I have been in touch with a number of hollister outlets looking for an item.Brent Cross members of staff told me to call every so often as they get frequent deliverys and told me to also call other outlets. My friend happens to work near your outlet at Westfield Shepherds Bush who i phoned,however they have left me very upset and fustrated that people like them are in employment when there are genuine people out there in need of jobs.
The gentleman who first answered the phone ,with a heavy asian accent went away to find out if the item was in stock but after awhile a girl aparently manager by the name of Chrissy stipulated that this isn’t Hollister policy after i explained tghe situation and that i couldn’t understand why every other Hollister did not have this policy she went away to find her colleage.Then a while later a girl by the name of Sophie came to the phone ,apparently assistant manager,came to the phone asking if she could help .
I said someone went away looking for an item for me and she answered straight away that they don’t have it . When i replied how do you know what i wanted she then put the phone down on me. I phoned again where the asian guy again answered he said between the two of us there were plenty of the coats i wanted and din small but could not specify how many there were in small. When i thanked him and asked for his name he replied i have done what you have asked of me and have been told that i wasn’t supposed to and then put the phone down on me.
I phoned again and spoke to Chrissy who minced her words and told me the coats were not in stock eventhough the asian guy told me they are. My friend has since gone in and found the items instock. Your staff need a disciplinary as i am not a child and refuse to play games with these children you employ
