I ordered my L3301 with 2-sets of hydraulic remotes. Instead of installing female iso 5675 compatible QD's, they installed 2- male and two female. When i went to the dealer the salesman said to bring them in and he would replace but when my daughter brought them in he tried to charge $31. each for 4. I have recently had a stroke so was unable to get into the office but my daughter had the salesman come out to the car and i asked him why not exchange? he said it was my problem and take it or leave it! I told him I was going to complain to Kubota. He said "go ahead".
This is the first Kubota I have ever owned (always had John Deere without problems) I feel Kubota should pay for the correct fittings. All the tractors with remotes on the dealership lot have female QD's and all the tractors in my general are have female ISO 5675 compatible QD's.
I plan on contacting the better business bureau and let my neighbors know what kind of lack of service Midstate is trying to do.

I am 76 years old and this is the first complaint I have ever registered. I hope Kubota can make this deter take responsibility.

Thank you,

my complaint is due to disinterest by the the dealer that sold the tractor. a belt broke so i called them to get it in for service. the man i talked to asked if i couldn't fix it myself - i said, no i want the oil changed; fittings lubed and the blades sharpened as well. the kubota service guy then said : "they may get to it sometime". i would never have bought a kubota if i knew the dealer would be like that when service is needed. it'll be the last kubota i own and a will encourage others to not buy one.

I called Matt at Whipp sales in Clarinda Is to come work on my tractor. After he lied to me 3 day's in a row he then said he didn't want to work on it. If this is the people you have representing you company then I will get a different brand that you can get service with.

We purchased a Kubota Zero turn lawnmower approximately 2 years ago. This lawnmower barely has 100 hours of use. It’s been in the shop 3 different occasions. EVERY YEAR it’s had to go to shop. Miraculously..it’s always something non warranty covered and not what the problem seems to be. The warranty is not worth the paper it’s printed on. Called customer service and the lady was rude and could not fully answer my questions..just repeated same thing over and over. Conversation was heated. Beshears in Oxford, AL is the WORST place we have ever done business. I will never purchase another Kubota product nor purchase from Beshears. The worker was rude when my husband went this last time to pick up lawnmower. He walked outside and flicked the battery twice never saying a word and then turned and walked away. That battery was NOT dead!! The lawnmower cranked fine and was loaded and taken to them. It was skipping. That was the issue. So I’m sure after they got complaint...the battery was drained. I feel that this has been entirely dishonest, unprofessional, and poor quality. Living and working in a rural farming town..I will be sure to share my experiences with those around me. We could’ve went 0.1 mile down the road from Beshears and bought a John Deere. Hindsight is 20/20. We have had no personal contact from Kubota or Beshears beyond taking and dropping off lawnmower. This particular “repair” cost us over $200. Not to mention the other “repairs”. Poor , poor service and product. ZERO STARS

Purchased new Kubota z121s zero-turn mower in July 2016: Model Z121SKH, Serial # 22536, Engine # 4610404423. Have had ongoing issue with seat shut-off switch. Once the mower is started and running for any period of time ( 5 minutes to 2 hours), and then stopped, with the PTO properly disengaged, in the neutral position, hand brake set, and ignition turned off, to mower will NOT restart immediately. Have attempted to restart multiple times but generally takes 2 hours and even over night before the mower will restart.

Had the mower back at the local Kubota dealership in Robertsdale, Alabama, who had the unit for a couple of weeks saying the problem had been fixed, but at the very next start up and shut down the mower will not restart.

I could not be more displeased with the reliability and my purchase of $5,000 of this mower - what a waste of money. I know the Kubota color is orange, but this mower should been painted yellow for "LEMON". I'll never purchase another Kubota again.

