I ordered an Android tablet computer for $100 and paid extra money for ‘expedited shipping’. This order was placed eight days ago and my item is still being listed as not sent. Dino Direct is known for being TERRIBLE. Unfortunately I learned this too late. I am praying that I somehow get what I ordered and that this Chinese scam site be shut down. The Forum they offer as a service to customers is a JOKE. They copy and paste answers. Their online chat is a JOKE. They simply disconnect from chat whenever someone complains. I am seeing thousands of complaints about Dino Direct online. What will it take to shut this company down?

Agree!. Shut down Dino Direct pls. They are definitely scam. I bought a pair of baby shoes 3 months ago they told me they were out of stock. Then I choosed another pair. They said they were going to ship them soon. I waited for more than one month and emailed them asked why. They told me again they were out of stock. And suggested me to choose other products. I refused and asked for refund. They wrote to me ‘be patient, we will refund asap’. Now 2 weeks has passed and I never get anything from them even emails. Dont buy anything on Dino Direct. Protect your wallet!
Worst customer service ever. Non shipment of items. No reimbursement for out of stock items. Taken for over $250.00 by this horrible company.

I second that motion!!! I am having problems with them as we speak. They want me to send pictures of the damaged goods and the wrong sizes that they sent me, that is ridiculous! Through no fault of mine, they want me to pay for return shipping when It is their fault in the first place. They are willing to send me an RMA if I agree to pay for the shipping.
They emailed me back and said that they would send me a 50 dollar giftcard and I can keep the damaged/wrong sized goods. What a joke. I asked could they just credit my paypal account. I wold love to hear that answer. LOL!!!!!
Wednesday 13 april I recieved a defectively Anjan DTS-10 (order 3WJQRQN1-DD). I explained you the problem but never I got an answer: the battery-signal was blinking: Low Battery. The radio was unusable, also connected with AC-current ( see the photho) without or with batteries in it still one message: Low Battery. Only time-setting was possible. I did try the reset-function, nothing could solve the problem. I wonder why you don’t want to give me an answer, why you don’t want to take your responsibility: I deserve some kind of service!
I ordered handbag on 18th oct.
I still didn’t receive my parcel on 28th oct.
And I asked them what a fuck is going on?
They told me shipping took about 15days, and my shipment is just normal.
4days later, I still haven’t get it.
I should have seen this website before I make order.
I will never never never use this fucking Chinese online shop.
I wish they shut down. I’m going to report this issue to consumer protection.
