Long Lines and Rude People at Costco

I was at costco today….and of course the checkouts were crazy busy. Anyway there were two people ahead of me after about 15 minutes. One being served and then another in front. The person in front decides to leave. So I back up and allow her ample room to turn around and leave. This woman coming out of no where—on my right side tries to slip in front of me. I said ” I think not, I have been here for 15 minutes waiting. I then pushed my cart tight into the check out counter. I guess when I am hungry I get bitchy but today it was NOT going to happen….there i said my peace about costco.

  1. Costco is a crazy place. I just got back and I think I’ll need a week to recuperate. I think my stress level goes off the chart–you never know when some cart is going to come flying out of a side aisle. I’ve been reading what other people have been saying as well–we are definitely not alone.

  2. I’ve been working road shows at this place and NEED to take several breaks and get out of there. The energy in Costcos is HORRIBLE,draining and stressful!! I’ve thought about a membership there but won’t now after having worked at some, some are worse than others…condesending rude customers, fat kids and lazy fat moms in the food court eating shit and greasy food!! COSTCO is the Jerry Springer of super stores!!

  3. How can I help you according to your customer service employees? This sounds very awkward to me because the truth is your customer service employees are making the problems worse than solving them. They lack training and education especially these supervisors and/or managers in Customer Service Relations.
