked for my name. She couldn't find any refills and proceeded to check the pc.

She asked me to spell my last name-I did-than my first-then my birthday-I did. Then she stated we have a communication problem as I received a phone call. The person on the line asked why this person was speaking to me as if I were a child. The prescriptions were filled and I spoke with the pharmacist. I told her I would not return and I will transfer my prescriptions elsewhere. I spent $2700 on prescriptions in that store last year. I won't do that again.

I have had Blue Cross Family plan for 25 plus years. Your pharmicist was rude and not professional. She filled my prescription but would not fill my wifes as she preferred to argue with my wife that she was not on my family plan marked Blue Cross. We have used this CVS and other CVS pharmacies within the US without challenge or argument. I understand that education is poor now days but CVS should screen the people that are going to talk to the public. Because of this my wife is still sick and we have to go to a different pharmacy and I will promise it will not be CVS nor will it be in the future.

We will never shop in your stores again and I am sure at that store I will not be the only person leaving that store upset. I reccomend anger management and just plain educate your personal. I'm a doctor and have always suspected rude pharmacy techs of having mood swings. She should be employed elsewhere.

Favortism in the workplace is very obvious! No handbooks given to me after I got promoted to clerk from cashier. Do as I do, is what I was told. No lessons on using there dex to do (1): ad reorders, (2): preboh, (3): cycle counts, price verifying, etc... Setting up the ad by myself. Also still having to ring customers when cashiers call for clerks to ring! No recognition when your day is over of what youv'e done.

And to top it off I am still answering calls to cosmetics when customers call on the phone, sometimes there are 2 -3 people on the phone at the same time. But you don't even get a soft whisper hint of Thank you for helping and working hard. Very uncomfortable atmosphere. Only thing you here is: you not finish? What were you doing this whole time? Hmmmm.... I speak for many that do not speak. I speak for many that can't afford to quit.

Especially when jobs are tight. So we just accept. But it is not acceptable. I have never made a costly mistake. I have never called in sick. I always came to work with a smile on my face even though I wasn't feeling right. I came to work and customers made me feel happy and they are so greatful when you assist them on small things like sharing a store coupon. Anyways, THANK YOU for reading my side and many silent sides of the story. I already feel better. :-)

Previously, I used a nice local, small, independent pharmacy with prompt & accurate service, friendly & competent employees & wonderful customer service. Unfortunately, they went out of business & after they closed, I transferred my prescriptions to CVS Pharmacy in Sandy Springs, Georgia. I thought the nearby location and 24 hour service would be a good option for me. I was very, very wrong. I am told that this is a "high volume" pharmacy, which translates into very long lines, long waits for medication fills, out of stock medications, frequent ordering errors & poor customer service. Not surprisingly, this pharmacy has a high employee turnover rate & as a result, most of the employees do not know the customers they serve.

Honestly, there is not enough room to describe the many problems I have with this pharmacy. I usually try to “deal” with the bad experiences & hope tomorrow will be different. However, today was the last straw. After visiting this pharmacy multiple times (as well as two other CVS pharmacies) for the same (C2) generic medication, I was told that my supposedly ordered medication was to be picked up today. I am at the end of the previous prescription & I found out that the pharmacist did not order the med but they can reorder (?) it & I can pick it up in a week. What? I explained that I was running out of my medication & that I did not have enough to last another week since I had been trying to get it filled for over TWO weeks.

The pharmacist tells me that I can get the name brand, which is 200 dollars more expensive than the generic. No, thanks. Then he says I can "partially fill" my prescription for a few days under the brand name "to get me through" & then go to my doctor, get ANOTHER prescription & fill it under the generic when it comes in next week. Since this is a narcotic medication, I am pretty sure this is illegal, and if so, this would not be the first illegal advice from this pharmacist. No, thanks, again. No apologies, by the way. In fact, he acted as if he was doing me a huge favor, while he clearly stated (twice) that the mix up was not HIS fault! I have observed this pharmacist before & his communication skills & his customer service skills are lacking.

Because I take several medications on different schedules, I spend time & energy keeping everything organized with my medication schedules, doctors’ appointments & pharmacy refill requests, etc. I wish CVS pharmacy spent more time trying to be organized, efficient and effective. In my opinion, a well-run pharmacy should work hard to make the business of pharmaceuticals as efficient & as accurate as possible, especially for a customer of over 6 years. Excellent customer service does not include requiring that a customer travel from pharmacy to pharmacy, trying to get a prescription filled. Most pharmacy customers do not feel well to begin with, & if they expect & experience problems with every prescription, then the customer & the company have a problem. And if I were a leader within this company, I would want to know about such complaints. As a paying customer, I would like to be treated with at least some respect, perhaps following up with what he says he is going to do. When problems arise, & I understand that they will sometimes occur, I would like for my pharmacist to help me to find a positive solution, not deny blame & delay me getting my regularly scheduled medication.

Problems are rampant with my CVS pharmacy. In fact, I EXPECT problems with each pharmaceutical request I submit. If things go smoothly, then I am thankful, but surprised. That says a lot. I have asked family members & friends for recommendations for other pharmacies & the results are unanimous; do not go to CVS. Apparently, anywhere else is better than CVS. It is a big hassle to change to a new pharmacy, but based on what I have experienced, I feel I would be better served by using a different pharmacy. I certainly feel I have given CVS plenty of time to improve, but things are getting worse rather than better with time. I am at the end of my rope. I am so disappointed in this pharmacy.

Her name its Maria P. The first time, I make a mistake and have to cancel and start all over and she told me "always its the same mistake now I have to call the manager and void this ugh!" and the manager came and nicely void the transaction and said its no problem, and then she told me "step aside im gone a take care of the others first, you have to wait until im done".second time I was gone a make 3 transactions and I let people pass first, when I told her I was gone a make 3 transactions she told me she can only do 2 becouse I was make in a line, im so disappointed of the service its the only cvs in town, how this lady still working there with that attitude, I love shopping at cvs and now I always think about goin or not, becouse im gone a see her there, I hope somebody take care of this issue, thanks

The pharmacy failed to follow doctors prescription directions. Prescription stated clearly to fill "DAW", (dispense as written). Pharmacy filled with an alternate drug and then proceeded to lie when questioned about it. Pharmacy stated that the original drug was discontinued, then when confronted they produced the drug that was originally prescribed, but only dispensed 23 pills, insisting the drug was discontinued and that was all they had. I went to Walgreens and they stated that they have the drug and it is NOT discontinued, a fact that was also verified by the doctor writing the prescription. I fail to understand why and on what authorization a pharmacy has the right to disregard a doctor's prescription and then lie about it to a customer. then to add insult to injury charge full price for a partially filled order. I will be had pressed to continue to use CVS for any reason in the future. And please don't confuse me with some one time single purpose user, I have purchased many products from your store's and have never had a problem, however the actions of your pharmacy can not be excused and I find myself very reluctant to return for any reason, there are just to many other pharmacy's in the area to have to put up with this kind of incompetence.

I have been going to CVS pharmacy in Lambertville, NJ for almost a year. Everytime I go there they are extremely rude and I pretty much am in tears leaving there. I finally decided to never go back and I now bring my buisness elsewhere. It makes me sad being that this pharmacy is the closest to me and now I have to travel a long distance only so I can feel comfortable coming and going to another pharmacy. I belive it is because of the type of medicine I recieve. The one lady rolls her eyes at me, makes me feel like CRAP, and when I ask a question she always walks away and starts talking to either another customer or a co-worker. Many Many people have complained to me about CVS Pharmacy in Lambertville, NJ and I have heard many different stories about every single pharmacy worker in there. Please do something so they cant treat some poor person, like myself, the same way.

I was at CVS 349 broadway, in Amityville. when i was being rung up she asked me if i had a cvs card. i told her no,could i use the stores. she told me they dont have store cards. i explained to her i use them at other cvs stores. she said not here. what strange is i used the store card 3 days ago at the same store. she was very nasty and rude. i never took her name, although she has red hair. there are only two people working in that store today and she is the only employee with red curly hair. 12/8/2012. i know like everything else this will get swept under the rug since i dont have a name and even if i did nothing would happen. so why am i making a complaint. hopefully someone will take this serious and fire this lady. i always had good experiences with cvs, this was unexceptable because this woman lied to myface and was rude ontop of it. the only way ill know if she was fired is when i go back to the store. if she is still employed i know this complaint fell on deaf and dumb ears.

Today ( Feb 22, 2012 at 12:25 PM ) I was in CVS Methuen on RT 128, I have been since January going into this store on a regular basis ( at least 3 times a week ) however, after today, I would rather travel 5 miles to another non CVS store to purchase my goods. As I was being cashed out ( the associate, whom was not wearing a name tag ) was asked a question by another customer who appeared to be in a rush, this didn't bother me.

However her responce to another CVS associate who was behind me in line ( perhaps he was on his lunch break ) when he asked her what the customer was looking for, the following responces is why I will never shop CVS again, and I will quote her " He was looking for the shampoo that he probably stole the other day " the associate behind me said "What ?" then she continued on to say, well he is wearing a heavy winter jacket and its 53 degrees out, and there I stood with my down winter jacket on, as I along with thousand perhaps even millions of people are still cold when it is 53 degrees.

