I have been a customer forever. The people who work for you are mostly polite and TRY to help. The proplem is with whoever designed the system. I am fed up with all the ads, getting I bounced around from dept. to dept to end up where I started. While I am no Bill Gates, I think your web site is extemely difficult to navigate And being put on hold is a joke. I have had [problems with every aspect of your service. Most recently, I detected a problem w/ McAfee. I called and was transfered to another country (connection was terrible) and tried to talk to someone I could not understand. FYI, I’m going to be looking into alternatives. YOUR INTERNAL SYSTEM STINKS. Most call center people try but are shackled by your lousy system.
