please this to inform you that I keep seeing a TEXT message as (your last session duration was 16KB 10KB … ETC ) with some unnecessary charges attached to it such as NGN 0.80., 0.60,…ETC. please I wish to known the reasons for this charges and how to stop it.
Secondly, while this problem persist at almost every 5 to 8 seconds, every of my attempt to call MTN customers care line 180 and 181 failed for the reason that i should send the last 4 digit of my MTN line password. please can you sent the password to me.
please your immediate treatment to this issue at its earliest convenience will be highly appreciated.
