This lawyer is the worst lawyer in the state of Washington. He is a lawyer in Yakima Washington on. DON’T TRUST the man! He will rip you blind. Over charges, lies to you about your case! My husband cheated on me, left me with NOTHING and he was more interested in seeing if I would do something on the side with him then help me with my case. He took what was left of my money and basically seemed to laugh about it like it was no big deal!! My advice stay away from this Yakima Lawyer unless you want to get ripped off and mistreated! He is a low life!

EXTORTION OR NOT??? The following was posted on another website by one of Blaine T. Connaughton’s clients: “I was in his office and he put his hand down my pants and said if I did not do what he wanted he would throw my case! I dont know what to do. I found out Blaine Connaughton made a guy I know screw Blaine in the Ass or he was going to throw his case too. This are for real matters and more and more people are coming out with the truth!!!”
Extortion and blackmail are federal crimes and punishable by federal law. The Attorney General of the State of Washington is available to investigate such claims. It probably can even be investigated by the FBI if reported. Until Blaine’s vicitms begin reporting his criminal behavoirs to those entities that can actually do something about them – he will continue to have an attorney license.
On Friday, January 6, 2012 – Attorney General Eric Holder of the US Justice Department announced it is revising the long standing definition of rape to expand the kinds of offenses that constitute the crime, and for the first time, will include men as victims. At issue here is how the old definition of rape affected the FBI’s Uniform Crime Reporting system. We all have the right and an obligation to ourselves and the general public to report him to the highest authorities (and the many complaint boards) when we suddenly find ourselves dealing with a dangerous and disturbed man who posesses a business license. Poor unsuspecting future clients have no idea of the trap they are about to commit to when stepping into his psuedo legal office. Cannot help but wonder if he actually passed the Bar exam or if he bullied or paid someone into taking it for him.