And with that said, I can only assume that CVS employees are trained that if it is 53 degrees out and customers are wearing winter jackets we all must be theifs. I was so dismayed by her remark that I went to the pharmacy department and obtain the district managers name and number, and he will be receiving a call tomorrow morning.

Shortly before Christmas I was shopping in the Centre St. #861 Brockton MA store. I have IBS and symtoms can come on strong and without warning. I asked the cashier if they had a rest room and she referred me to the rear of the store where the pharmacy is located.

There were a few people waiting at the counter (maybe 3) and I aksed the pharmacist (he was a Asian man) if I could use the restroom; which I noticed was locked, and his reply was "no I am too busy." At this point I am panicking in fear of having an accident however I did not want to argue with him and explain my medical problem in ear shot of the people at the counter.

I rushed to the front of the store and the cashier asked if I found the restroom and I said the pharmacist is to busy to help me. My office is close by and I made it back to my office in the nick of time. I shop at CVS stores frequently on my lunch hour; however I have the choice of shopping at either Rite Aid or Walgreen which are near by.

From this point on I will not shop at your store I will spend my dollars at either Rite Aid or Walgreens; the pharmacist at store #861 was very rude and inconsiderate exspecially considering you have customer with various medical conditions in your store at any given time you would think the pharmacist would be cognisant of this.

I live in middletown ohio, am visiting my son in houston texas. I sign up with your company for email rewards points and use my i phone for emails, I went to make a purchase today in (7214 FM 1960 E. Humble Texas register 11 tran# 4368 cashier 0404352 store # 7416) and pulled up my 25% off coupon to use becasue it expires today and she she wouldn't allow me to use it because it wasnt in hard copy form but yet you send me coupons that I can use for online purcashes and it isnt hard copy, its electronic. In todays electronic world I thought this was poor customer service. You can send me stuff electronicaly but I cant use them back in your store electonically, isnt this biased? You can do it, but I cant.

What is even worse is that I use my i phone's key ring downloded electronic icon and pulled up my customer key card and it was scanned at the register. This wasnt a hard copy key ring, it had been scanned and down loaded on a software on my phone. Even the cashier was matter of fact. She would speak becasue she had to but nothing more. I work in a retail business and understand trying to keep my customers happy so that we keep there return buisness. The market is flooded with pharmacy's at every corner, and I also work for a hospital which has there own pharmacy on campus and with me being a long standing and loyal customer that your company could do better than this. I will think twice about where my loyalty's are in your company.

After completing my shopping I headed towards the checkout. The cashier saw that i have a lot of coupons and immideatly make a face at me. she took each coupon and checked it and tried to say that they are wrong or not good or that i took a different products. i tried to help her but she again gave me the face and was impatient to me, whispered to the other cashier and talked about me. at the end, something was wrong with the paper in the machine, and she tore it rudely and gave it to me, tore some of my ecb. when i told her she said it's OK and wanted me to leave.

I was notified twice that my prescription was ready..when I went to pick it up, I stood in line with 6 people ahead of me. I questioned the amount, due to deductible, and was sent to the drop off line with 2 people in front of me. I was told the deductible had been initiated.

I was then, sent back to the original line (5 people this time) just as frustrated as myself, and was told they were behind 2 days..I was notified 3 days ago...My wife and I go through this every time. Her prescription was to be ready yesterday at 2:00.

Today..... still not ready... there is no excuse for people to have to go through this.....nice people, awful service...We are changing Pharmacy's..

I had a friend go into the CVS in South Williamson, Ky she dropped off her sick daughters prescription and was told that she could not pick up the medication until the next day! Another friend dropped her script off this morning and the tech told her it would take 1 hour she came back at 7pm and it still was not ready! I have worked in pharmacies on and off for the better part of 10 years. Never have I heard of anything like this! I think this location needs to be looked at something does not sound right! If they are under staffed then it sounds like they need some help

On 3 separate occassions your company has printed in the sale ad the Sylvania Netbook wireless mobile internet device for 59.00. this summer you advertised it and i went in and they said "we received 6 in and they sold last evening" i said the sale did not start until today and they said someone new was working and they sold them "sorry". the 2nd time it came out i went in at 10:30 they said we only got six in and someone bought 4 and 2 others bought 1--i said why did you sale 4 to the same person--why only 6 when it is the main feature item? so i thought this paper came out and i went in when the doors opened and of course they had none this time.

they said sylvania quit making them but the Buckhannon store has 3 left that is 20 miles from where i live and i am sure by the time i got there there would be none--i said if they quit making them how come other stores got them they just shrugged their shoulders--i buy all our medicines there and you can check my cvs card i purchase a lot of items there--

for this weston store to do this to customers who are loyal is not right --i just wanted 1 small netbook computer--why is this not false advertising not getting them in and the flyer saying it is available and other stores have them and weston does not--i am requesting that cvs ship one to the Weston Store with my name for me to purchase it at the sale price add--this is so unfair for some of us to be treated like this when i shop there diligently for medications and the Lewis County Emergency Squad parties for the candys and the Halloween and Christmas parties.

for the ball teams with items and birthdays..please see what you can do-- i work very hard for my money and want to spend it wisely---thank you--

Today, I threw my CVS card in the trash. I walked into store #8398 in Brownsville, Texas looking for a plush monkey chair, and I spotted one behind a counter. A salesman helped me and reached it for me. When I was about to pay for it the cashier told me that the chair was in hold for a customer. I told her that the other salesperson had not said anything about it. She refused to sell it to me. She had a whole pile of chairs behind the counter and she asked me if I wanted the giraffe instead.

That is when I found out that she was not holding it for a customer but for one of her friends or relatives. Why was she offering me the other animal chairs if they were all behind the counter too. I walked out of disappointed with the promise to never come back to a store where employees are allowed to favor their friends or relatives by holding merchandise for them. This happened on 12/31/2011 around 12:00 pm. I did not get the employee name I was too upset to even ask.

I work for a doctors office that continues to recieve RX's for a doctor that is not ours and for patients that are not our either. So I have called the Pharmacy (store #7663) 7 times over the past 2 months to let them know that they are sending these ERx to the wrong number. The pharmacist that I spoke with was EXTREMELY rude and told me "There is nothing I can do for you".

After I asked him how would this patient get taken care of he only stated "I do not know". I feel that this is NOT the way a Pharmacist should act, when it is their job to make sure the patient is taken care of.

I asked for his name however he would not give it to me. I stated that I would call CVS Corporate to file a complaint on him and he immediately hung up the phone.

I was at the pharmacy today at 345 to pick up a script for myself and my son. When I got there the cashier tells me that they don't have anything and to step over to the drop off counter and she will be able to help me. I wait 5 min and she tells me that mine wasnt recd but I can pick up my sons in an hour. I wait 2 hours and go back to pick up my sons antibiotic. The cashier now tells me that she needs my ins card. I tell her that it should already be on file. She tells me that because my boyfriends was terminated she needs the other ins information which has always been his secondary so it should be on file. I am annoyed that they did not call me to let me know that I needed to bring it with me. A courtesy call would be nice. Cvs pharmacy never calls for problems. I will be switching to another phaacy. This is not the first time I have had an issue.

CVS store #1476 at 7012 Marlboro Pike, District Heights, Md 20747 This pharmacy location never has any concerta medicines in stock. I fill monthly prescriptions for my my minor son and every month the store is out of medicine stock. You would think that once they are out of stock they would order enough to cover a 30 day period, then order another and so on and so on. Also, my son has a new rx for Amphetomiu 10 mg, and you guessed it, not in stock. Could they just have ordered it and all I would have to do is wait for it a day or so. Is that asking for to much. Or do I need to find a new pharmacy altogether.

Over the last few months I have experienced a drastic decline in satisfaction with CVS pharmacies. I have had three incidents over the last two months that has caused me to shop for a place I can depend on.

The first situation occurred when I was trying to get a refill done on my Zoloft. I completed the refill request online and selected the option to have them request the refill from my MD. I thought 36hrs would be ample time for this to be done, but I showed up at the store and was told they never received it. Realizing I was going to miss a dose, I asked for a pharmacist consult to find out what I could take over the counter to help minimize the side effects of missing a dose. He informed me that I wouldn't have any effects over the next couple of days. Well, I have missed a dose before and know that my body begins feeling the side effects almost 24 hrs following a missed does. He wanted to argue with me. The cashier informed me that I shouldn't use the online system for refills because half the time it doesn't work anyway. I was angry - what's the point if the online system is wasting my time? The next day, I called the MD and had them produce a hard copy of my prescription which also showed the fax confirmation they it had been sent on the day after I'd completed the request online. I physically took off work, went to the MD to get the prescription (showing the fax confirmation) and the reaction was very nonchalant to my inquiry as to where the ball was dropped. I got that refilled and went on my way.

The week following, I had to refill a prescription on a med for my husband. It was sent that morning and we came back to the store 3 different times and was told their system was down and they couldn't run insurance to fill prescriptions. (There were certainly many other prescriptions being filled at that time). We came back the following day - still no prescription. Finally, after two more trips, we were able to get the medications we needed.

Another incident occurred today. I had to fill a prescription for some meds to assist with an acute pain related issue. I watched the MD send over the fax. After two more trips to the store, still no prescription came through. I called and asked my MD to send it again. When I returned an hour later - still no prescription. So tomorrow, I'll take off work again, go get the faxed copy from my MD and take it to the store. This has become an EVERY TRIP issue.

