Went into papa john at 5:43 am eastern time and ask for three slices of pizza with only cheese due to fiance eats dairy and animal products . The manager said they couldn’t do that . So to continue I stated just give me a pizza with no cheese , however I am a vegetarian that cannot eat or drink lactose products or animal products , lactose products makea me Ill and irregular breathing . When I had gotten pizza and gotten home and began eating fiance said it has cheese on pizza , I immediately called papa john and ask for manager , I was kept on hold 16 minutes . The store manager of store #564 refuse to give me the sales clerk last name however gave me her first name ,he stated for security reasons .
He gave me a refund on credit card and was abnormally loud and short .This could have been a major medical issue due to sales associate erica did not care or think it was important of allergic food that can cause a major medical issue , the young lady seem spacey and non attentive as on some type of medication the reason I said this was there was axillae bill on counter when making order ,it esther when I got there right in front of her face . I asked whose dollar bill she stated is it yours so I gave it to her she said thanks for your honesty she appeared to be high thank you , they lost a good customer
