Unfortunately I fell for the fraud coming from Winners International Payout Services. The man on the phone called himself Jeff Myers. They wanted a fee of $999.00 and after a few days he offered to pay half of it. I hate to admit I was such a fool but he sounded so sincere. And then he wanted some more and now he is harassing me and making so many phone calls I’ve had to disconnect my phone. I hope this outfit gets arrested some day.
