In mid Februeary i went to Nashua Mobile to cancel my contract as i got a better offer at MTN but however as i was looking through your catalogue i realised that Nashua had more offer which i was also convinced by your consultant, fine i took it which was an upgrade for anytime R100 for blackberry resulting to R189 and a laptop with free nokia X2 phone for R350. I’ve noticed that there are charges involved which i was not advised by the clearwater consultant (Edelle) and her service was horrible.
1st she called me to collet the items and to find that i had to come back next week to collect the nokia X2 whih was nt added, fine i understood it was a mistake bt no sim card which i was given was not FICA’D. With my own expenses i had to make calls from my cell each time there were faults. while having the blackberry the BIS was not connect which i had to inform them with my expenses and bear in my mind none of this issues were resolved in time.
i was advised the previous R200 top would be cancelled and will be paying for R189 (anytime R100 Blackeberry) and R350 (laptop with free X2 phone). At my suprise at the end of february i was expecting the new amount of debit order to go off but still it was the usual of R227 which i’ve been having the past 24month. i repeatly contacted the clearwater to inquire exactly why the debit order did not go off instead none of them could answer including the manager, the manager advised they would call the credit department and come back even today im still waiting for a feedback.
Suprisingly i received a statement this morning that R1032.05 will be debited off my account. Can someone please tell me whats happenning. Honestly i regret renewing my contrat with Nashua because their staff was not friendly and helpful all was just a disaster.