I purchased a Kubota Z125EBR-54 from Duncan Outdoors in Conway, Arkansas on 5/21/2014. I brought it home and the engine blew up before I was completely off the trailer. The oil filter was not screwed on tight I'm telling you this because this is how my experience has been with Kubota. The dealer did make it right and delivered another mower the next day. I have since had all the service done at the dealer where I purchased it I have taken advantage of the pre-season service specials each year. Last year there was an oil leak that had appeared on my engine deck and asked that they address it during the 1/30/2018 pre-season service (Invoice no# WO109667) They indicated it was a loose oil filter. Obviously they are the professionals and I had faith in there knowledge. During the mowing season I noticed the deck was collecting debris and dust that couldn't be washed or blown off. It mimicked exactly like it did the year before. I keep my mower in great shape. I called the service department and they indicated to me to just keep a check on the oil level. Jump forward to this 1/26/2019 pre-season service (Work order WD00270) and again I asked them to address the oil leak and that it was a continuation from the last time. This time they indicated it was an engine crankcase gasket failure and now this year it was no longer under warranty and the pre-season service, gasket repair and a couple of control arm dampeners would cost me $891.97. And for the record, the control arms have felt no different than they have for the last few years. I had to give them the OK to proceed and today paid for it so I could obviously get my mower back. I'm more than happy to pay for the pre-service and dampeners but I felt like the gasket leak should have been fixed last year when it was under warranty. There is no way, I can be convinced that the problem I experienced is not the same problem. The accumulation on the deck was too identical and too ironic. I asked there service guy to address my issue and he called back indicating that the powers-to-be declined any help with the repair. I know the dealer is under new management now but they certainly aren't going to make friends very quick. I feel my mower had a problem during its warranty period and it should had been addressed. With it recurring I also feel the parts and labor to fix the problem should have been warrantied as a result of service neglect.
m
I would appreciate you looking into this and should you need copies of any invoices or work orders I have them available. Thank you for your consideration.

We purchased a tractor in Jan 2017. During that year we had the seat break, the pin which holds the bucket on, and a front tire go bad. We contacted our dealership to have these corrected because the tractor was under warranty. Both Kubota and the dealership would not take responsibility for the tire. And we were never contacted by anyone for the repair of the seat or pin. We feel everyone dropped the ball. I had left a message for our dealership sales rep and heard nothing.
My wife was diagnosed with breast cancer in December of 2017. She began chemo treatments in Jan. 2018. I am sorry I was not in the position to chase people down week after week. My concern was for the well fair of my wife. She did not take treatment well and had to be taken to the ER several times. My time was stressed. In December 2018, they found another lump. We were blessed to have a test of non-caner come back.
During my wife's down time in January, we set to catch up on paper work and bills. This is when my wife began contacting people and trying to get the matter of the tractor fixed.
And now we are here...wanting to pay the loan for a fair price and not getting penalized for negligence of Kubota and our dealership. I know you can find all the info you need by pulling up our account #00051399095 (both customer satisfaction and kubota credit).
Thank you for your attention to this matter,
Thomas Lartz

Since July of this year, I have attempted on three separate occasions to mail the final, total payment for my Kubota tractor. This final payment was in the amount of 20, 411.00. For my first attempt, I attached an explanatory letter along with the account number. Unfortunately, I incorrectly mailed that first payment on July 26th to the wrong credit office, the check was returned several weeks later with an "unable to deliver" notice. I then rechecked the web site and mailed this second payment to the PO Box 0559 Carol Stream office. When after about two weeks this payment had not been deducted from my checking account, I called the credit office, only to be told that because I had failed to include a payment coupon " the robot" was probably unable to read and credit my payment. Upon asking customer service what happened to the check her comment was " It was probably shredded." She then advised me to cancel the check which I did. I mailed yet a third payment this time with applied interest. On August 8th , I received notice from Kubota Credit, my initial missing check #2717 had surfaced almost two months later and had been dishonored. I immediately called Kubota Credit customer service on the 10th to be told the third check has not yet surfaced either, that it took about 7 - 10 days to process. I was also told by customer service when I questioned about what to do that maybe I should try on line banking. At this point I am extremely frustrated with your service and system. I will certainly think very hard before attempting business with Kubota in the future, There are not enought stars to express my frustration and aggravagtion.

I have a svl 90-2 skid steer we have a rear idler that the bearing has gone out . The machine has 750 hours on it I contacted the dealer closest to me and tried to order a replacement but there is none available. the dealer told me that it would be late September before there will be one available. I have reached out to other dealers all over the USA and no one has this part. The idler fits the 75 75-2 90-2 and the 95-2 . Someone needs to look in to this problem if we are down for 2 of the best months of the year I feel this is unacceptable. Having a idler with 750 hours on it go bad is enough but wait 2 months on a part? Please look into this mater and e-mail me with a solution please. If this is the norm maybe we bought the wrong brand of machine service is the most important part of any piece of equipment.

I brought kubota tractor 2441 in 2014 but the switch and starter work very badly. I have used 4-5 battrise in 4 year.

60

I bought a new tractor M6060 Kubota , put less than 3 hours on it and the starter and switch went bad. called dealer they came an picked it up had it two weeks than said it would take maybe two or three more weeks to get a starter. Than they did bring an out tractor to use after two weeks, but I didn't pay for a used tractor . The dealer said they couldn't find any starter so does Kubota only make one starter for each tractor.

