i have been a jcpenney customer for years and years and my family too. you have terrible service in our opinion, and your items you sent me were all the wrong fills and wrong sizes. i called and the jcpenney reresentatives i spoke to were very rude and very unhelpful. i have done business with you for ever. my charge account with you is so high and you want to charge me a 25.00 and a 35.00 late fee for your error. i will never ever purchase from you again, it appears you do not help your great customers nor do you care. i didnt get half the merchandise i ordered, and was charged for it anyway.
then a 25.00 and 35.00 late fee? are you kiddin me or what? i called several times, got nowhere. i am not paying the late charges. remove them off my bill now. look and see what great credit i have and what a great customer i have. you people are greedy and it appears you are awful in your service and orders.

I really am surprise that I have to do this. I have been trying to call concerning my mail order, concerning the tracking. I have waited for 38 minutes yesterday and 45 minutes today using up my minutes! With No answer!! I am concern about my orders arriving on time. When I placed the orders all the items were to be delivered with in 7 days which was Great. I place my order on 11/28/2011 as you can see it has been passed the 7 days. I received part of my order and the information that I can access shows that the order expected ship date was 11/26/11 – 12/6/2011. It would be nice if Someone could call me and help find out whats going on. I have NEVER had any problem with JcPenny that’s why I’ve always shopped there I am really Shocked about this !
I retuned two items at 606 CHRITIANA MALL on 2nd July 2012 and money has not been credited to my account till to day can you please let me know what action am I required to get the money for the returned items, visa card no printed on returned slip is xxxxxxxxxxxx6926/xxxx M
