At Honolulu Airport I had to go through screening, via a body scanner. I failed to get through. I had a plastic pocket comb in my right hip pocket. The little guy who could barely speak english took me aside and had me stand on his little yellow-painted markers. He took the comb and ran it through an explosives test. I stress here that it was a comb; not a kife or a bottle of something. It was a thin, plastic comb. Then he said that he had to feel the area where the comb had been. I asked if he was really going to feel up my ass there, in public. He said I could have a private screening room, if I wanted one.
I said that I was not about to be alone with him and I wanted him to finish his job so I could get back to the others in my group. He then felt my ass and even probed the back of my testicles. He then said “thank you.” This was the first time I have had someone sexually assault me, let alone say thank you afterward. A supervisor came over and spoke to me as though I were a child, telling me that it was for my own safety. I told him that he is a coward that sells the American people for a retirement package. Have we forgotten the Vicci French who worked for the Nazis against their own people?
When they were violating and humiliating their countrymen, they would tell them that it was being done for their safety and welfare. Just how far will the American people allow themselves to sink? How much dignity will we allow our government to take from us? I wold fight this if I knew how. I have to wonder at the entity that built the body scanners and got the government contracts to sell them. There is something very rotten here.
