We have cancelled the internet stick due to it never working properly, it would take forever just to connect to the internet and it would kick us off numerous times while using it. I was told that we would not be charged for canceling the line due to all of the problems we have had with it. We have been loyal customers for 10 years and were told when we got the internet that even though it is the slowest package that it is still reliable and good. It never was. My kids do projects and play learning games on the internet; it would more often than not kick them off before they could save their progression. Thank you for listening.
