Hi my name is Rarely Wilkes Let my start by saying I have used gillette for years I have not had a problem tell now I don't know what happen but I got a pack of gillette sensor3 sensitive and they were horrible I got Razer burn I cut my lag like 3 times it says they have comfort gel but I think my lags look like they went through a grinder

well lets get started.first not all your products are what there cracked up to be.firs the gillette series 3x action sensitive skin what is about the cans running out of gas before you use it all.Is it cheaper to ship if there not filled all the way its not like chips an product settles during shipping.
I could go on but why bother .know youer gillette gel what the hell is wrong with this product my question to you is what is not wrong with this product every thing if i wanted to shave my under arms i would do so with a razor.Know convince me to keep using your product.

I stopped buying your razors and shaving cream after your toxic masculinity ad. I will now make sure to exclude all P&G products for my shopping lists. What other fringe group have you ever stood up for. Why have you not done more for other groups. If you championed other groups in the past, then I could understand. What about religious freedom for Christians to not pay for abortions. Maybe the "right to privacy" from Social Media. I love when a company will exclude large populations of it's customers for one Political Correct idea.

Your Commercials are offensive! I do, However, want to thank you! Because of Your Commercials, I have started to shave with Harry's Razor's and Blades! I have used your products since I first started shaving in 1965! I have spent thousands with your company! As a Toxic Male and a Person offended by your recent commercial, normalizing certain behavior, I will not spend another dime on inferior products! I have told My Sons and Friends to use Harry's! I vehemently oppose one of your latest ads and request that you pull the ad immediately. It portrays a Black female being taught how to shave (I couldn't even watch it all). My initial thought was, "Unbelievable! Why would they have a Black girl?" Also, "This goes against your slogan, "The Best a Man Can Be." Is this the best you can do for Black masculinity? Clearly, your target audience is not Black males because I don't recall Gillette ever having an all Black commercial before. Yet, when you do, it's of a Black female transitioning. This is a gross imbalance to say the least. Moreover, it is racist and destructive to the Black family and the Black male. It is also a very inaccurate portrayal of the majority of Black families.

By and large, almost all Black persons who use your products are "male." After all, your website says that, "Gillette is a men's cosmetics company that primarily sells and manufacturers shaving blades. The company also offers products like personal care and shaving supplies." It doesn't help that 67% of Black children (males) are born to a single parent, typically Black women households. You could have chosen to portray a Black family with a father and biological son. However, this subliminal, suggestive advertising is harmful to the Black community. It serves to only undermine the Black male and the Black family. And it clearly shows that you (and Proctor and Gamble) have an agenda.

I am sure you are aware that there's been several racist ads including Black face, etc. attacking the Black community. Nothing on television, in print ads, etc. is done accidentally. It's all by design. That's why they call it PROGRAMMING. I include Gillette in this number and have urged the men (and women) in my family and friends' circle to boycott your products. Clearly, your idea of inclusion means to exclude the Black male.

I received an email re new heated razor, however when I hit "Buy Now" the site does not come up. There's a message about unexpected problem. When I try ondemand.gillette.com the same message appears. I have been a member for a year, and now can't get on the site.

Hello, I have used Gillette razors for years, I am 57 years old. I was using the Atra Plus, now the Mach 3 Turbo. I have been using these with no problem. However, this last 6 cartridge pack I bought does not shave my face like they had before. They leave my face with cuts all over. Have you changed the way you manufacture them? I would like to keep using this brand but they are expensive and I am not sure if I just got a bad batch or if this is the way they are now. Please let me know!

I purchased Gillette Invisible Spray 48 hour anti-perspirant/deodorant in the Cool Wave scent. The product was new, as I had never purchased it before and in the tall size, this container was double the price of the regular deodorants but I wanted to give it a try. I am happy with the product results, but the delivery system is flawed. After about half the product is used, the spray stops working. It sprays air, but product must be vigorously shaken to get any out of the top. It is way too hard to get any product out of it and I am forced to throw it out. It looks nice, it just doesn't work.