1. The fax machine is rarely working,
2. The online refill system for customer's is ineffective.
3. The customer service has steadily gotten worse. (It seems that many employees forget that some people are not there to "drug seek", we are there because we are hurting and need relief - and not 2 days from now because the system is down.

I have been with CVS for many years and actually have a very dear friend that works at one of the two locations I've had these repeated bad experiences with. Rarely is a situation made right, never is there an apology for my inconvenience. Something needs to be done about this broken system in regards to both the employee and medication refill/delivery processes. Thank you for your time.

I have, since being a CVS customer, gone to pick up my Rx, at the scheduled time, on more than 30 occasions, only to be told it was not yet in. I now speak to someone in the pharmacy every time I fill a Rx and tell them to call me if there will be a delay in filling my script. And yet, I have once again run out of a drug because you didn't get it on time and you didn't call. This last time I had to call twice before you even filled it. It took you more two weeks. I had to use my husbands insulin. I have complained to your store manage, your pharmacy manager, your pharmacist and your pharmacy techs. I am done complaining I am going to every local state and federal agency that has jurisdiction over CVS and filing actions against you. If it weren't for the fact that my prescription insurance is with CVS/caremark, I wouldn't be a customer.

My elderly mother went to get a prescription filled at the CVS Pharmacy on 13488 E eleven mile rd. Warren MI 48089. She has been on this medicine for many years. Her psychiatrist retired so she had to go to her family physician for a script until she could find a new psychiatrist she liked. My mother went to her new psychiatrist and he wrote her a script. She took the script to CVS and they told her they could not fill it for her that day. They then called our house later saying the Doctor canceled her prescription. I called the Doctor and he said a pharmacist named Marie called him and told him my mother was seeing multiple doctors who were prescribing her the same medicine. This made her new Doctor think she was a drug attic so he canceled her script. I thought pharmacist were not suppose to give out personnel info without permission.

This pharmacist made my elderly mother look like a pill pusher . I thought pharmacist were only suppose to contact a doctor for verification that a script and the dosage are ligitimate. Not give away info over the phone about other Doctors she has seen. My mother then did not have the medicine she needed. My mothers blood pressure went from 120 to 175. I had to take her to the emergency room so they could give her the medicine she needed. I believe my mother's hippa rights were violated and I am contacteing them over this issue.

That pharmacist defamed my mothers character to her doctor and caused her to end up in the hospital. I have always been treated with respect at every other CVS I have shopped with. I am so outraged and hurt over the way the pharmacist stared at my elderly mother with contempt when she turned in her prescription. I am a loyal cvs customer and federal employee. I spend a $100-150 a month at CVS. Because of this I have decided to take my business to rite aide.

My wife went to CVS to pick up her prescription today and her drivers license had expired. The pharmacy tech, Trisha, was very rude to my wife. She was rude in her tone of voice and berated my wife for not having a valid license. We have been loyal customers of CVS quite a while but , if this is the way we will be treated in the future, we will find another pharmacy. The technician is the lead technician and apparently she feels like God or something. Maybe she just feels like, since she is a lead technician, she can run all over people. The other customers sitting there hearing her berate my wife agreed that she has an attitude problem. I have picked up medication for my wife and she has been real snooty with me also. I don't need it and am not going to take it from some little young girl that thinks she is better than everyone else.

To whom this letter concerns: I have been a loyal CVS costumer for a little over a year. I have always had excellent service especially by the folks working in the pharmacy until today, January 24th, 2013. Around 1230 i went to go pick up two prescriptions, amitriptyline and hydrocodone w/ acetamenophine. Anytime I have been prescribed a strong narcotic medication i do have the habit of counting them when I get back home. Today when I counted them there were just 35 tablets when the prescription called for 40. I thought i had to have counted them wrong until on the second count I again counted only 35. I thought there had to be some kind of mistake or perhaps the bottle wasn't closed so I went down to my car and even looked around the outside of my car just to make sure if somehow I had possibley dropped some if the bottle was open. The 5 pills were not there nor were they in the CVS bag i brought the prescriptions from my car into my apartment. I did count them for a third time and again, counted only 35 tablets. When I called to tell the pharmacist this she said sorry we can't do anything since they were double counted. This really shocked me seeing as it is a felony to steal any kind of prescrition medication. I am not so upset at the fact I will be unable to take the 2 days of prescription as I am upset that someone there is stealing medication. There was one new male I saw behind the counter whom I had not seen there before. How am I ever to trust the people in this pharmacy again? Am I supposed to have them count all of my medication in front of me from now on? As a paying and honest person and customer I had assumed I would be taken more seriously and that my complaint would at least be investigated somehow by looking at the servalence cameras or checking their prescription bottles with the number of tablets not in the bottle. I feel extremely upset and betrayed by this pharmacy (92nd and Greenfield, West Allis, WI). I would really like to hear back from someone who can rectify this issue. I even called my Doctor's office to verify the number of tablets Dr. Wong, Walter K.T. had prescribed for me. My number is #262-442-1843 and birthdate is 12 August 1981. Please respond at your earliest convenience, the sooner the better. If this happened to me I am sure that I am not the only one who is having their medication stolen. Whomever double counted the medication is either a REALLY bad counter or is stealing the medication. Thank you.

I b have used cvs for over 8 years I have cancer so it makes it hard for me to go get my medications in the last few months the pharmacy has declined in customer service most of the time there is only one cashier open with well over 8 to 10 people waiting in line that takes some time to attend all these people it has gotten worse each time I go my doctor has faxed or e mailed my presription my doctors office has called me to informe me that the pepsriction has been send I go to the pharmacy to pick up the medication waiting in line 15 to 20 minutes I am told that they do not have any preespription I leave the store and as soon as I get home cvs calls me to inform me to go pick up the meds I am treated with bad customer service with an atitudesthis pharmacy is in 915 poquonneck rd groton ct 06340 I am tired of the clerks making these kind of mistakes I waste my gas and time only to have to return and pick ithe meds. Up. I had my vocal box removed so it makes it hard to comunicate with employees there anbd sometimes it feels like be trhey do want to attend me

I recently had my prostate removed. I still have a catheter installed - I would like to get it out, but I still need another surgery to repair damage done by the original catheter. I used to take Vesicare for bladder cramps, but it stopped working, so the Doctor prescribed Toviaz.

Out of the blue Caremark said they would no longer fill the Toviaz. My Doctor even called Caremark, but his request was refused. So now I have to pay full price if I need more Toviaz. Does Caremark know better than my Doctor? What's going on here?

1/10/13 3:30 went to get prescription filled and was told it would be ready in 4hrs. Returned at 8:30 the same day and was told I would be getting 3 of my tablets and the rest of my order will be ready on 1/11/13 after 6pm. I returned on 1/13/13 and again was told my order wasn't ready and it would be ready on 1/14/13. I was given one more tablet until 1/14/13.

On 1/14/13 will be my 4th trip to get this prescription filled entirely. This needs to be looked into . I'm ready to find another pharmacy.

From: Georgia hughston 218 Swanson Drive Summerville,SC 29483 I would like to report the conduct of your employees that work in the CVS Pharmacy at 1602 Central Avenue Summerville, SC 29483.. there are 2 ladies that work in the pharmacy dept. named Bonnie, And Donna. every time I go there to try and discuss my medications etc. with them, they are plain out rude and have no manners. I am disabled on Social Security Disability and cannot work. but I do maintain an Associates degree in Criminal Justice and Bachelors degree from the Citadel Military College here in Chas, SC. they seem to discriminate against me for being on Medicaid.

Which they should do there jobs and not judge anyone. they always says on TV commercials your CVS pharmacist is like part of the family. then why cant they talk to me about my medications and help me when I have questions. today I attempted to speak with Donna at the drive thru window and she slammed the glass shut in my face. that's not proper courtesy or manner. please do something with these people. I am notifying the BBB of SC. and file a complaint.

Purchased a MoneyPak two days ago, added $200 and the card wasnt working so they will not give me other card but in replace send me to resolve the issue directly with this company. I tried calling the company for the card and it is imposible getting in contact with a human been. I went to CVS to see what can they do since I purchased the product on their store but all I got was empty words and already told me they can not do anything about it and basically if i ight lost the $200.00 plus $4.95 I paid to them to install the card. Tried to contact the Regional from three different districts and all of them ignore the issue. The store manager called me pretending she was helping me and gave a batch number that doesnt even work to resolve the matter. All is about getting your money without delivering customer satisfaction. In this case, stealing in your face.

There is an extremely rude and inappropriate pharmacist working at the CVS located at 11264 Beach Blvd Jacksonville, Fl. Named Kamel Batteh. This man is now than just rude, especially for him to be the main pharmacist at that location. I have dealt with him on several occasions and he has always been extremely rude and makes me feel like I'm a lowlife for bothering him to fill my prescriptions. I am in a wheelchair due to a MRSA infection that destroyed my hip and pelvis. I'm in extreme pain all of the time and when I went to fill my last prescription for pain medicine he told me that I was just killing myself by taking my medicine. I have doctors that take care of my health issues. I don't need this man's personal prejudice about pain meds dictate whether I can receive my meds or not. So this time I went to fill my prescriptions and was told that he just got there and that I had to hold my horses because he just got there. The Pharmacy opened at 10 am and I was there at 10:30! When I got home I noticed that he had shorted me ten pain pills and given me waaay too much of my steroids.

