June, 2011 AT&T offered $250 in rebates for a U Verse 300 bundle including TV, phone and internet online. I had some questions so went to the local AT&T store and was told the store would give me the same $250 in rebates as online offered so I signed up for it there. I received 1 $100 prepaid debit card but have returned to the store 4 times and this week was told the balance of $150 was not available. I had been a Direct TV customer for several years and got great service. Never would have changed except for the $150 rebate offer. AT&T has terrible service and this is a warning for others.

Two years ago one of the AT &T representative called me and said If I like to have the U VERS services, What it will cost me, I asked, there will be no charge for next 12 month, my bill will stay the same, I asked can she send me a written statements in that regard after 20 minutes of back and forth discussions, she said let me ask my supervisor, 30 second later came back and he said that it will cost me so much for this and so much for that, without saying anything I hung up.
From now on for past two years I get a call with no one on the other end and as soon as I say some thing it will hangs up. A year ago after I purchased a phone with ID caller and I called At&T and asked them to activate an ID caller just for a month to find out who the hell is that caller 4 to 5 times a day, sure enough I called the number and it was AT&T so I called them and said this is your number and I am mad, first they denied that it was the AT&T, after 10 minutes finally they agreed to check it and take actions, and I demanded to refund my ID caller services which they did and the annoyance call stop for two month and again started and for a year I call them and they have a catch 22 and asked me to file an annoyance call which I did three time, NO luck and now daily 5 to 6 time I get the call. Is this going to make a law suit against at&t?
I am discussed with annoyance call from AT&T!
