My name is Greg Stephens, I’ve been an AT&T DSL customer going on my 6th month. AT&T are ripping me off too! I’ve read hundreds of complaints from AT&T customers. I’m posting this message on every complaint site and to every dissatisfied customer. I’m sick and tired of taking it in the @$$. I want a class action lawsuit against AT&T. Get on your Face Book and tell your friends and have them tell their friends. I recently added internet and DirecTV. Since I did that, I’ve been double and triple billed. When I call to decipher, I get transferred all over the world for hours on end. Managers who are to call back – don’t. It is impossible to discuss with anyone who can actually help. I get left on hold for hours and then finally discover that they can’t help me as I am in Texas and they only handle California, etc. I am seriously considering calling the attorney general. the “DSL” service I have is slower than my 3G phone…I get a whopping .6Mbps down. Ridiculous.
I just rather pay the ETF to get out of at&t DSL to switch to Comcast. at&t is the worest conpany I’ve ever had.