I have never chose to take Methadone but, my Doctor has chosen it for me.. I have been to your Seffner location three times and ask them if they would please order them for me. I never get a straight answer from anyone except ,were just out. I understand that this is a controlled substance but really. Your company is in the prescription business not the ,I think you are a drug abuser business. This has gotten way out of hand for people that need them. I will keep addressing this until i get an answer that makes good since.

I had a relative drop off a prescription at about 1:00 pm today. Before giving it to him to drop off, I wrote my cell phone number and my son's DOB. I arrived at CVS at about 5:10, then waited in a ridiculously long line in the drive thru. When I finally got to the eindow 25 minutes later, I was told it wasn't ready yet and that they could expedite the rx and it would be about 15-20 minutes. I advised them that I had the rx dropped off 4 hrs ago, at 1:00. I asked if that meant I had to drive around to the back of the ridiculously long line and wait yet again. One employee apologized and another told me it was the day after a holiday and that I could come in to wait. I told them I could not come in and that someone else would pick it up. I do not understand how it only takes 15-20 minutes after I get to the window when I dropped the prescription off 4 hours before. I have had these issues before but stuck it out due to convenience. I am pulling all my scripts and plan on taking my business to one of the two other pharmacies across the street. Going a bit out of my way is not worth dealing with this company and its untrained staff any longer.

I am a Pharamcist for Walgreens in Guilford, CT. On October 15th 2012 I was asked by a few customers to have their prescriptions transferred from CVS to Walgreens. This process normally only takes a few minutes depending on the number of prescriptions. As I began to call the pharmacy, the CVS staff put me on hold 3 separate occasions and never answered the call. Furthermore, I continued to call throughout the day and got no cooperation. When I finally was able to talk to the CVS Pharamcy Manager Joe at 5pm, he said I had to call back and hung up. This type of behavior is not only Unethical but just plain Wrong. The irony of this is I was calling at 5pm for a sweet 77 year old lady that was a customer of CVS but was at my store to get a Shingles vaccine. The lady was shocked that her pharmacy would not even talk to me to see what I wanted. I was able to get her insurance from Christine, a CVS pharamcist from Branford, CT who clearly understands what is morally the RIGHT thing to do. Your CVS customer was not only appreciative with my follow thru she is transferring her prescriptions to Walgreens. Maybe, if Joe and his staff had a better understanding about customer service, so many people would not be transferring prescriptions out. Both of us work for 2 large corporations. Howvwer, we both don't share the same principles when it comes to patients. Whatever happened to mutual respect between two healhcare professionals. How about working with some integrity and caring for the individuals that put their trust in our hands. I have been in this town for 17 years and love this community. As I meet people that use CVS within the community, all Im saying is that they deserve better and shouldn't settle for less.

20

I visit almost every day the CVS store # 931, located at 101 Hialeah Drive, Hialeah, Florida 33010 . Today, Monday August 19th, at about 12:30 PM I visit the store and the cashier was the manager, I believe his name is Edwin. I paid with my debit card and ask for "cash back" because I need to have 2 ten dollar bills. He refused to give me to ten dollar bills and he said in a military way: "If I give you 2 ten dollar bills I would be short of ten dollar bills for future customers". I told him to cancel the transaction and he refused. He never said I'm sorry or let me check with others cashiers. He did nothing to accommodate me.

20

I just spoke with Walmart Pharmacy who volunteered to me that they always check to see which way is the most inexpensive for the customer. So apparently I am not asking too much in expecting that my pharmacy do this as a courtesy as I have put my trust in my Pharmacist and have been let down by CVS Pharmacy. I am not happy with your service and will be moving higher up if not settled to my satisfaction. Also, the publicity that you receive from this will not be good. Please see what you can do for me as I cannot afford to throw my money away and that is exactly what has happened.

It has over a year since I contacted you and have had no response and have still been paying too much for my Acyclovir & Tamoxifen. I have asked the pharmacists several times why I have my health pass card and they don't know or at least they say that they don't know. Instead of telling me not to run it through on my insurance cause it is less expensive to do a 90 day supply on both without my insurance. I don't know what else to do. I think it is your responsibility to inform your customers of this. As of today I have spent $558.68 since 10/2009 on these 2 medicines when I could have and should have spent approximately $176.

A difference of 382.68 which I could desperately use since these are not the only prescriptions that I have filled with CVS $1861.64. Now when I ask to put it thru on my Savings Pass I'm told that I need to pay another membership fee because it is expired and has done me no good at all. It is hard enough for me to remember all my meds I don't need the additional stress of trying to come up with more money for prescriptions. It is not good for my health.

I want to be reimbursed for the $382.68 and I want to be set up in your computer to always run thru on the 90 day supply for $11.00 or I will transfer my business and it that doesn't matter to you. I will go to the top of CVS and the top of the Pharmacy and the bad publicity that you receive will not be good. Please contact me ASAP because I am not going to be ignored again. If I don't get a response very soon I will begin taking action. Thank you and I hope you understand my point and sympathize with me.

On 12/13/12, 1100 hrs, I droppped my prescription for MS 15mg off at the CVS Pharmacy, Store 7287 located on the corner of Park and Jupiture in the City of Plano, Texas. It is now 1100 hrs, 12/18/12 and still have yet to receive my medication, nor have the store attempted to followup with me as to why the medication have not arrived in their pharmacy. There must be a set procedure in assisting a customer in getting his or her medication in a timely manner. I am in severe pain but no empathy has been shown by CVS. Before I make this matter public I want this matter handle. I have served my country well (20+ years military and 20 years Deputy Sheriff ), I am willing to take this matter to the media. You truly need to enter the store as a secret shopper and monitor the store operations. I will give this complaint 48 hrs before I contact the local media. I know it's all about money but you should feel my pain.

I went to fill a prescription that I have filled every month for three years &have a prior authorization for & pharmacist knows me & refuses to fill because she said she couldn't read but had the same signature on a prescription that was filled on the 7th & the pharmacist filled with no problem. I asked for a copy & she gave me a copy but still refused to fill. So I will wait for the doctor on Monday but will be pulling all my prescription & plan to file a complaint with watch dog from the pioneer press to let the public know how you will be treated no matter how long your a customer. I will be asking for copies for the last year to see how they were signed. The pharmacist was pretty much saying I filled it out myself I will never be embarrassed like that again & will make sure others never do.

I went to one of your pharmacies to refill a prescription and was treated as if I were a criminal. The medicine needs to be refilled every 30 days and it was day 29. The medicine is very difficult to find and sometimes needs to be ordered. This is why insurance companies. Give you a window to refill a prescription. This particular medication is not to be discontinued abruptly as one can get very sick. The pharmacist looked at me and refused to fill the prescription because it was day 29 and not day 30. If the pharmacy didn't have it, it would have to be ordered.

The pharmacist rudely said I will not refill this untill day 30. This idiot put my wife in danger of getting very sick and accused me of doing things illegally. There is a couple of days to refill a script to avoid running out and getting ill. Fortunately I found another pharmacy to refill it that day. I think it's horrible when these pill police put a customer in danger of running out of medication. If you can't find this medication sometimes it takes days to order it. Cvs pharmacies need an education and stop playing god. Shame on them.

My mother has her prescriptions at CVS. She has them on prefill. On March 4th 2013 we received a automated call that her prescriptions were ready. On the 5th she called to confirm and only one of 10 prescriptions had been done. My mother has been taking the same 10 pilss for 3 years. Every month its a problem. I went in to get them 1 1/2 hours after the call and they were not done. I told the cashier that i would not wait more then 20 minutes as we were told give them an hour.

Upon my remark that I was going to wait, Mark flew around the corner and told me to get out of his pharmacy. He was tired of us always complaining. Then he said I am, not filling any more of your prescriptions , get out. I said they are not mine there my Moms. At that he said she should be on prefill if you don't want to wait. I said she is. He did not know what to say. The person in the chair next to me said"I can't believe what that pharmacist just said. I want him spoken to as I did nothing wrong. Its his people.

My name is Shirley Vanterpool, I live in Denmark S.C. I went to CVS at 18252 Heritage HWY Denmark S.C 29042 on November 2 2011, to pick up my prescription and was giving the wrong prescription in the wrong box. The name of the prescription that was to be in the box is, Derma-Smoothe/FS Scalp Oil and there put a medicine for the face in the box. On the front of the box said apply to face twice daily and it is to be to the scalp twice a week. They but a difference prescription which is for the face call Verdeso. When I went back and get the right prescription , they would not change the direction on the front of the box .

This person said no one should be using your prescription which is right , but you never no who would pick it up and use it ,things happen . This person was just working there for today, and I fell if they cannot do there job right they do not need to be working there. This is the first time I had a problem with cvs, everyone that work there before have been very nice.

I sent my daughter to pick up a written prescription from my doctor for migraines that I have had since I have been dealing with a concussion. The concussion was caused by a fall in late December 2012. I have seen my doctor (general practitioner) at least 4 times in the last 2 months due to my surgeon referral because the surgeon is only dealing with the neck surgery of removing the total if three discs from my neck. My appointments with general practitioner are only until I can see a Neurologist which I can not get appointment until May 2013. The Meds I was given on Tuesday, 4/2/2013 only made my headaches worse. The prescription on Tuesday also contained acetaminophen but that was not an issue with CVS.

