While stranded at the LaGuardia airport (US Airways sucks too!) I ordered Dominos (718)459-3030 to my hotel room. The woman who answers that phone could not understand my order. Speaking with a heavy accent and asking me to repeat almost everything I said, English was not her first language. After repeating the order 4-5 times, along with an argument over the availability of ranch dressing and her inability to explain the chocolate cakes to me, she FINALLY put someone on the phone who could understand English. Some of it arrived about 40 minutes later. I paid for the order in-full, though the Sprite and ranch dressing were forgotten.
The delivery guy promised to come back in 5 mins with the missing items. It never happened. After eating the meal, sans Sprite and ranch, I decided to call the store. The guy who answered the phone apologized and offered a free pizza next time. Think about it, I’m staying at an airport hotel. Do you really think Ill call you ever again? No. I’m commuting through this area; here for one night. However, even in my hometown there will not be a next time. Your pizza is average. Your service is well-below average.
