I have unfortunately purchased (please regret to say unfortunately purchased) one LG (20”) LCD color monitor. Now it is not working (defect may be in the ac- in portion of the monitor). However no one with LG has helped fix the complaint yet. Much difficulty is experienced in my work because of this broken color monitor. As a customer, I could not tolerate if any parts is available in your side, so how is this any different? I paid good money for this and expect it to work! So once again I hope that they will arrange to repair or replace it within the LG manufactures warranty!