I just received call saying that my Prescription is ready after over 3 hours and having to send my daughter back across town to pick up. I was told not to take the Meds that I had on hand with the new prescription which I clearly told CVS pharmacy. This is very much an issue while waiting with a migraine, having to get in touch with my doctor and then CVS making another 3 hour wait to fill. My insurance was OK with filling this prescription so after informing the CVS pharmacy that I knew the doctor's precautions, why did they not take my word?? I have had a very rough night and severe pain since the concussion. I feel like I have been treated as I was not trusted to know what not to mix. This is not acceptable with the issues I am already having!

hello my name is Zack, i have been a customer of the CVS pharmacy store on the corner of 1115 spring hill drive and mariner or store 3746.Through out the years i have seen and been through many different problems with this CVS but the Techs are always polite and try very hard to help you no matter what.Today however i came into the pharmacy around 630pm and the line was so huge i thought i was in walmart for a second.... it took me almost 45 minets to get to the register and noticed there was only 3 techs working when i got there i found out my script was not done because they fell behind. It was painfully clear that they were short staffed again and overworked i talked to one of the tech and found out 3 techs quit and that the new we-care system is the reason there falling behind i don't know what the system did but i don't like it..... every tech looked like a zombie and stressed not knowing where to go I talked to one of the techs that was working at drive-thru all day and the line was around the building to the point that you couldn't find a parking spot and to make t worse a fight almost broke out at drive threw between 2 customers......In my 10 years that i have been here i have never seen so many customers. If nothing is done about this i am afraid ill have to take my scripts to walgreens or walmart.

Multiple times I have been to CVS pharmacy located on Cypress in West Monroe, La 71291. They are lacking in customer service skills. Today I was helped by someone named Emily; I have never seen a worker who is that rude and even rolls there eyes to the customer. She then walked around to make comments since there was a problem with getting my prescription filled. After the doctor called to verify the prescription was for me and correct she asked someone else to check me out. Please fix these problems as this is the pharmacy I always and would like to continue to use if the service can step it up a notch! Thank you!

My prescription were do in about a week, so I called ahead to have them refilled. the auto teller informed me that one had no more refills and to contact my doctor and that is what I did. My doctor is a sleep specialist and only comes in every two weeks ,but I called when he was in. so he got the script ready to be faxed when cvs called. so I caaled the auto teller for a week solid to make sure my script was ready... it was still not ready. so on the fith day I called doctors office and they assured me that cvs had not called, then I called cvs in Danville Ky. and asked to speak to the pharmacy and I told the story to the pharmasist on duty. He blamed it on the doctors office and I told him what they had just told me mimutes before I called he became very hostil and very rude, he would not admit to fault or opligize for his rudeness, I even asked for the manager and he said he was the manager, he would not give me anumber to call and report him to, he would just keep rambling about how he works ten hours a day and that he was not going to be held accountable for what the auto teller told me. the only reason I go to cvs is because my insurance says I have to. we are now trying to get our hr manager at work to fix it where we can go some place else. Im not the only one who does not like CVS in Danville Ky. David Luzt is the jerk i had to deal with. you really need to do something with this guy he has no buisness dealing with the public!!!

On 03-04-13, I submitted four prescriptions to be filled at CVS Pharmacy in Missouri City, TX. I returned and picked up my prescriptions, which were for asthma. When I checked my prescriptions I found four prescriptions, three with labels one without. I went back to the pharmacy and found it was closed. I attempted to try to have the prescription refilled at a 24 hours CVS pharmacy, willing to give them the unmarked bottled for a marked bottle. I was told they could not help me. I coughed all night long. This is totally unacceptable.

My family historically have used the CVS brand (store) for quite a few years. And we have always received courtesy and prompt service. At least until today. At approximately 1:00 pm today I returned to the CVS Pharmacy (located at 736 Hwy 78 West, Villa Rica, GA) to pickup my prescription. The lady at the counter asked for my name. Area competing pharmacies cognizant to their customers sensitivities. As a service courtesy. Do not require their customers to verbalize their ‘year’ date of birth.

At this point a lady (I perceive as being the pharmacist) asked me for the spelling of my last name. If the (counter) lady didn't understand the enunciation of my name. The onus was upon her to request the correct spelling. I was so offended by the pharmacist’s curt remark.. That I requested the return of my 3 prescriptions., and eventually had them filled at another pharmacy. Ms. Gransberry, thank you for your consideration and interest in this unfortunate incident.

I was at the CVS store today on Preston Road in Frisco Tx. I approached the cash register to checkout my items. The cashier was helping a customer with their photos, that was fine so I waited. The store manager was behind the counter with his back to me talking on the phone about the election results. I was the only one in line and I was completly ignored. At this point the milk delivery person walked in, the store manager hung up the phone and walked to the back of the store with the delivery person. At this point I was fed up with the service. I was the only person in line and the manager couldnt help me? Really? what kind of service is that. I proceeded to drop all of my items on the floor where i was standing and walked out of the store. Let me tell you if you (CVS) can teach your employees what customer service is I will happily go to Walmart or Walgreens for my items.

I am writing to file a complaint against pharmacist Anna, one of the pharmacists at CVS corner of Federal Highway and George Bush, Delray Beach Fl 33483. Eventhoufh my insurance goes through and approves my valid prescription, she states that its her "personal" choice not to fill it until 2 days prior to last refil. She refused to refil my sleeping medication and I might have to fly to Brazil at any minute due to the loss of my father. I spoke with an attorney and by law, a pharmacist can not refuse to fill a prescription.

If you have a valid prescription, they can not refuse to fill it. Even sooner then the insurance would cover you could get it, you would just have to pay the full amount if was too soon for insurance to cover a refill. The pharmasist can not dictate whether or not you need or can be allowed to have that medication. The only reason they can flat out refuse to fill a prescription is if it was forged. Please take the appropriate action to stop her from controling my life and other clients lives. I am going to peruse this issue in court against her since she states its her personal decision. CVS is a business, there's no personal decisions.

I would like someone to take care of the very rude and unprofessional associates that are working in the pharmacy in Christiansburg va . Myself and my daughter have had to deal with the very rude and hateful lady's that work there . I've since taken my business to Walgreens but my daughter has to use that pharmacy because of her insurance . One of the lady's had her in tears one day she was so mean and rude . And I had to go there today because my pharmacy was out of my medicine and I was treated so bad and two of the lady's working there were so mean and rude I asked for my prescription back and took it back to Walgreens and will wait for it to be ordered. Something has to be done about those people and the way they treat the public there is no sense for customers to be treated like that. Thank you for your time

The last 2 times I have called in the day before for refills go to pick up after time entered and are still not ready. I thought the idea of calling ahead was you wouldnt have to wait. I could see if I go before time entered but go after the fact. If it happened once I could handle it but twice in a roll is to much.

After disastrous results health wise from being given generic instead of brand name medication, as had been given for over 2 years, I spoke with a night pharmacist about it. She told me that they had the option to give generic if doctor did not specify, unless consumer requested differently.

I asked her how I would know this, and where would I find this written, but she changed the subject and never answered. I told her about the negative results, saying that I wanted the brand as I had been receiving. I also requested a copy of the prescription that my doctor had written.

It showed where the doctor HAD written Synthroid. The pharmacist became rude, telling me that I would have to pay cash as my insurance had already been charged for the generic. Again citing the negative effects of the generic, I told her I would pay for it.

After that, she told me that she would put a note into my record to let others know to dispense only specific brand. I received a call to pick up a refill today. I picked it up, did not check because of being told a note had been put in. 19 miles and 25 minutes later (times 3), I discovered that I had again been provided with generic. I went back, had to again explain the need for brand and not generic, undergo interrogation as if I was trying to obtain something illegally, then was reluctantly provided the correct medication.

All of this took place in front of other customers. Talk about HIPPA violations! As of today I will be having all future prescriptions filled at a different pharmacy. I might have felt differently if I had been provided an apology, or at least a sympathetic word instead of such rudeness.

I have been a costomer of CVS pharmacy on 1624 lincoln hwy east, lancaster PA 17602 for over 2 years. On Feb 4th 2012 I had to go to Puerto Rico, days before I have asked if my perscription would be refilled at the CVS parmacy in Ponce, PR. For my surprise when i went to refill my pain medication they made me fill like it was from another planet and they refused to refill my pain medication. I suffer from server back pain and Fibromyalgia which cause for me to be in server pain if this medicine is not taken.

I have called the pharmacy here in PA and they told me that i needed to speak to Maria, very rudely she told me that i needed to find a doctor there in Puerto Rico to perscribe the medication because it was another country, as far as i know Puerto Rico is part of the US. and is commonwealth state. I asked to speak with the pharmacist, an he told me that he didn't feel right of transferring the perscription to Ponce, PR. I was there for two long weeks with out my medication, very little sleep, tried over the counter pain medicine and they helped very very little.

I am not a drug addict I'm a person that sufffers from server pain and needs these medication why your pharmacy refuse to fill my perscription. If I go to New York they wounldnt fill my perscription either. There are many people in my health situation do they have to go thru the same problems I did. What is wrong with your pharmacist that they judge people just because certian medicines. I will definetly transferr to Walgreens even if they are further away from me. I dont need to deal with angry and judgemental people. Nor does anybody esle we are your customer. Even animals get better treatment then I did.

