I bought a full version of an older Photoshop product. The website says chat support is available for ALL paid for products with serial numbers. The chat support consisted of someone telling me the version was too old and to look at the forums for similar issues. The link they gave was not specific and resulted in no help at all. I asked to be able to speak with the complaint department about it and they said someone would contact me but no one did. People are buying products that do not work and there is no help when installation does not work. Only the latest version.
