12 Months Ago, I purchased flatsreen Tv from HSN, The operator talked me into putting it on flex pay.It Sounded like a good deal at the time,You pay your payments on time,no intrest & no Peniltys That is until you get down to the last payment, I payed my payments on time& At more than twice what they wanted in a minamum payment I payed my account, from $1600.00 down to $179.00 in 12 months. I recieved my Statement January 1 and it shows a balance due of $404.31 (mistake right) WRONG” They added $224.41 in FEE;S Charged FOR WHAT I ASKED ? Because you did not pay the balance off last month. Their Great Flex/Pay Program Is Just ANother Credit Card SCAM….
WFCB Bank may get in my wallet this time. But HSN has lost me and my family as customers we will never order anything else from them ever again