On 10/1/12 at 11AM My wife and I stopped at the CVS pharmacy on CR466 in The Villages Fla. Waited at the window marked flu shots a few minutes and obtained the necessary paper work. Presented the papers to the data entry clerk along with all insurance cards .The clerk was unable to enter my wifes information until after several tries & consulting with another employee. Even though I have used the same insurance information for years to obtain a flu shot the clerk could not enter my information. Two other employees were consulted to no avail. My wife was told to wait for the person administering the shot. Several minutes passed and no activity so we advised pharmacy personnel to cancel the transaction and left then left the store. This store is not remotely prepared to be in the flu shot business. Personnel are under staffed and not trained. It should not take over 20 minutes for simple data entry & more than one person should be available to administer shots. In the future this will not be my pharmacy of choice.

The pharmacy I use is located at 5610 Spencer Hwy Pasadena Texas 77505. I have used this same pharmacy for years and have never had a problem with getting my refills. The woman they have in there her name is Mays Albayati does not know what she is doing. This is the second time that she has messed with my meds. My Doctor submitted a new prescription for my budesonide on 9/12 with 3 refills showing on the blue and white label.I called for a refill on 10/16 and now I show 0 refills how can this be. Also the quantity is wrong on the label the original shows qty.60 and on the new refill shows 120. This is a breathing medicine that I have to have. It is to the point that when I get a refill with her name on itI wonder if it is the correct medicine in the bottle.
I hope that someone does not get hurt with her dispensing meds improperly

I was, after today, an CVS member for years. My experience at the Drive through Pharmacy window was left to desired. As always, I've dropped one prescription, a controlled drug that my Primary Care Doctor can't electronically submit. The CVS pharmacist replied by "Oh Lord", as though she was exasperated. I've filled prescriptions here before with no problems, but the tone and attitude of this woman completely turn me off from coming here. She went on in conversing about, "we have to stick together, "look out for each other ", etc? Yes, I'm Afro-American, as so was she, but what does this have to do with my picking up and dropping off my prescriptions? My ethnic trial and tribulations have no reflection on how you should address an customer, and my only concern was to complete my transaction and go home to rest for the weekend.

Hi there! My name is Laura Tidwell. I am writing you to let you know, that the 24 hour CVS in Columbus Georgia, is disorganized, disrespectful, and trained improperly. After Express Scripts stopped working with Walgreens, I was required to move to CVS, it was my only other option. From Day one I have had repeatedly had extremely poor service, and I am fed up. I have gone up to the pharmacy, called the pharmacy, and talked to two pharmacists. I gget this recorded message routinely double filling my orders, when I went up there, they took it off automatic refill, but I was not asked if I wanted to be on it in the first place...I have only spoken with one respectful pharmacist since I have been there, and she is a floater. I have had enough! Your phaarmacy should be shut down. Your staff are horrible. Also, your teenagers running the pharmacy run around like a chicken with their heads cut off, because of the pharmacy's poor organization. I am so disgusted with this pharmacy, it makes my blood pressure go up. I have absolutely had enough! I mean, enough! I don't know how you stay in business!

I went into your CVS this morning located at 2 center plaza, Boston ma. I went there to have my son's prescription filled for Amphetamine-Dextroamphetamine Britanny advised me she didn't have the medicine in stock. I explained to her that it would be ok if I picked it up towards the end of the week. She advised me she wouldn't have it later in the week either. I told her that I needed to get it filled because it is due to expire tomorrow and asked if she could see if any other CVS in the area had the medicine. She handed the prescription back to me and suggested that I go through the yellow pages and call the different CVS stores to see if they had the medicine.

I must admit I was slightly taken back by this comment the last time I check I worked in customer relations but not for CVS. What has gone wrong with us a society when everyone acts as though you are bothering them when asking them to do their job .I have been a faithful customer of CVS for several years. I have always taken all of my family prescriptions to CVS but if this is direction your customer service is heading in I will be happy to transfer my business to Walgreens.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I've lived in Louisiana for six years and realize that I have to pay for my adult daughter' diapers. I've found that the store brand at CVS is very good. The only problem I have is finding them at store 5323,East Texas and Airline Dr. in Bossier City. Now you may say ,go to another store. I do! The store is on Barksdale Blvd. and the only time I'm near that store is when I'm at work and its still several miles in the opposite direction.

Store 5323 is within walking distance of where I live and I pass it on my way home from work. Now I realize everyone is buying them because they are so good ,but most people can't afford to buy a case every week. I know I can't. I also know that shipments come in on Fridays. I just feel that I should get a better answer then " We can only get so many because we're getting audited." I pretty sure you don't audit every week. I also feel that if the other CVS has diapers every time I go 5323 should too.

I was given the incorrect pain medication by CVS Pharmacy, and was not aware of it until I had taken the pills for 2 months. It was during a follow-up visit with my physician that I mentioned the medication change and was told there had not been a change in my prescription. I checked with the pharmaceutical staff at CVS and found out the original script my doctor had written definitely was not the pills I had been taking. This wasn't the first time something like this has happen, but previously I caught the error before taking the drug and returned the prescription. This incident has really upset me!

I am very unhappy at the way my elderly mother was treated by the CVS pharmacist in the Villas NJ store this week while trying to refill a prescription. My mother is 85 years old and very fragile with a passive disposition and if she did not understand why her med could not be refilled, it should have been explained to her in a better manner. I live in Florida and when I checked in on her after the "attack" she could not even talk to me. When I called her the next day she explained what happened and I want this matter resolved immediately with a phone call to her apologizing for the unwarranted lashing she received. I am appalled that a pharmacist would act in such a way! I would like a response to this e mail, please, so I know I do not need to take further action.
Thank you,

I was at my local CVS in Laguna Hills, California, picking up a new prescription and I asked the young girl working at the pharmacy to explain how and when to take my new medication. She sighed and rolled her eyes, and was very unfriendly. She did not greet me, or ask how she could help me, so I had to get her attention by waving my hand. I no longer felt comfortable asking her anything so I asked to speak to the main pharmacist, and she told me to wait. When I asked how long she thought it would take because my daughter is waiting in the car, she ignored my question and began texting on her black iphone. I asked the pharmacist what her name was so I could complain to management and the woman told me her name was Diana Nguyen. I left CVS not feeling like I was still unsure about how to take my new medication and I will be transfering my prescription to my local Target. If there is anything you can do to ensure this type of rude behavior doesn't happen to anyone else, please do so.

I've been going to the same CVS Pharmacy at 404 N. Logan Blvd, BURNHAM, PA for the last 5 years since I moved here. They have some really nice people that work there and they got some real assholes. Today I went to pick up my prescription that my doctor called in and they only gave me one of the four. I asked where the other three was and they said that my insurance wouldn't pay for one and the other two wasn't called in. So I called the doctors office and they said they called them all in. I went around to the drive thru again and told the lady at the window that the doctor's office did call them in. The PHARMACIST came over and told me that he wouldn't fill them because he had a couple doctors call him about my scripts. I explained that my one doctor I went to that I don't see anymore . I tried to get my family doctor to prescribe my medicine for me until my new insurance would go inafect for my new doctor and they don't do that. So I went to my doctors appointment and paid $55 to be seen. He told my doctor office that and told them every medication I got and when it was filled for the last three months, which I don't care about, but he made it seem like a drug addict and i'm not. I have cronick arthritis, a crooked spine and two huranated disk in my low back and one in my neck. I also had my right shoulder operated on March 22th and I got done with physical therapy April 25th. I also have problems with my left shoulder and I have problems with my feet ( bone spurs ). I always got my prescription at that pharmacy and with my insurance other wise I couldn't afford it. I am changing pharmacies and hopefully my doctor will understand. I feel like I should go to my lawyer and see what could be done because he is making it that every time I go to a doctor he tells them this so I can't get my medicine. I think he should be fired or get suspended , that's not likely to happen.

My complaint is against CVS Pharmacy #6614 Havre de Grace, Maryland. Went to get my Persciption fill the day i was released from the Hospital after surgery. My presciption was for 30 pills to be taken 1-2 tab. every 4 to 6 hours for pain. At the time of pick up I thought the the bottle looked light. But proceded home not feeling well. After a couple of days it just bothered me and decided to count the pills. According to the inventory i took i was missing 13 pills. Ok, maybe they didn't have enough in stock to fill my entire script.

I was filling better so i didn't think it was a big deal. But the more I thought about it i got curious. I stop into the pharmacy to inquire about why there was a shortage of pills. I spoke to the pharmacist, she checked her records and told me i recieved 30 pills. I immediately said, NO WAY! But want else can the say. I think there is a dishonest tech or pharmacist working in that Pharmacy. Someone needs to conduct and audit of their controls. I' m sure there have been others.

Had an emergency UTI and required medication. Gave the prescription to CVS and she charged us $38. I gave her my Human Walmart Card and she said the computers were down. Later I checked pricing and for the same product elsewhere it was much lower. I will never go to CVS if I have a choice. This was the only 24 hour Pharmacy open. The medication was for nitrofurantoin which is a generic. Is there anything I can do about this overcharge?

My cardiologist upgraded the mg on my medication that I take for my blood pressure. I called to see if it was ready and the pharmacist informed me that it was indeed ready and I owed a copay, but I don't pay a copay because I have 2 insurances for part D. after I brought this to his attention he said I should contact my insurance co about it. when all he had to do was re-bill it to my secondary insurance like the tech did the next day. I also needed my insulin refilled and was told that it was not in my profile when in fact the next day I find that it had to be ordered because there was not enough to fill my prescription. First of all this was not the first time this sort of thing happened between me and this pharmacist and I have been witness to other customers swearing they would go to another pharmacy due to Dr Malla's behavior.

