Comcast Xfinity Cable Customer Complaints

Absolutely the worst cable company ever! DVR programs record 6 minutes out of an hour and then cut off. Some programs never record at all even thought they have been set up. Customer service is NON existent. There is n such thing as a manager on duty when you call. Phone reps know nothing except how to reset your box. They will then send a service person to your home in about a week. That person shows up and says they can’t do anything because they don’t carry the equipment on the truck to replace and that I have to wait another week for another appointment to get the same faulty equipment already installed.

The new xfinity programing is 100 times worse than when they were Comcast. I am so sad that I had to sign a contract for two years for this horrible service. When Verizon comes to town… GOODBYE Xfinity forever!

    I am very upset with Comcast Xfinity and I am NOT and will never be one of their customer. THeir tactics to make you become a customer is almost gang style or corruption style. I had a guy come to my door on 1/17/2013 in the afternoon. I stated to him that I do not have cable but with my antena i can get the local channels and that is all I need it at the time. He started saying all this mombo jumbo about that Obama made it ilegal for people to received local channels without paying a cable company.Local channels are local channels and I don’t think I should pay for public television or for my local stations. The guy keep going saying that the people on the other side of my street did not paid their bills and we all fall under the same zipcode and consider non payers, he added that sooner or later all the signals were going to be cut off even if I only get local channels because is ilegal to get them. He said I had till Sunday to take their offer or I will pay way more after Sunday because of the zipcode I fall under. I stated I will mention this to my husband and make a decision. To my freaking surprise I found my self with no type of signal for my TV and no local channels. And it was not a coincidence I had the box checked and he had cut my connection I called his number 443-795-4047 because he had the freaking nerve to leave another paper on my door and he did not denied it he said ” I told you this was going to happend”" I will never become a Xfinity customer and I will make a formal complaint with the BBB and the police this tactics are unacceptable who the hell Xfinity Comcast think they are.?