I will start off with very poor customer service. When I walked in there was three people standing behind the counter. One was on the computer
and two were talking to each other. I stood at the counter waiting my turn . But when someone comes in the store after me and one of them walk up to him and ask may i help you. That was not very Professional. Thankfully the Gentleman said that i was there before him. The response was whatever, from the service Technician. I gave him the tractor size and showed him a picture of the hoses that i needed. He looked for them and said he could not find them. Then said someone else would help me. Went to second service Technician- He also could not find them. Finally the third
service Technician came over and found them. He wrote down all parts numbers for the second Technician to order them. I was told it would
be a few day before they come in. I left my phone number and who it was for. The response was( we will call you when they come in).
Well it has been over two week. I returned to KUBOTA today to check on the status of them. Same service Technician helps me again. I will be with you when i finish what im doing. Looks at me again and walks six feet down counter and asks another Technician you seen any hoses, the response was nope. He returned and said no hoses, then asked who they for . I told him again Williamson County Government. Never offered to look for them or check the status. I will not be shopping at the Franklin KUBOTA In the future. Someone should take care of this problem!
THANK YOU!

I'm not sure if this is a repeat. Lost it when I was almost complete. Calls have been made stating we are behind. 1/10, spoke to representative, review payments, found check # 3067 written 9/19 and cashed o 9/25 not posted correctly, two payments sent for each account, 56731904 & 43132646 w/coupons and memo instructing such. He stated he sent a note to have corrected, reposted and late fees reversed. 1/16 - received call, behind on payments spoke to Krysta 4514. Advised as above, she noted issue, stated that calls can only be pushed out for two days that is why we got call. She stated problem should be fixed in next couple of days. 1/26 -Received call, behind on payments spoke to Debra - 4568. She reviewed situation, sent another request spoke with a representative about the situation. Confirmed it would be fixed and should not receive more calls. I googled corporate office after this call, to file a complaint and to see if I could get to someone who could fix the issue. The representatve referred me to Tamara? who called me, 1/26. She assured me she reversed the payments and corrected the issue, one acct due on 2/3, as per my records, the other on 2/26. No further phone calls would occur. 1/29, we received a call from Shannon 31 days past due sending us to collections, spoke to her and Rachal.. Would you please let us know why we continue to get harrassed about accts that are not past due? The issues was with you payment posting on 9/19. Would someone please correct the issue and stop the phone calls and let us know that the issue has truely been taken care of and fixed. Thank you.

I purchased a used John Deer ZTR mower from Kubota of Harrison. I financed and insured the mower there through Kubota. The Mower worked for three hours. I have made many attempts to get the dealership to take responsibility for the repairs. I even offered to fix it myself if the dealership would adjust the price to reflect a mower without a working engine. I feel that even a used mower that cost $3500 should last more than three hours.

I had hoped that Kubota of Harrison and I could resolve this issue. I don't feel that I should pay twice for the mower or continue to pay for a large yard decoration. All I want is for Kubota of Harrison to furnish the engine that will bring to the merchandise that I purchased. this is what I was told many times that they would do. or to adjust the price of the mower so that I can fix it myself. I would like to remind Kubota that a good reputation is both valuable and fragile.

I bought a brand new BX25D and it has dents all over the hood. I am livid because I spent over 19,800 for this tractor and it looks used. Never again buying Kubota.

I am from india i purchased my Kubota dc 68g combined harvester with number 100623, engine no. bfq0056, on 17 feb 2016 after 300 + work my machine track was torn out(cut) on 29 April 2016 it was inspected my Kubota authorities and told that they will replace with in one weak. Later after 2 months they told that it was our fault and because of our negligence the track was cut out. But I would kindly bring to ur notice Kubota machine was in paddy field and it was only 300 hours of work.

I have a warranty period of 600 hours & nearly 6 months of time. It was the fault of Kubota india authorities who were miss leading farmers under the name of quality they are trying to void warranty regulations with silly reasons. Note when we call to the call center the reply was we ourself cut the track I would try to bring to your notice it was only two months of purchase period hope the quality of your products are genius or the dealers are selling us duplicate products under the name of Kubota hope you would take necessary action.

