We purchased a laptop at Aarons. We were told it was new…it wasnt. The dvd player stopped working. We took it back and they said they would send it in but wouldnt give is a loaner. So after 3 weeks they call and tell me its our fault its broken and will cost us almost 300 to fix it. We just took it back. December I made the last payment. In May we ran short of money so I took the laptop to the pawn shop. To my amazement on the bottom of the laptop was engraved… Aarons sales and lease..no sale…no pawn. The pawn shop threatened to call the cops on me.

I called the Aarons corporate office and was told someone would call me within 48 hours. I made the call on May 25th. On June 3rd I called corporate again and was given another number to call. Within 5 minutes the Aarons regional manager called me and says…cant you put a piece of tape over it? That store is no longer a franchise and they did that to all laptops…we can scratch it out for you…WTF? This is the most expensive paper weight I have ever owed. All my business will now go to colortyme thank you.

    The aarons store in malden ma is terrible in customer service. I rented a tv from them and the tv started gave me all types of problems which they refuse to fix or give me new one. The tv is shitty and the picture was horible. When came to the payments they persistent calling my cell phone fifteen times a day. I even had to call the corporate will didn’t help at all.Now I am stuck with an overpaid crappy tv that doesnt work. I have nothing good to say about aarons. They are worst company I ever deal with

    would like to pay off furniture.I am unable to go to the store and was told I had to get a cashier check to mail.If I was able to do that I could go in the store.

  3. what is the lifetime reinvestment, I think they make up their own rules I had a laptop i applied the lifetime towards it went bad and i took it back they said they would fix it well 6 weeks later i went in and they said nothing was wrong with it they never sent it in so i got another and the GM applied the funds toward it now this was the second time the laptop had a very loud rattle in the dvd drive when you typed again i was told nothing was wrong with it, wow its nice to be able to drive at that c occlusion by just talking about it. I went in 2 weeks later and said i want to try a different brand and the GM said he sold that laptop because nothing was wrong with it. well 8 weeks later i went in they had a different brand and now i am told you can only use the lifetime on the last item so he only wanted to credit me 62 dollars of which i should have been given back when i returned it wit tin a week. the lalftime he said can only be used once on last item but yet i used it twice on junk so it should be written you can only use lifetime on our junk if it good product you cant.