Listen you donkeys.. why is it every time I buy replacement blades for my razor they don't bloody fit.. I'm sick and tired of buying blades between $10 and $20 only to get home and find the handles and blades are always different.. how bloody hard is it to make your blades and handles fit each other.. it's just got that rediculous now that I will never buy another Gillette razor.i know you probably don't give a fat rats wether I do or not but you need to get your act together and stop ripping off your customers by changing the configurations all the time.. I purchase the Gillette Fusion 5 Proglide.
I am very disappointed that P&G/Gillette, have packaged the product to look like I was buying a Razor and four Blades.
As you are aware there are only two blades included in the package.
My opinion is that this is a Blatant attempt to deceive your own customers.
This product is very expensive, the fact that only two blades are included is ridiculous.
There is no excuse for the way this package is designed other than to deceive consumers.
I will not be purchasing your product in the future.

I recently was shaving when the handle to the razor snapped. The blades cut my neck. This took me totally off guard. It took some time to stop the bleeding. This made me very nervous about buying another Mach 3. I have used your product my whole life and have been satisfied with your quality up till now. I did buy another Mach 3 mainly since I recently bought more blades. This razor was purchased at Walmart in Seabrook, NH approximately 3 months ago so it's not that old. I am submitting photos of both the cuts on my neck and the broken razor....... if this format allows me. That’s another thing. I came into this with an open mind. But the user friendliness of this complaint form is terrible. This is my third attempt to get this through. Very discouraging! John

I have been using your products for the past 37 years and have never had any issues. Today I used a new blade from my pack of razors [Gillette Fusion] unfortunately the blade in the middle was buckled, I didn't see this and cut my face severely in 4 different places, I can only assume this was a factory default. Lets jut say I'm not a happy customer and this should be reported immediately to the necessary departments and reporting agencies that monitor your products.

I am unsure why this product has slipped in to the normal retail chain and therefore expect a full explanation, cutting ones face so severely is not appropriate and requires an investigation. I will also expect your reply with in 4 working days prior to me making a further complaint to your board.

I was a user (almost exclusively) of Gillette shaving cartridges from High School until my early 50's with no complaints; I don't recall specifically why I decided at that age to give Schick cartridges a try (I probably saw a promotion that I could not pass by) and wound up sticking with them until fairly recently; I would say that my shaving experience with Schick was very comparable to my years with Gillette; then about a month ago I saw a promotion for Mach 3 cartridges (20 in the package); I decided to buy them given my prior good experience with Gillette cartridges and the attractive terms of the promotion; BIG MISTAKE; I nicked myself twice with my first shave and the next few days it felt like I was using a disposable (one use and toss) razor; the cartridge blades dragged and scraped across my whiskers; needless to say, as soon as I can get to the store to purchase my most recent Schick cartridges the remaining 18 Mach 3 cartridges will leave my home in an unused state; you need to do something with those Mach 3's or you're in for some low sales in your future.

I have been using Gillette series 3x shave gel for a long time but my recent can seems not to be of your usual standard.
The problem is the lack of pressure coming out of the container. The gel barely comes out onto the shaving bush. The can would have been purchase in a local supermarket approx two weeks ago. I have tried lots of different ways to overcome this problem but nearly impossible to get the gel out. Look forward to your answer.

I would like to file a complaint about the sexism in Gillette's latest ad campaign and its portrayal of men.

You would not run a campaign telling black men that they are fundamentally flawed and need to improve because they were fundamentally flawed due to their race because you know that would be racist.

You would not run an ad telling women that they are fundamentally not OK and need improving because you know that that would be sexist. You wouldn't show examples of women being rude to and disrespectful and show other women telling them to stop it, and you would not imply there was something fundamentally wrong with women.

But through your ads, you have portrayed all men and boys as being fundamentally flawed and have judged an entire gender based on the actions of some.

This sexist advertising needs to stop, and I call on Gillette to desist with this sexist ad campaign and issue a public apology to all men and boys.

