I NEVER post things like this, and very rarely even complain to the restaurants when there is an issue because I don’t want to complain about FOOD…but I have had it. There is a location in Tampa near the stadium that cannot EVER get my order right. The last 4 times I have gone there I have gotten to work or home and it’s been wrong and the fries are notoriously COLD and nasty after 6 PM.
The first of the 4 times (this is not including other times I have not kept track of) I ordered a whopper and chicken sandwich with extra cheese. Got no cheese. The second time, ordered a large cherry sprite. Sat in line 17 minutes, got to the window, was still asked to pay for the drink and got half way down the street and it was a fruit punch HI-C.
The third time, asked for chicken sandwich and whopper again but with bacon, got cold hard fries, no mayo on my chicken sandwich, no bacon on my whopper. Then the following week go for breakfast and order a double croissanwich with extra bacon. Now … for the life of me i can’t understand why this is so hard to understand for these people, but EXTRA BACON means, add EXTRA bacon to what it already comes with. If I wanted extra bacon to replace the sausage..
.I would say “croissanwich no sausage w/ extra bacon” they take it upon themselves to leave the sausage off and this is not the first time. I have worked in fast food and so i never want to feel like fast food workers are dumb…but seriously this is not rocket science. if you cant get the orders right…you shouldn’t work there.
Does no good to complain because the managers do nothing and sometimes, it’s the managers that work the windows. Now if the managers cant get an order right…then there really is no point in me wasting my money paying for stuff i didn’t order at that location.

Then go to a different location. Or do you like to get all crazy and then complain knowing nothing will happen? I don’t think it’s the workers at BK that are dumb here.
HI, just came home from burger king on broadway street in knoxville,tn. cant get my order right. i ordered double cheeseburger and cost me$5.01 without extra meat, lettuce,tomatoes, onions. only single one meat with pickle and cheese on it i went back there after came home. it was “closed”
Do you purposely hire people who can’t add or think. They charge you for everything then can’t appear to add because my bag is always missing something. This time it was 2-orders of fries. There was no-one in front of me and no-one behind me. There was one employee on texting someone and the other I don’t know what her excuse was, besides she can’t count it’s no wonder Burger King is so rich. They charge you for everything then when you get home or going down the road you find out just how ripped off you got. Thanks for NOTHING and I do Mean NOTHING Burger King.
Everytime I try to give Burger King another chance it gets worse! My brother and I were visiting our mother in the hospital so we decided to stop and get something to eat. When we were ready to order the cashier informed us they didn’t have soda available. We were disappointed but I asked if we could get water glasses. Then the cashier gives us the smallest cup I have ever seen. Then after we ordered our food I noticed she didn’t get my fries on the order and she looked annoyed and told me the total for them. As we walked out I noticed the floor was very dirty which I don’t understand because they had no customers. I started eating my fries on the way back and they were cold. They shouldn’t have been because we just left. When we got back to the hospital I made sure they added pickle to my sandwich. I noticed that the burger patties looked smaller than usual like they were old and shrivled up. The sandwich is advertised on the menu with two slices of bacon and I only had half of one piece on it. When I bit into the sandwich I could have chipped a tooth because of how hard the bacon was. It was the experience ever. I will not be giving them anymore chances!
