i started with boost several years ago, they advertized $50 A MO. no contract UNLIMITED talk, text, long distance. and that $50 no hiden fees no taxes all inclusive. well in the begining they were good, everything as advertized good coverage good clarity. then the coverage progressivily got worse then the droped calls messages that couldnt be sent then limited net access now the all inclusive$50 has been 53-55–57 and the topper for me personaly – the 3-7 mess.
from them reminding you your bill is comming due well no shit happens ever mo. same day if fact. then after i use my boost refil card i get verble conformation at that time telling me you have sucessfuly bla bla bla but WHAT HAS NOW CAUSED YOU TO LOOSE ANOTHER LONG TERM COSTOMER IS SENDIND ME TEXT MESS. CONFIRMING PAYMENT AT 8AM. FOR 3 CONSECUTIVE MO.S WHEN I COULD BE GETING SOME MUCH NEEDED REST.
THIS AFTER I HAVE TRIED TO CALL YOU, TEXT YOU TELLING YOU TO STOP. SOOOOO PISS OFF !!!! VERIZEN I WILL SEE YOU ON MONDAY! TO CHRISY JAMES I CONCURE AND WILL JOIN YOU IF YOU START A CASE, MAKE IT FEDURAL- FOR DIVERISITY ISSUE AND IT’L BE EASEY TO INCL. SUPERVISIORY GOV. BODY AND DONT FORGET YER LOCAL POL. THERE GREAT CHAMPIONS OF THE PEOPLE (at least in an elect. yr. !) well i feal much better knowing ive just eliminated one area stupid from my life!

I think you had better get a grip on reality.
Why you gotta complain so much of course Cus it’s a really inexpensive plan. Everyone wants to get in on it and it’s over populating which causes delays and dropped calls…Verizon charges you double or even more than that of Boost mobile so basically in one year you are paying more than 2X with Verizon then Boost. Plus boost has no Contract
Boostmobile blackberry network is the worst. I ever. Encountered. You can’t get a live csr you talking to an automative system. If you paying your money you deserve to trerated like a Human being and not an android or robot your company. Makes over a billion dollars and you can’t treat your customers. Right whatever happen to supply and demand are you. Kidding me!
Why you Whining for Qasim Saikou? Your only paying $60 dollars s Month for Unlimited everything. I wanna see you go pay $150 for the Same plan but with a different Carrier
