The easiest way to complain online

I arrived at the Golden Chick location in Mount Vernon, Texas at 12:30pm on Thursday October 1st. Placed my order at 12:35. 30 minutes later, another customer brought to the employees attention that I had been waiting half an hour for my order. At this point I had to return to the order counter to remind them of what I had ordered. I finally received my order 40 minutes after placing it. This is unacceptable. Do better please. People don’t have time to wait this long for their food order on a lunch break.

Did survey off of receipt for Bogo bigzax snak meal. Survey scan said it was good for the end of the next month after the date of the survey. Email date 8/8/26 went to redeem it 9/30/26. Cashier said it was expired. She called a supervisor and they said it was a screenshot and it was expired. It was not a screenshot. It was the scan that came with the email. I explained to her that it was good till the end of the next month she said no it was good for 30 days.

I purchased erring that were broken. They replaced them The new earring also broke and they refused to replace the or repair them because I find it have the receipt. I really felt bad because the manager acted as if I wasn’t telling the truth. I’m 75 years old and I felt disrespected. My purchase was in July and both pairs broke .

My husband and I have been loyal customers of Longhorn Restaurant in Tallahassee, Florida since it was established. Unfortunately we have experienced very disappointing visits this year. The facility itself is not as presentable, clean or organized. It appears there is never enough servers and there has been occasions when we were told they had run out of bread and other entrees. We do not plan on returning or recommending visits to family or friends until there is a visible change made to this establishment. Thank you for your consideration to our concerns.

Never have I looked forward to a show than last Friday's Pardon the Interruption show. Specifically I wanted to see Michal Wilbon defend his Packers over Falcons pick he made on the previous Thursday. Instead he misses the entire Friday show with Tony defending him with a Cubs game attendance. I feel if he wasn't sick he should have appeared after such a boisterous defense of his team.

If forgot my reading glasses to start with. To start with I was getting some bagels. I asked a worker if she would tell me the expiration date. The reason being the week before I had bought bagels that had expired. Didn’t bring glasses,again. Anyway yesterday the 24th of September I bought some mayonnaise. Didn’t look at the expiration date. Well got home and,put reading glasses on.
