hi i have recently bought an ereader from dinodirect which was 57 pounds. besides the fact that it took 3 weeks to get to me when it did it does not work. it took over a week for them to answer my email and they just wanted a video which it stupid because the ereader does not work they have now declined my request for a refund. no reason given when i bought this product there was also a 30 day money back guarantee obviously not. i have opened a case with paypal so hopefully get my money back so please please dont buy anything from dinodirect and i wish they would get shut down. they are stealing peoples money.

    Dino Direct is the worst on line shopping source I have ever encountered. They never shipped my item and now with no response to numerous E Mails and a claim filed with paypal I still do not have my refund or even a response. I WOULDN’T BUY A PACK OF GUM FROM THESE MENTAL MIDGETS

    I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A RMA NUMBER TO GET A REFUND ON A OUTFIT THAT IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED AND DOESNT FIT BUT THERE RMA REQUEST SITE SAY,S ITS NOT AVAILABLE IV,E BEEN TRYING FOR DAYS DOES ANYONE HAVE A E/MAIL ADDRESS FOR THEM AS THE ONES IV USED DONT WORK EITHER

    I ordered 3 dresses to be custom made 1 dress was great, 1 totally wrong and the other one I haven’t seen. I have spent hours on the internet on their Customer Support Line ( thats a laugh). I get told one thing and then they change it. I have been given a new order number because I have complained so many times. It has been 37 days now and they are saying the order is only placed a few days ago. I have asked for answers to my questions simple one “How long do you say it takes to make a dress” their answer 15-20 days. So why is mine taking so long? their internet drops out. Funny that. The thing that annoys me is “Don’t Worry :-) ” Day 38 and still waiting I want my dresses!!
