Bank of America is getting a way with stringing home owners a long!! I have been in the home modification maze for one yr and 7 months. I have had 6 foreclosure dates and have at last min. stopped them because I did not give up. I have been told by Debbie, paul, mark, Mike,Sean, barb,Linda,Kamin,Shanica, on and on a list of hundreds of names( you get my drift?) and “case reps” misleading info. I AM THE WORKING POOR I WORK FULL TIME PLUS AND SO DOES MY HUSBAND ALL WE WANT TO DO IS pay FOR THE ROOF OVER OUR CHILDREN’S HEADS!! We are not expecting or asking for anything handed to us. BANK OF AMERICA YOU RECIEVED BILLIONS IN TAX PAYERS BAIL OUT TO HELP MY FAMILY!!
WHERE IS THE HELP? WHAT ARE YOU DOING??? I HAVE CONTACTED EMAILED FAXED FED EX EVERYTHING 8 TIMES OVER AND U ASK ME FOR IT AGAIN? YOU SAY EVERYTHING IS ELECTRONICALLY FILES??.. I HAVE REACHED OUT BEGGED AND AM BEING RESPONSIBLE TRYING TO HAVE AN END CONCLUSION. YOU STRING ME A LONG…..I HAVE NEVER BEEN TOLD YOU CANNOT AFFORD YOUR HOME… I HAVE BEEN DENIED BECAUSE OF MISTAKES AND COMPUTER ERRORS AND MISLEADING INFORMATION ON YOUR HALF. YOUR A BUSINESS? YOU HAVE BILLIONS FROM THE GOVERNMENT? YOU HAVE CEO’S AND PEOPLE IN YOUR COMPANY MAKING LOTS OF MONEY MORE THAT I WILL SEE IN A LIFETIME ON BEHALF OF MYBUSINESS AND MY TAX MONEY I PAY IN.
YET I WILL BE HOMELESS. SHAME ON YOU SHAME ON OUR GOVERNMENT FOR LETTING THIS HAPPEN. I OWN UP TO THE FACT I LOST EMPLOYMENT AND MIS MANAGED MY MONEY YOU BANK OF AMERICA HAVE NOT !!!!

bought our house 15 years ago… never made a late payment… we both lost work because of the economic crisis in america….we went through the “loan mod” process and were told we qualified…. after months of jumping through their hoops and over their hurdles they finally sent a letter stating congratulations!here’s your loan modification: but they didn’t lower the interest rate….they didn’t put the delinquent payments on the back end…they didn’t help by lowering the balance…they actually UPPED the mortgage payment and demanded a check to bring the loan balance up to date!too bad we couldn’t afford to retain legal representation…i KNOW they were just setting us up to foreclose…so with all the equity we had…and love of our home and location…we ended up having to do a REVERSE MORTGAGE just to keep our home!i think we got away from the evil bank just in time…but i guess i shouldn’t complain….we’re still here where we always wanted to be…while so many americans have lost their homes after doing business with this bank… beware!
