Incompetent Technician and Call Centre Staff

I am literally at my wits end with the call centre and technical staff at MTN. I have been having a problem with my blackberry BIS since Wednesday 06/07/2011, to date no oe staff has come back to me regarding my dilemma. I have logged numerous calls to both 173 and 1555 and to no avail. I have been to MTN at the Killarney mall today at 13H30 and was told by Philda that a technician named Zaheer said when I loaded my R60.00 for BIS on the 29/06/2011, MTN was having a GPRS problem and he will enable my APN settings and it will take to hours and all will be sorted out. At 16h40 nothing has been done.

I then called 1555 again and clinton put me thru to a manager but the it justs rings no ANSWER, so all i need is that a competent technician can assist to resolve my problem. BIS and internet does not work, on the top right hand side on the blacberry the word edge is in lower case but it should be in upper case.My BIS is activated and only expires on 29/07/2011. Can someone please help. Clearly subscribers are important for a service provider to exist…..I am so frustrated right now that NO ONE can help me at MTN….what should I do to get help.
