USPS Express Mail Overnight Guaranteed it reads in large print. When you go online to find postage between the 2 zip codes it tells you the delivery commitment is one day. I had some product shipped I needed desperately the next day. It wasn’t there the next morning. I went to the post office website and if you punch in the 2 zip codes it tells you that it should be delivered the following day. It turns out you have to read further down and click on yet another box to find out that it has to be dropped off by 1245pm. I am going to be out thousands because the USPS deals in fine print. It should be called Express mail 1 to 2 days (maybe 3) not Overnight Guaranteed.

Do not use USPS Express Mail International service. You pay a lot for delivery supposedly in 3-5 business days but they don’t deliver! My experience is that now, 13 days since the date of mailing, it has still not reached the recipient and USPS is giving me the runaround, claiming they have no control over customs. So why do they even have an Express Mail option that charges much more than regular mail? Seems like a scam to me.
Very true. My Express Mail International package was supposed to reach in 3 to 5 working days. Its been a week already and it just shows that its in transit for the past 6 days. If they don’t have any control over customs then they shouldn’t charge 3 times the amount. In my experience regular mail reaches in 2 weeks (most of the time). If they are sending through Express the least they can do is have a system in place in case of delays. I opened an inquiry and they said it takes 5 working days to get back. Whats the use of paying nearly paying triple the amount if they package reaches the same time as regular mail! Next time I’ll pay some more and just use Fedex or UPS.