I am a 50+ year old male and I am sick of this war on masculinity. One question: If it is considered misogynistic to claim females are inherently flawed, isn’t it also misandrist to claim that males and masculinity is inherently flawed? I am not the only male that feels this way. With this new man hating commercial, Gillette may have just cut their own throat, and I for one hope that is the case. It is unfortunate that I take this time to inform Gillette that Fusion 5 which I use is not up to advertised standards. According to the public Ads one blade should last a month but it doesn't I am able to get 2 shaves out of one cartridge Fusion 5. I am cost effective guy so every time I shave it costs me $1.43 x 2 =$2.87 per blade and I have to throw it out so I shave 30 times a month =( $ 43.00 see my complaint ) when one razor is supposed to last a month ????

I am a user of Gillette blades since 20 years , but these days blades are coming of worst quality as compared to other brands, even in first shave it feels that blade will root out hair completely while shaving.
Please provide the best quality blades.

I used one for your fusion 4 blade razors on my face and one of the blades came detached from the housing and made a slice in my chin. I was finally able to stop it from bleeding by using medical glue and a steri strip. I've been using your product on face and head for years and never had so much as a nick. I have no idea if this has happened before to other consumers, but this unexpectable.

HiI've always used The Gillette razor as I think it's by far the best plus my sure is Gillette too haha. But unfortunately the latest one I bought i used once and it ripped a long peace of my skin of my leg. So I checked the blades and they were all bent. I paid over twenty dollars for five blades. I was only able to get about six shaves from each before the blade dulled. This is outrageous and extortion. What are customers going to do about it? I hope we can boycott Gillette until they decide to make blades more affordable.

I bought 6 pack of your endurance deodorant. I used the first one and the second one the wheel did not work. I tried the another 4 and only one worked. When I tried to return them to Costco they told me I had to return all 6 for a credit. I through the first one away. Will you replace the bad ones?

After buying the Gillette Fusion machine and using it for almost one year, it suddenly broke at the top without exerting extra force to it. Attached photos shows how the machine broke while shaving. I tried to call the 800 number to ask for a refund but was only put on hold. How can I talk to a live person about this issue?

Got a new razor and when I went to shave the blade broke and marked my face. I have used Gillette for many years but now I am not so sure. The price keeps going up and the quality keeps coming down. See picture attached to this review.

I purchased the Gillette pro-glide shave cream. The tip wouldn't let any of the shave cream come out. I figured it was just that one, but I went and wasted another 5 dollars on a second one and it's the same. All I wanted to do is shave but now I have to go waste another 5-6 dollars on another shaving cream. I haven't quite.decided Wether I'm going to give up on Gillette and go with a different cream or give you one more chance.. Regardless I'm very upset that I've wasted over $10 on your product!

I purchased my usual Gillette Mach 3 replacement blades. The first blade appeared to be blunt then used the second and it was the same. Then purchased another pack which is fine. What do I do with the blunt blades? I have looked online for a refund number but it looks like billing department does not have a phone number.

Good morning I have been a user of your mach 3 for several years and found it very satisfactory and was able to get at least 20 shaves from one blade. I find now with the replacement blades I buy I am only getting no more than 6 shaves from them the quality seems to have fallen back and I might add that I am 69 years old so don't have very hard whiskers and just wondered if any other men had any trouble with them. My rating to start with would have been 5 but now I could only give 2.

I faced with skin problem when I get my shaving cans from P & G (Gillette shaving foam) rusted and i received below email when i complained which is emphasize that his can is not rust resistant , and they didn't mention on the can anything as caution and when they use tinplate can they were know that it will use in bathroom and didn't use aluminum cans like the others in the same product. Good day, I have been a user of Gillette razor products for approximately 25 years. i have never purchased any one of the Gillette products that did not help me until now. I've been buying the Mach 3 razors for a good 20 years and the most recent package that i bought did not last as long as the previous packages that I've gotten. With one cartridge it was very rare that it would complete my face without having to change it for another one. It kept leaving out spots and the blades would go dull very fast. Seeing that I only shave once a week due to the fact that my facial hair doesn't grow that much in a week.

