Virgin Mobile Bad Service

I’ve been a customer of Virgin Mobile for the past 2yrs and those yrs were great up until I decided to upgrade in Dec 2010. My upgrade Incl a R99 + 1000 free smses. Instead I received and was charged for R150 airtime and no free smses! Im so upset as I have been emailing and phoning in either to get no reply or told other unacceptable stories. On Monday the 10th Jan 2011 I received my new handset and once again called in I was told that the smses should be loaded later that day… still nothing I called in over the past few days still nothing today 12th I was told that they have no record that I’ve been calling in and that my new handset hasn’t been loaded ? come on seriously now? So my contract has been changed from R99 to R150 without my consent and no free smses wow what a dam service…
