Sony E Reader

My Sony e reader would not scinc from computer to reader had an I T come out also could not do it sent Sony email no reply. Rang Monday said would ring back that day and did but could not fix said some one would ring back in two days no return call rang Sony again told someone would ring back still no return call. Asked if I could speak to someone higher told no . So all I can say is thanks for the no service I have two Sony Bravia T V s and a Sony mobile and have returned E Reader back to shop and will NOT BUY SONY again can understand we can all have something go wrong but I will not go where I don’t get SERVICE.
