Me and my husband had a wonder movie night and we wanted jack in the box around 2:30 am we when and order on drive thru we repeat our self 8 times that we wanted chicken strips and we even said chicken tenders i was so mad of repeating myself too many times so we pull to the window so while we was waiting for the girl to take our order.
one of the employees on the back were laughing and this one guy said “this n**** said he wants chicken strips” like if that was soo funny 1st of all they should know better not to laught about no costumers they are getting paid to work and help others to get what they want.my husband was soo mad once he heard the worker talkin about him the whole night i was just thinking im working as in ass.manager in panda express we love our guess and we treat them really nice.
I will never go again to jack in the box in Hillcroft and 59 bad customer service the bad thing about the manager was there and also laughing about it is just so rude its bad knowing that there people working like that.

It likely didn’t, normal people with common sense do not come to a website like this and make claims like they have, no can help them and making comments like they have just makes it worse for them, hopefully they used some intelligence and called the proper people. I see some received cold food from J_B my last visit I was given burnt food — that was about 4 months ago, and I haven’t returned to the box since / its not that I received the burnt food; it is because the box is inconsistent; and most of the time the service is lukewarm — the need to repeat ordering is fairly common at the box, and even then a 30% chance your order in the bag will be different than the repeated order — bottom line, service is usually poor, food is below average, and they charge too much considering the overall experience.