I have brought my tractor to Kubota Tractors in Woodstock, New Brunswick for service several times. Twice was for warranty work. Both times Mr. Don Picard told me when I was in his office over the past 2.5 years He has lied to me. The first time was when my Back Hoe broke down, he told me I was going to have to pay for it. The head mechanic told me I did not have to. The second time Mr. Picard informed me that I had to pay for a new engine which was covered by warranty. The head mechanic had given Mr. Picard a letter concerning the status of my tractor to be handed to me. He did not produce the letter when I arrived, and he lied to me for a second time. Ask the mechanics who work there what is going on.

Mr. Picard is under the impression that he is running that shop. I did not know that Mr. Picard was a salesman, mechanic, and the person who makes people uncomfortable. At one point in time Mr. Picard was trying to pit the mechanics against each other, he was making rumors up in the shop and getting them upset in the work place. Please refer to the mechanics, ask them. I phoned Kubota in Woodstock, New Brunswick, to have my tractor picked up for warranty work and Mr. Picard informed me that there would be no more Pick ups or drop offs any more to my address and he was not in charge of that at all at that moment in time. It has come to my attention that Mr. Picard is a dishonorable person who does not deserve this post. I am a Veteran and I do have issues about dishonest people.

I have PTSD, I am not a retard or have lost my faculties. I do know when I am being mislead. The odds are Mr Picard will lie again and mislead customers. I lodged an earlier complaint with personnel who contacted me about the service and nothing was done. A mechanic lodged several complaints and nothing was done. Another mechanic quit do to Mr. Picard's unreasonableness. I have questioned questioned Mr. Picard about several of the incidents that have happened and I am able to prove it, He sits there and denies everything after I conferred with the mechanics and know he is a liar and deceiving. I wonder how long he has been doing this for. He purchased a vehicle from Kubota and was not honest with them. Check the contract. He had it running at 0% interest on all these extra parts which he is not allowed to do. I can go on all day.

My new 2008 L-5740 has front oil seal leak transmission. So I call Kubota at Groveport Ohio. Spoke with Jeff customer service rep and shared transmission front seal leaks. Also shared the dealer who when I purchase from new. Dealer told me $3,000+ to make repairs. Jeff made it sound like Kubota would pay for repair. So, Jeff called the dealer then calls me back, look bring your tractor into dealer an when the repair is complete will only pay portion of repair bill. Look minutes ago you said Kubota . Ask him how long he been working at with Kubota just one month. Kubota Corporation should be shame to put person on front end answering calls who changes there mind in five minutes. Do you think I'm happy answer is no? Would I purchase another piece of equipment for Kubota. Dealers want tractors in shop before giving quotes not all just select few.

I have had 4 Kubota GR1600 1 lasted 4 grass cutting seasons the next 2 machines lasted 3 grass cutting seasons but this last 1 did 2 seasons (500hours ). When we got it out for this new season within the first hour of work it went the same as the other the bearing in the transmission to the main drive shaft broke the same as my other 3 machines. The casing has to replaced at great expense i have used this machine on lawns only as it makes a nice smooth cut is this a common fault with this model.

I have had a lot of Kubota tractors diggers and have been very pleased with them. But this grass cutter is rubbish if 500 hours is all its good for people like me should be told its not for contractors. I do want to carry on using Kubota because because in my mind its the best grass cutter on the market. I also have Iseki which seem to be far better built but do not cut lawns as good as a Kubot. Can you give me a reason for this to keep happening?

I own a Kubota BX 2200 compact tractor. In the past 4 years I've had to have the water pump replaced 4 times. All work has been done by the dealer, Roork's Farm Supply, Elmer, NJ. I'm very dissatisfied that I've had to spend $2400 in the last 4 years on water pumps alone. It's ridiculous to not get better service than that from brand new replacement water pumps. I had a new pump installed on 9/11/12, 8/22/13, 6/22/14, and the last one was replaced just last week (4/16). The cooling system is always kept at the proper lever of 50/50 antifreeze solution.

My husband called the kubota store on Clinton to ask a question. Regarding the pulley. They told that they will call back. No call back. Every since we bought the Kubota mower we have got the run around. I don't understand why. This is a expensive item. We had a cable lose and the said the was so post to be. All we want is some question answered.

Since I live in a place that snows during winters, the entire garden area needs to be cleaned up frequently. I purchased Kubota 20.0HP - 21.0HP mow and believe me, the use of it is absolutely great. It is a great value for money. Not only snow, but also the lawn can be cleaned up and trimmed using Kubota. I feel its the best product that I have used. Earlier I used a mower of another company but was not happy with the product. But Kubota was a good buy and worth the money. Would definelty suggest my neighbors to go for it too.
