I was at hollister today at the willow bend mall and everything that could go wrong went wrong when I got home I realize I was overcharged on an item although the price tag clearly showed what price it was but the cashier pay no mind to it because she was too busy having a conversation with two other associates when I did go back for the price to be adjusted their manager said there was nothing to be done about it because there system was down and she kept insisting I return the next day all this time she hadn’t even tried to process my transaction when she did the transaction went through with no problems .
When I got home and wanted to wear one of the items I purchased I realized it wasn’t even in my bag . Although I was the only customer in the store at the timethose three associate there at the time still me the worst customer service .their so called manager is rude and has no sense of appreciation for the customers who make it possible for here and her useless associate to get paid.
