my husband and i ordered the fettucini alfredo from the brooklyn center mn location and within five minutes after placing it, we received a call saying that we needed to go and help a very sick family member. so, we called back to the SAME NUMBER and said that we needed to cancel the order, we were sorry, but we needed to leave. as we were getting ready, there was a knock on the door and it was the delivery person from pizza hut saying what my total was and that our food was here. i said no, we cancelled the order and we didn’t have time to take it and we were sorry.

he called the SAME NUMBER that we had called to order/cancel and naturally somebody said the second call ever came in so we needed to take delivery. i said fine, and paid for it. i opened up the box and it looked like pasta made a week ago! it was dry and terrible and totally disgusting. pizza hut will NEVER get our business again. they just do not deserve it anymore.
