I have been going to Pizza Hut on Range Line Rd. ,in Carmel,IN for some time now ,never having a problem. On 10/9 I went there to order our usual large pizza –with extra cheese and beef ,and was told it would cost more than the $10. I had to pay extra for toppings. I have been getting this deal ever since it started at this location for $10 plus tax. I couldn’t believe this guy had the audacity to say that the Manager said that they have to charge for toppings now for some unknown reason. I was out the door so quick,he just sputtered. FALSE ADVERTISING!! YOU CAN’T SAY ANY LARGE PIZZA, ANY TOPPINGS FOR $10 IN THE COMMERCIALS ANYMORE.
STOP THE FALSE ADVERTISING OR I WILL GO TO THE AG OF INDIANA ,AND FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST YOUR COMPANY !!

Pizza Hut’s are individually owned and operated. The owner of the establishment can dictate his/her prices as they please. Corporate commercials like Pizza Hut will always state “at participating locations.” This location was clearly no longer participating. They can choose not to participate, as you can choose not to eat there. However, this is not at all false advertising. Before you start making uneducated claims, you should refresh on libel laws.