I always purchase the Gillette 8 pack and it usually lasts for a good 3 months. This time however, the 8 pack only lasted 1 month and a half. You have a good but expensive product, to go through a package that fast, it will not make it economical for myself. I'm not sure if there are any other packages that are defective like that one, but to be honest, i was not impressed with spending that kind of money to last such a short time.

Hi, I bought a pack of Mach 3 blades from the far east. They look the real deal but are blunt when compared with the blades from my local chemist. I guess I got what I paid for, but would Gillette be interested to see them or is it a common source of complaint?

I purchased refills for the Venus razor and there's a malfunction with the lubrication around the razor. It swells up and you can't shave with them.

I have used Gillette shaving products for many years and have always found your products to be very good. However I brought a packet a Gillette Sensor Razor Blades this week and they are over sharp and slightly jagged making for an uncomfortable shave and a number of cuts. I have had to stop using them. Have you had manufacturing problems with some of your batches?

My blades was broke loose in package after I bought it at the store. I was wanting you to send me a free pro shield razor, but the corporate office declined my request for a full refund by check or cash. I guess this company no longer stands behind it's product?

I am finding it hard to find Good News shavers. I shop at Walmart,Kroger food store, and CVS,I am having trouble with those places with the shavers. Those shavers are very good, for the price, and shaveing experience. Please don't mess with a good thing, if that's what happening. I don't want to spend money on fancy shavers. Where do i start with my complaint? Well as i don't have a great deal of money but have always used Gillette products which i cant bloody afford! And the reason i use your products is because my mam used to buy me the razors and foam because she said that the cheaper products were no good for my skin. So now i am 32 and have left home and have to buy my own, so i have been using your products for 15 years in all.

Any way I seen your offer in the sun regarding the free new pro glide razor so i bought the sun everyday and sent my addressed envelope and stamp as requested along with the bloody tokens. And its now February and its still not arrived, and to make matters worse i am a bloody Liverpool fan and its against my wishes that i buy the sun. So if you could find it in your hearts to send me the razor it would make my day as my beard as you can imagine is pretty messy and long now because of you. Next time I am calling Gillette customer service and giving them a piece of my mind!

This is a poorly manufactured razor. I have been using your product before 1968 ,and this are the worse I have ever used. They pull your whiskers out instead of cutting them off. I went and bought a second package and they are also defected what is wrong with your razors?

I purchased the Gillette fusion beard trimmer! Sorry it sucks just doesn't perform. Gillette razors are awesome but this trimmer just does not work as advertised. Wouldn't normally complain but it was $29.00. Any way to get a refund don't think I can return it because I used it?

I have been buying Gillette sensor replacement blades since i joined the military. Last week i bought 5 Gillette sensor blades and they are poorly made or the angles are off. Rather than cutting like a new replacement blade they tear at my skin like a wood planer. If they cant fix this issue and make improvements i an done with them. I would like my money back or replace the defective ones i purchased.

I've been buying your Fusion razor blades since introduced, but recently have been dissatisfied! I used to get 5-6 shaves from 1 cartridge and the last 4-4pack purchases I've only gotten 2 shaves before the blades start to irritate and cuts appear. I thought this must have been a rare/short term problem, but the down grade in quality seems to be more consistent and problematic for myself. I would hate to change brands but maybe you could explain or make good of the purchases I've made to keek me as a loyal customer.

Bought a can of gillette fusion gel and after the second time using it the can still full would not give me any more gel. This is the second time it happened these cans are almost $5 dollars a can. I think there product is great but may have to switch to another brand if this is how the company treats their customers. After I file this complaint I will call their customer service department a few more times and see if someone will listen to me.

Best razor I have ever used. Never lets me down. It is truly a high quality product. It was seamless and gentle and pleasant, even. This razor is just fantastic. Gillette makes the best razors hands down. And the Fusion blades gives you the best 5 blades out there with the single blade for precision! here razors always leave my skin feeling smooth, no irritation left. I would recommend everyone to use this and definelty not stop using this one.
