I was promised a $200 Visa Signature card after 3 months of prompt payment, based on signing up for the Triple Play package. Installation was in February. Payments were made on time. In June I called to inquire and was told it can take 6 months for Comcast to process the rebate. Ok. Called back in August. Still no record of a rebate for me. I placed calls, escalated the problem within customer service, and have done totally non-sensical things to try to get the rebate. I was PROMISED 2 weeks ago the problem was fixed. Give it a week to work through the system, customer service said. I’m done waiting!!!!
I’m taking my complaint to the internet, because I know I’m not the only one! What a ripoff! Get thousands of people to switch service based on a gift card, then never deliver. I bet most people give up, but I’m not giving up! And I hope I can find all of you who were also ripped off. I bet there’s a class action suit waiting to happen on this one!

I agree! They make promises and do not follow through. They try to get out of rebates by intentionally omitting info! I did everything I was told, signed up for auto draft but was not told that I had to pay the first few months. So THEREFORE they were able to resend the gift card offer. How convenient. When I called the FIRST time, I was told it wouldn’t affect my rebate and everything was good now, I would be fine for the next month and they would be auto drafting now. WELL guess what! The next month it didn’t auto draft either! This happened for several months until I got so mad and yelled at them! They charge fees for late payments also so I was paying ridiculous amounts! Anyway, I would not recommend them to my friends. DO NOT listen to their promised promotions. They lie!
