I was at the Greenwood and Jewella location in Shreveport, LA on 11/04/2011 and the entire restaurant had an awful smell. The floors were nasty as if a mop was allowed in the store. One of your drink machines was broken, but the drain tray was filthy with old juice stains and straw wrappers lying inside it. A simple bucket of hot water would have easily fixed the problem. The manager of the facility was not professional at all wearing his shirt and sagging. Some employees were talking on their cell phone instead of assisting customers. I personally was not one of the victims but the feeling is mutual.
I work at the Calumet Gas Plant which is located maybe two minutes from your restaurant and a lot of employees like to go to this location for lunch. You also have a College Bowl Game that will be played in the area around January which will draw a large crowd. The individuals that work at this location is in the process of ruining your companies name. I would hate to have to travel an extra 10 minutes to go to the location on Mansfield Road just to enjoy your 2 for $3.00 Whopper special.

I LOVE Burger King! My experience today has me wanting to shout from the roof tops to everyone I know and the world, “don’t eat there!” I walked in this afternoon hoping to sit andhave a meal with my son. All of the booth tables were dirty, meaning they had not been wiped after some finished eating. No problem. I simply asked the manger to please ask someone to clean the tables. Someone comes out immediately. When I finaaly sit, I used a napkin to wipe the table and the napkin picked up black dirt! I showed the manager, “All I can do is try to do better!” She makes this statement exasperated, not apologetic!!!!!!! My concern is this: if the dinning area is only half way clean to the eye, what other shortcuts are being taken in the area of food preparation!!!!!!! I am sharing this distress with everyone I know. I will ensure no one eats at burger king without thinking, if they eat at all!
I’ve been to many, many Burker Kings thru New Jersey and an overwhelming majority of them are unclean. The food is ok but often expensive compare to Wendys. Usually I not only find outdated and drab looking decor, but floors often are unswept, tables are not wiped, sometimes chairs are broken, condiment dispensers are sometimes empty. The bathrooms aren’t any better; the floors are dirty often. Overall everything seems grungy and could benefit from a good steam-cleaning.
28th April last Sarurday – my daughter Faye Murtha (mother with twins and a 4 year old) the kids had not been well all week – so she hadn’t had the time to go shopping – so they had a fish thing from the Romford Burger King not only was it cremated but within 30 minutes she was throughing up for 2 days so I would like a communitcation from you asap.
