Hi, I reside in Baner area of Pune. On 13/11/2011, I had ordered a pizza at 6:10 pm, the delivery of which I didn’t get even after 1 hour, much against Dominoe’s ususal claim of delivery under 30 minutes. Upon calling, the dominoe’s guy told me that my order was not punched in their system because of which their was no initiative taken at all for the processing of my order. Moreover he refused to take the responsibility of the error. Since Dominoe’s is a big brand in India as well as global market, this kind of irresponsible attitude from its employees is intolerable. I think, before claiming 30 minutes guaranteed delivery time, Dominoe’s should first focus on effective order reception mechanism.
