Dish TV (care@dish.com) never gets my bill right ever month. Dish TV never gets money applied to my acct. Dish TV has the worst customer service in. Please new customer do not use them! They are a company that does not care, so sorry t.v. dish, I’m going somewhere else because you won’t answer my emails or respond to my customer service support questions.

    • I recieved an email saying that Dish could not get payment from my back that it was Declined. I was freaked out, called the bamk, the bank told me there should be no problems the funds are in there, Funny ive only been with Dish for 2months and im having nothing but problems, now if they try to charge me Extra im going to flip

    I will pay my bill the 14th. And please i do not want Dish anymore. Come get your Equipment, What kind of people are you. I have had Dish for10 years, and i told you when I got paid and would mail you your money. Whoever I spoke to said that would be fine. Then no tv. Call and you said stay on the line, do not hang up. I hung on the line for 10min. You hung up. I have had it. I do not need your TV that bad,

  7. PROBLEMS WITH DISH SATILITE IT SAID AQUIRING A SIGNAL AND NOTHING HAPPENS ITS BEEN OUT SINCE 4:00

  8. We only use our disk network during the summer months in our motorhome. Back in April I applied for a reconnection. After the several hours of being transferred to nine people I was told the memory card in my box was out of date and I received a new one in May.The last week of May (for my birthday) several of my friends and I took a trip to Harrison Bay State Park once again we spent several hours on our cell phones trying to get the dish to work, and being transferred from customer service to new account and at one time to the Philippines. The conclusion was the memory card was out of date. My son and his wife took the motor home to Kentucky for their 1st wedding anniversary in August and once they were parked he called asking about the TV. I gave him the Dish Networks phone # and my account # (**********4089)Yes, once again several hours on the phone and another new out of date card. We have paid our monthly bill along with a reconnection fee since April of 2011.I am in hopes that someone in your company will review my account and compensate my credit card for the last seven (7) months.     I am an Army Veteran retiring after 25 yrs. I have an apt in Augusta, GA and have had Dish network services since SEP 2010. I called to cancel because I retiring and moving back to Arkansas where I have the Dish Network at my home. I was told that I would have to pay $157 to cancel early. I could not control when the Army would release me when I arrived in GA in 2010. Now I feel like I am being punished for not keeping this account for 24 months. I am now thinking about canceling my account in AR also. I would like soemone from the supervisory staff to call me at 870-866-7438. I will cancel services on 21 DEC 2011.   11. I regret the day I talked my elderly parents to go with Dish. They have perfect A++ credit and have never owned a credit card of any kind, not even a debit card. They pay cash or write a check or they don’t buy it. They do not own a computer or have the desire to own one or keep up with modern technology. They just want something simple, easy to use and they were very happy paying by check every month to DirecTV and had them for 3+ years and never had a problem of any kind until I told them to get Dish it was better. For the first 3 months Dish was hooked up my mom called me and said Dish was doing the following plus I saw this for myself: 1-Continuously calling wanting a payment for the next month even though your already paid a month in advance. 2-Giving them a final notice or they would discontinue there service in 30 days and then making threats about cutting off there service if payment was not made within 48 hrs. 3-Sending messages on the TV in a bold black bar across the screen telling them there service was going to be canceled every day even though they were paying as soon as they received a bill and paid on time every month. I called them and ask them to stop the messages on the phone and TV but it took me 2 months to accomplish this. Well Dish Network, you’ve finally done it. They cut off my parents service on 12/29/11 because of non payment of roughly $51.63 even though you already pay for a month in advance. My mom called Dish and explained to them they had not even received a bill but Dish said sorry there is nothing they could do and cut it off even after she mailed the payment on the 26th when she had to call to ask where to send the payment to. I contacted Dish on 12/31/11 and the woman I talked to was a very sarcastic, rude, arrogant person. I ask for her supervisor and after being on hold for 30+ min (while she told a supervisor the problem) a man named “Z” came on and started talking nice but turned out the same way she was except he got more rude than the rep. did. He slammed the phone down on me when I questioned his reasoning for cutting off my parents service knowing that they had never been late on or ever missed a payment. I never got upset or even raised my voice because I knew with the holidays being here they would not post payment for at least a week due to personal being off for the holidays but that did not matter to Dish……they just want the almighty dollar. I’ve been with Dish for almost 10 yrs and had some minor problems before but this is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had or seen. We are a very close family and after I informed my brother and his 2 adult children then informed my 3 adult children about the way mom and dad was done by Dish my brother and my son are not under a contract and they have already called and informed Dish they will be getting DirecTV as of 1/9/12 or 1/10/12 so cut there service off. I’ll be calling Dish as soon as my contract is up because I upgraded over a year ago to a get a HD DVR so I just signed on again and I have 2 DVR’s. I have about 9 months to go but after that I’ll see what DirectTV or cable has to offer. Happy New Year Dish cancellation is on the way. You will regret the way you treat people because I know of at least 6 families who are leaving you. Also everyone I come in contact with I’m telling them about how much roughly $51.63 dollars means to your multi-million dollar business.

  13. I made a mistake when paying my bill 083112 and sent $1499.00 instead of the $14.99. The did refund the check but sent it to an adress that is over 10 years old(not the address they have been sending the bills to for the past severals years). Was then told had to wait for the check to be returned which could take up to 30 days. I have spoken to 12 different representatives, 3 different supervisors and as of today 101912 I still do not have my money back. Was told could take another three weeks!!!!. I realize this was my error to begin with but the customer service is just a waste of time. I have had to borrow money to eat and they do not seem to care. I live in a remote area and this is the only tv service available or I would switch in a heartbeat.

  14. I would like to know what I have to do to get my internet system to work right. I drop me in the middle of something and I have to recontact to finish This may happen 5 or 6 times before I get mad and stop or may get it finish. Now I have been with dish for over 7 years. I have had your internet system scene May of last year. I have had the Wild Blue people out here at least 5 times and It never is fixed. Now I let my phone go to pay this bill because I us it more them the phone but I am ready to let this bill go and pay the phone so I can call a person and not get drop. Now please get this FIX!!!!!!!!! I not going to tell anyone else to go with your company until this is FIX@!!!!! I am tried of it!!!!!

    I called to Cancel Dish Service Feb. 7, 2013 and received a bill for Bill period 2/18/13 – 3/17/13. Will you send a revised bill before 2/25/13?

  16. After 3 monthes free protection plan, I no need this plan, so don’t bill me $7 for the plan.
