Employees at Hollister aren’t trained properly on the registers (often they are not), and they are usually very rude to you. I’m no fan of Hollister. Their perfume in the store bothers my asthma, and the music is so loud I can barely hear myself think. I guess it is to be expected from an entry level position at a store in the mall, but that being said I still had to say something about it. Can’t figure out why people want to shop there on a regular basis, but maybe because Hollister has created this theme that drives young teenagers to be addicted to their products.

WARNING: DON’T shop at Hollister. They might have cool clothing, but…if you have a problem-look out! They will NOT stand behind their product and you will NEVER be able to speak with someone in corporate offices as they don’t exist. Unbelievable experience. File a complaint with BBB, Attorney General’s office and any other consumer protection division you can find. It’s the only way to get resolution.
I know this was a long time ago but really?! A&F is the company, which has four branches – Abercrombie and Fitch (named after the actual head company), abercrombie (kids), gilly hicks (underwear) and Hollister. They are all the same company, just targeted to a different market – Abercrombie targets older teenagers/adults with higher prices and hollister is teenagers/young adults, and is slightly cheaper. Anyway Abercrombie was first and they made Hollister to appeal to slightly younger kids. So pretty sure A&F didn’t copy the clothing line seeing as they are the exact same company….
Warning hollster is store that take abantage of young kids with false sales.
