Hiring Discrimination based on Speech Impediment

Please rate

Hi this is not really a complaint but i applied at the aldi store on teidman rd in brooklyn ohio. I wrote on the application on the top so they know that i have a speech impediment and I don’t want them to not hire me because of that because its discrimination. If they dont hire me for that reason it will be very wrong of them and i truely will never know because they wont tell me that its because of my speech. I should not be excluded just because i have a little stutter. So this is just saying that if reasons show that i wasnt hired because of my speech they will be hearing from me. I think its unfair.

  1. You are preparing to complain about something that hasn’t even happened. If they don’t hire you, it will be because you have a very visible chip on your shoulder and because you have delusions of entitlement. You would seriously automatically think that, should you not get a job, it MUST be because of your stutter? Should every employer you have an interview with, automatically give you the job because you do have a stutter? Just to make sure they don’t look like they are discriminating against you? Grow up! I wouldn’t have even put that on my application. By doing so you are asking for special treatment. Go in there and SHOW them you are as good as anyone else they’re going to see. You really have made me cross.