Somehow this pharmacy always says they cannot fill any pain medications even when the prescriptions are from your Doctor. I have been going to this pharmacy for over 30yrs. without a problem until this pharmacist started working at this location. It is imperative that I get my meds. in a timely manner and I am due to have surgery on Feb. 15th, 2015, and will need to fill some kind of pain medication, why should my family have to travel 16 miles to fill my medication when my regular pharmacy is less than .3 tenths of a mile away from my house?

I have been coming to CVS on 700 el camino real in Menlo Park for about a year and get the most rude service ever! They never smile not do they say hi. I get upset all the time when I come here. I don't even want to complaint but i do it for my children and other customers who have to visit this store. Does anybody even care about customer service anymore? I really hope that CVS cleans up their act or I will take my business somewhere else.

I called my RX in around 10:30 am on Jan 31, 2015 ask for it to be ready by 1:00 pm cause I had to go to work, so I get their at 1:45 to pick up my medicine and they said it would take about 10 minutes to have it ready. This is not the 1st time that this has happened. I used walgreens for years and never had this kind of experience. Please explain to me why we even put what time we would like to pick up... Thanks

We just moved to the state of Louisiana in August and had to transfer our medicine from Virginia. Going to this store the techs are very miserable and you feel like you are bothering them by just asking any question. My husband was a pharmacist for over 40 years in retail pharmacy and had also worked in CVS stores. I had hip replacement surgery and he had to go into the store for my pain meds, with a prescription in hand. She informed him that they did not have it in stock, which he understood but he asked her if she could please check to see if the other CVS down the road had it and she just said no we can't do that. They do not greet or smile or help in any manner that they should be doing. We went to a Rite Aide where he was greeted with a smile, filled the script and actually thanked him, something the techs at CVS also do not do. I am going to transfer all of my prescriptions to Rite Aide where I feel they are also happy to have my business. I have never written a complaint in my life, this is my first time. I can't believe other people shop at this CVS and why we had put up with them for this long.

My general experience with CVS is that the Pharmacy Dept. is just plain slow. Doesn't matter when a prescription is ordered it will never be ready until you come ask for it and then they prepare it taking an hour of your time. This is the last straw, why on earth should I deal with SubPar customer service and shabby treatment. My local CVS in Chino was out of my prescription medicine. I ordered a refill last Saturday and the Automated System never contacted my Dr. Complaint 2 So I've been out of my Medicine for 10 days and my Local Store is out of it. I found one 15 miles and I was informed by Minh Thoung in Diamond Bar, who knew that I had driven far that they do not accept discounts [Good RX]. He refused to try and run the card and said that is store policy. I asked for manager, "none available and it wouldn't matter". I told him that if he used the code it would take it. His reply was that it "probably would but they don't accept discount cards".

They are entitled to their policy and as a consumer, I'm entitled to answer them by boycotting all CVS Stores for any type of purchase. They have lost 1000s of dollars of my business. That's only Pharmacy. Bye CVS. I'm 1 family but if 1000's boycott them for there lousy service it adds up. Remember all who read don't just complain go elseware, when their bottom line sags then they will listen.

Last week my husband was in the CVS in Palmetto. He is a Type 1 diabetic and was in the store to get his refill prescription for the test strips he needs to test his glucose levels. As he was waiting, after he was in earlier and was told it would be filled in an hour, he could feel his sugar getting dangerously low and was shaking uncontrollably. He came up in line and begged for their help. They ignored his plea and told him to get to the back of the line. While my husband still had the where with all, he grabbed a bag of M&M's so that he could avoid going into a diabetic coma, and again instead of helping him they called the police, where he was then escorted out of the store and hand-cuffed. To put the icing on the cake, afterwards the police walked him back into the store to apologize to THEM. My husband could have went into a coma or worse! I am appalled and outraged that these are supposed to be medical professionals and couldn't tell the signs and symptoms of his condition, not to mention he showed them his medical alert necklace that he wears. Action needs to be taken. CVS, educate your staff!!

On Thursday, April 3, 2014, I was involved in a very disturbing and unsettling incident at the CVS store at Highway 58 and Hal Drive in Chattanooga, TN. As I was checking out at the register, I had a question about the some of the items that I was purchasing. I was in the process of asking the cashier at the register about the items when another clerk (who was not involved) walked up and interuppted the conversation. I tried to explain my question to him and he began to answer me by making nasty, smart alecky remarks. I had been in the store on another occasion, when he behaved the same way when I asked him a question. This was the 2nd time that I had been subjected to his rude behavior, and I was not going to be treated this way again. I told him that he had a negative attitude and that this was no way to behave when you worked with the public. He continued being rude to me and I then asked to speak with the manager. He said the manager (Jeremy) was he the back and that he would gladly get him. All the while he continued his verbal assault, After about 15 minutes, Jeremy came to the front. I explained how rudely the clerk had spoken to me, and he (Jeremy) began to make excuses for the clerk’s bad behavior. I refused to accept his excuses because there’s no reason to treat anyone as disrespectfully as the clerk had treated me. At this time, Jeremy too, began to speak to me nastily. I wondered why they had both treated me so badly and came to the conclusion that maybe it was because I am Black or that I am elderly or they are related. Whatever their reasoning, I don’t feel that there is ever a reason to treat anyone so disrepectfully because they only ask a question. I shop at this CVS once or twice every week, but I wonder if I should take my business elsewhere because there’s also a Walgreens and a Rite Aid on the same street. It’s all on camera!!!

i live in middletown new jersey 07748 Palmer ave and high way 36…. i have a problem with the store manager..my son works for them and he gets treated bad all the time from other employees .like he made $40 dollars in tips in April 4th 2014 and the manager over there said he was not getting it because it was his store policy..not cvs policy…. my son reads it all the time…but in there employee hand book it does not say anything about tip from customers .my son had a conversation with the costumer he was being polite and he gave him $40 dollars because he was being nice. and Im tired of hearing my son cry over this he may be 21 years old but every one need there parents at some point in there life to guide them threw this.my son has good communicating skills with costumers and they love him there… because he is so polite to them..my son takes a lot… he may works one day a week and he do not care as long as he has a job.god bless him for staying there.i want him to leave but he fights me on this..but what are you going to do about this? they are at age..

She knew I was having to wait while I was in my wheelchair. Praying it wouldn’t start raining. She saw me waiting. She made me sit there while she filled a bunch of other ones. They went on to the shelf. I said something about her rude looking way, to one of the other pharmisist the time I went before. I think she made me sit there in my wheelchair longer because I am used to being treeted real nice when I’m there. She changed the way I feel about going there. I don’t have alot to be happy about! I’m 45 & permanently disabled! I used to be happy when I went to CVS! She changed that!

Every time I go to one of your stores there is a line a mile long because of people who have coupons and buys cases and cases of your products and leaves nothing to people who would like one or two of the product. I was told by your employees that customers will order cases of your products and then use there coupons and they have to scan everything and they said sometimes hours. That is not fair to us customers who like CVS. What ever happened to the 2 coupon only. I find this ridiculous. I walked out of your store located in Lincoln Park, Mi because this lady had 2 carts full of Mr. Bubbles and dove hair care products. I find this rude that your company allows this. Not right for us or the employees. If this continues I will have to go to another store. I have been going to your store when it was called Arbors. My mother walked out of your store last month because of this. The employees say that they have to honor there coupons and even them thinks this is crazy and very rude.

Meijers, Krogers and even Walgreens and Walmart only allow 2 coupons of the same product per transaction. There should be a limit. Your company is loosing customers and I will be one of them as is my mother

I have had numerous problems filling prescriptions at CVS. Today, I went to pick up my order only to be told my insurance would not cover the whole amount and I would need to cover the rest. I complained and told them to check again. The second time I was told that my insurance would not cover the refill until the next day. I returned home and called my insurance company. They informed me that the pharmacy had not even submitted it. I then called the pharmacy back again and told them they hadn’t submitted the script. They then ran it through with no problems. No apology or anything. Appalling; what happened to customer service?

I am an asthmatic who called my dr. Friday morning to get a prescription for azithromycin. I was coming down with a cold and need to immediately start antibiotics to avoid it spreading to my lungs. Called pharmacy on Friday eve March 28 and they said no prescription was called in. Thought that was strange as my MD knows my situation…Went into pharmacy on Saturday and asked if they had anything for me and they said no. Called MD on Sunday am and he said he called it in on Friday.

Spoke to pharmacist and she said its been sitting there since Friday. How does this happen? Now I have full blown bronchitis with asthma and been sick since Friday with no help till Sunday so the cold is now in my lungs and its now Monday. I am home bound and planning on contacting a lawyer if something is not done about this. I have proof of phone call and visit to pharmacy as I bought a few items there that Saturday. If I got the rx on Friday I would not be ill right now. I am exhausted and have had to cancel many things and I am scheduled for surgery next week which I may have to postpone as well if I don’t improve by Wednesday.

On March 25 I made a trip to the CVS pharmacy Hac. Hgts. to order Mag-Tab SR. they placed the order and said to come back the next day. I came back on the 27, so they would have an extra day to receive them in. Now the problem. On the 27th. no Mag-Tabs. They could not find them on the shelf. They asked to see the old bottle so they would know what the bottle looks like. I was never asked for my name to order them by, When I tried to give them my name I was told they don’t need it.

