My Grand daughter is continually being harassed and bullied on a regular basis from three people on facebook. She has deleted them – they were her friends at one point – but they send these messages to her other friends who tell her what is being said about her. She went and spoke to them, but because she approached them – she is looked at as being in the wrong and the others are the victims. I want something done – suspend these three girls accounts at least for a time so that they get the message – Facebook is not to be used by gutless people who do not have the courage to say what they think to my granddaughter’s face. Yes she’s trying to ignore them, but she will only do that for a time.
The sad thing is that they are so jealous because my granddaughter has everything that they would like to have for themselves. some one i believe opened a secondary account in my name in another state and face book is asking me to confirm my identity. i summited a land line number for them tocontact me with a code but i have been repeatedly told to try again, and that i am requesting it too much. there are no phone numbers to contact any body so that i may have accessto my account. in this high tech. world you would think that they would know that this procedure is in accurate!!! i feel that facebook is incompetent in dealing with fraud and thier complaints
