I have been trying to get basic cable service for over a month now!! In less than a month I have had 3 boxes that have been defective! So can you imagine my horror to have to take off work yet another time for COMCAST DEFECTIVE BOXES? Let’s see now..I have taken of work 4 times for waits of 8-12 or 1-5..in my book of records that means 20 lost hours of work. I make $25.00 an hour. I must also add that I have spent maybe 5 HOURS ON THE PHONE. So I will round that of to 30 hours lost his month..trying to get basic cable!!! In my book that means I have lost a grand TOTAL of $750.00 trying to get cable!
They were suppose to be here today between 1:00 and 5:00, its 5:30 and still no COMCAST!! Come morning that box of theirs will be out in the ditch somewhere and I better never hear the word COMCAST again!! Be forewarned their service is ridiculous and they apparently are a mismanaged top to bottom company! You will not get satisfaction with this company!! Run if you hear the word Comcast ..they are on their way out!!