This happens almost every time. This is very bad service. I was told they would reorder if I bring in the bottle again. Not going to happen. Walgreens is just as close, so is Right Aid. I have been going to this CVS store for about 25 years, going back to when it was Savon drug store. This is not expectable service and will not be tolerated. I want you to know why I am changing drug stores. I also plan to have my Proscription drugs transferred. I hope you can fix this problem, I don’t want to move to another store, but will. IF I don’t hear back by the 28th. I will change stores.

My husband has pancreatic cancer and has been prescribed narcotic medications to manage his pain. On March 17, 2014, as his primary caretaker , I went into store #5081 to request the prescriptions be filled as directed by his doctors at Lankaneau Hospital. I was told that they didn’t have the drugs in stock and they would have to be ordered. I asked if I could leave the prescriptions so the drugs could be ordered and was told by the pharmacy tech that if I left them they may get lost. I was told to return in a couple of days. I returned on March 24, 2014 to request the prescriptions be filled again and was told to return on Thursday to speak with the supervisor. I was given the scripts back again. On March 27, 2014 I returned to the store, I spoke to the pharmacist on staff was told again that the drugs would have to be ordered and could not be ordered unless I left the prescriptions. I told him that this was my third visit and I knew I was requesting narcotics for my husband and that I could not have them filled until I left the prescriptions but when I attempted to do so on the previous two visits I was told the same thing. He then stated he would order the needed drugs and they would not be in until Tuesday April 1, 2014. The pharmacy tech told me I could go to another store.

How your staff handled this situation is problematic on many levels. My husband will run out of medication on Monday and the refill will not be ready until Tuesday. Instead of ordering the medications as they stated, they finally suggested that I go to another store to get them. This is the closest store to our home and we are new to the area, therefore I would need to run around looking for a store to fill this order even though our records have been access at their location. My husband had a bad night on Wednesday and neither of us slept very well. Your staff demonstrated an extreme disregard for my husband’s condition and insensitivity for his caregivers time, energy and effort. We are under enough stress without having to be subjected to this level of disregard by staff who is supposed to be helping. I wonder if I was one of their European customers if this callous disregard would have been displayed.

I expect a personal apology and I expect that your staff be informed of the error of their ways. They need to be trained to provide a higher level of customer service and no one should be subject to this behavior in the future.

Several times in the past few weeks I have needed scripts filled. It used to take 15-20 minutes to refill scripts. However, lately it has taken 2 hours and then I go to pick up and it is not ready. I am asked to wait an additional 20 minutes every time. This past week I have have needed thyroid Meds and drops for pink eye and have waited a ridiculous amount of hours when Rx is needed ASAP. In fact, the cvs pharmacy staff lost my last script that was hand delivered and given to them within the few hours of waiting. I will be switching pharmacies if this continues.

In preparing to leave USA for extended Bahama cruise aboard private vessel stopped in at CVS pharmacy on Alton Rd in South Miami beach for refill of test strips to cover cruising time. Imagine my surprise when I went to use those test strips to find they were expired on 12/31/13.

I purchased them in late Februaryomthis means they sat on shelf at pharmacy for just over six weeks afterexpiration date and then were sold to me by a pharmacist I had explicit conversation with about leaving country. I filed a complaint with CVS and then contacted Facebook page of CVS after hearing nothing from them. I did get response and contact asked for me to forward my complaint to FB so it could be forwarded to customer service. It’s now been eleven days and situation still unresolved and all I have gotten is runaround?

My daughter in USA has had several conversations with various CVS employees about this problem on my behalf and still nothing is being done because the guy that is supposed to have already handled this situation left for vacation without doing anything. And sent word back via another staff member that I could use expired strips up to four months after exp date….my machine will not accept an expired code key at all and he is wrong!

I have asked for someone to contact Watermakerair.com for instructions on having replacement product brought to Staniel cay Yacht Club, Staniel Cay, Exuma, Bahama as I feel CVS should step up and ship at cost of CVS Pharmacy! There are no pharmacies or stores here for me to buy testing supplies and I feel since CVS was negligent iin Following proper inventory control policy and having been made aware of problem CVS is still not caring one way or another and it’s MY health that is at risk due to their negligence.

Hi I have been filling my prescriptions for over 10 years at CVS pharmacies. I have a chronic disease that causes severe pain and extreme fatigue. My 1st complaint is about the pharmacist at the CVS, Teresa Zink. Our 1st encounter involved me having to explain in depth to her why I was only getting 1 filled prescription instead of all 3 that were there waiting. I had already told the pharmacy tech that I only wanted 1 & I would be back in 2 days to get the others.

The tech in turn went to the pharmacist. I was kinda embarassed to say “I can’t afford it right now”, partially because of the line that had accumulated behind me. But after the pharmacist accused me of only filling my narcotics, I finally told her I didnt have enough for all of them. She told me she apologized she misunderstood and I was allowed to get the prescription. About a week or so later the same pharmacist called to inquire about 3 new meds I never refilled.

I politely explained to her that im not taking them and I would discuss that with my Dr on my next visit. She then told me that since I don’t get all my medications filled her pharmacy would not be filling any more of my prescriptions. I have been having difficulty finding the pain medications I need therefore I have run out. I also told her about my need to bring my meds in a few days early so I wont have to worry about running out. With medications my physical capabilities are limited I am practically bedridden without them.

I fill discriminated against and humiliated that my local pharmacist treats me like im a dope fiend only filling prescriptions to get a high. And I am extremely frustrated when I have to drive over 30 miles thru several cities searching unsuccessful for meds the pharmacy a half a mile from my home has them. The CVS who agreed to fill the prescription told me they would have the medications in today. I call aftet 5 to check the status to be told “it didnt come in today, maybe it will tomorrow. ” In the meantime I am without pain medications that I have been trying to fill since last week.

I am a long-time customer at the subject pharmacy. On Mar 14, 2017, i placed a refill order thru your automated system for RX No 333009 (90 tabs of Diovan 320 mg). After I picked up this prescription along with a few others on Mar 20, 2014 and returned home, I found that I had been dispensed only 30 tabs; worse, I had been charged for 90 tabs. I called and spoke to an “Eric”, who said he was the pharmacist. He said he will replace with a 90-day supply, if I brought the 30-day bottle back.

I went back to the store around 10:15 am on Mar 21, 2014. A “Sarah”, who I was told was the pharmacist, attended to me. I explained the problem to her, and gave her the 30-tablet bottle, the cash register receipt and the papers that came with it. I had some other papers with me, not pertaining to the matter at hand. Sarah looked at the papers in my hand, and wanted to see them. I explained to her that those papers didn’t pertain to the issue, and that I had already given her everything she needed. She kept insisting about the other papers.

After a few words, she probably realized that I had indeed given her whatever she needed, which she hadn’t looked at properly previously. I was finally given the right quantity. During all this meaningless altercation, Sarah didn’t have the decency to express any regrets for the inconvenience I had been put through, because of a mistake on CVS’s part. In fact, Eric hadn’t expressed any regrets on the previous day either. Your pharmacists need some basic training on dealing with customers. The attitude that they are doing the customers a favor needs to change fast, as customers have other pharmacies falling over backwards for their business. Everytime I go in, there is a new pharmacist at CVS who treats you as a total stranger. This is another problem customers have to contend with. I would be interested to know how you propose to instill some professionalism in your operation.

I had a prescription for Hydrocodone and the pharmacy gave me Morphine Sulfate. The switch almost killed me but no one wants to hear my complaint. I stayed sick all month and lost 3 days work. The store didn’t want to admit their mistake. The district person just blew me off when I asked to talk with a Risk Management person. You hear about wrong prescriptions being given but you never think it can happen to me. WRONG, It happened to me and it almost killed me. I was asking God to just let me die, but no one in your corporate seems to care. I am getting tired of asking to talk with someone, I think it is pretty bad when a company makes a mess like this and then won’t even talk to a person about it.

I went to CVS a few months ago to get 3 bottles of insulin, and they only gave me two. I had to go back. And on Jan of this year, I was supposed to get 400 One Touch Ultra strips, and today, I ran out, and found out that I only received 200. I called CVS, and told them that this is the second time that this happened, and they said that it was an honest mistake, and I said that I should not be charged for them, and I did ask if I could pick them up today at 5,a nd that said that its fine. Why do they keep messing up like this. The pharmacy does have some new people. A few years back a different manager was on, they have someone else now, THANK GOD. He said that you should be on Lipitor since im a diabetic.

I have my cholestrol testing periodoically, and its fine. My doctor said that a pharamcy maanger shouldn’t be telling you what to take. That to me is RIDICULOUS. He is not a doctor. Lastyear, I went to get some test strips, and had a question for the pharmacist, and she said that she is too busy and she wasn’t even doing anytning. She was rude and did n’t sound like she wanted to be bothered. Lastyear, I tried to rell the store manager about some of the pharmacy complaints and he was rude and said that he did not want to hear it. And my mom tried to tell him and he was rude to her as well. I hope that CVS offers me something with all the problems I’ve had with them. THIS is inexcusable. and my insurance only covers prescriptions over 30 days only by CVS. If i had a chouce of another pharmacy, It would not be CVS.
