Dear Sir/Madam, Recently I purchased a dress for my daughter from Charlies Bridal.com. To my disappointment, the hem was of poor quality and damaged. Since the website offers satisfaction guaranteed and refunds if items are damaged. I immediately contacted them and requested my money back. They refused to offer me a refund and persists to say that it is part of the style and is standard tailoring. I also had a professional tailor confirm with me that it is a used dress. This company wasted my valuable time and a chunk of money. Can anyone help me? I live in British Columbia, Canada. Thank you for your attention.

I also had the same issue with Charlie’s Bridal. They refused to refund my money. The gown was dirty, stained, poor quality, didn’t fit right. Just an overall mess!
