About 2 weeks ago, i submitted a complaint to pizza hut, about the food i was presented with and the service. I went to pizza hut online to order a pizza and i was on their for an hour, trying to order and it kept not working properley, i checked that it was not my computer, it was the site. Then i decided to call them up, and i was left on hold for over 5 mintues, and decided to hang up.
Then i drove down to the pizza hut, and went in to tell them what had happened, and they said that my order had gone through, many times, even though it said it hadent on the website. I payed for the pizza, and took it home. The food was cold, and soggy and i couldnt eat it as it made me feel sick, it also had a big amount of base sauce on the pizza, and did not taste good. I have been to this pizza hut a few times and every time i go their the pizza has to much sauce on it.
I wrote this complaint 2 weeks ago and have not even heard so much as a apologie, i am really not happy about it, and dont expect to hear nothing back from them. The store is pizza hut in middle camberwell.

order two pizones told the waitress that i wanted two pizones with extra cheese and sausage when the order came in and she only brought one pizone that consist of 2 halfs she argued with me instead of showed good customer service I told her when I ordered I wanted two I even went as far as to ask her twice if she understood the order and got a wise remark then When i asked for the manager she was smart also i left the meak on the table and left this was the winchester indiana pizza hut
Just ordered some pizza and hot wings. The pizzas are so small, there not worth what youre paying for. The hot wings look like crap, the frozen type from albertsons look way better. Seriously never buying pizza there again. I even took some pictures of the hot wings, they dont even look good to eat, they are all dried and the sauce is not even on them.
pizza yg sy order tidak memuaskan hati sebagai pelanggan. pd hidangan pertama yg dihantar pizza tue terlalu banyak minyak dan lembik serta rotinya tak masak dan nipis…. dan pabila di tukar ke hidangan yg kedua pun sama jugak… yg kurang menariknya sy kena bayar penuh utk semua hidangan sedangkan pizza tue sy tak makan… jadi sy berasa kecewa dengan hidangan tersebut yg tidak berbaloi.
